New to the area and checked out 3 local gyms in person. Eos had the best hours (24hours), best price, and most extensive equipment. I was told it would be busy, but I was there between 12-2 and easily able to get on any machine I needed. Cole showed me around and Sam finished my paperwork, both were friendly and straight forward. Vibe was comfortable and there were people of all ages there which was great. Every section looked clean and organized. So far I’m very pleased with this gym.

Stopped by today to start a free trial. Saw that they have quite the recovery center including cold plunge.

Saw lots of reviews online that it’s always closed.

Drove 25 minutes but thought it would be worth it for the cold plunge infrared sauna.

It was closed.

Guess the reviews are right. Why pay for a membership if you can’t use any of the stuff they market. What a joke

All their cryo massagers are broken.

Half their massage chairs are out of order….

UPDATE: I joined anyway because the cold plunge is such a game changer for a gym… I’ve showed up three times in the last week to the cold plunge being drained.

Morgan from Kids Club is the most professional and caring employee I would ever let watch my child. Another child made comments about his autism and his weight, and as a parent it broke my heart.

The assistant manager stepped in immediately, addressed the behavior, and made sure my son felt safe, supported, and respected. She checked in with me right away, explained what happened, and reassured both of us that this kind of behavior isn’t tolerated.

You can tell she truly cares about the kids and takes their well-being seriously. Situations like this are never easy, but her compassion, communication, and professionalism made all the difference. I’m really grateful for how she handled everything, and my son felt comfortable going back the next visit because of her.

EOS is lucky to have her, and parents like me appreciate it more than you know.

I want to like this place, I really do. It's big, spacious and has tons of equipment. The staff are nice enough.

However...nothing works. The hot tub, cold plunge and saunas are closed more than they're open. I try to use them 4x per week and I'm lucky if they're all working half the time. No one working here seems to have any clue when they'll be open or closed, I've called in multiple times and been told everything is open only to show up and find out that's not true.

It should not be this hard to keep amenities that we pay for working. The Mesa location has zero of these issues and it really ruins the entire gym
