Absolutely loved this studio and their Hot 70 class. Lynn led it and can’t recommend this place enough, ESPECIALLY for beginners.

They provided mats, towels, and had an ice + water machine all *free of charge*.

Management is super nice, crowd feels like a yoga family, Saturday morning was a little crowded but that’s to be expected.

A drop in class is just $20 and so worth trying out !!

This morning 3/23/25, "Steve", the instructor of the 8am hot 60, decided to inject his own opinions about Joe Biden into the yoga class. This prompted a member of the class to speak about his dislike of democrats. My question is, why? Do you think your negative obsession with Joe Biden belongs in a sunday morning yoga class? Regardless of political views. Way to ruin the class, Steve.

I love esenem and Lynn’s class, no studio I’ve been to has come close! It’s the perfect blend of an upbeat but calming class with the perfect level of challenge. If you are newer it’s a great place to grow and if you are experienced it’s an amazing environment to challenge yourself further. I have been coming for a few years, and even with my recent move to Gilbert I still make the drive multiple times every week because I have such a great community at this studio. I have advanced in my practice so much and have been loving the addition of new teachers and classes with Ashley and Gabby!

I really like this studio! They are friendly, welcoming and most of the clients and teachers have been there a while so there’s a true sense of community. It’s not pretentious and they keep the room hot which I like! If you like set sequence hot yoga this is the place :)

I have been coming to ESenEN since 2019. The staff is Amazing. So friendly, supportive and non judgemental. They have such great knowledge of yoga. I would recommend this studio to everyone and anyone.

Came in for a drop-in class while visiting from out of town and it was fantastic. I was a little nervous because I had never done hot yoga before but the instructor put me right at ease and it ended up being an amazing experience. This studio is super welcoming and has anything and everything you need including mats, towels, and water.

I LOVE coming to this studio. I have taken Jamie's yoga class, and now she has recently added a hot Pilates class! She is such an amazing teacher, calm, and gives great cues on how you're body is supposed to be aligned in a pose. Her music is fun and the whole vibe of her classes is awesome! The studio is clean and the staff are always warm and welcoming. Give it a try! I can't wait to go back!

Just started yoga and I have been going to Lynn H’s class on Saturday at 10am. Love it and look forward to going each week. It is hot and humid and I’m not very good at getting into the positions but I feel great after every class. The class is very popular so get there early or book in advance.

Just finished my first class here. Lynn was the instructor, i loved her style of instructing and her music was perfect for each moment of the class. The heat and humidity was amazing. Steven and Mandy were super welcoming. This place has no intimidating vibes like some other studios. Great energy all around i loved it.

Best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It feels like a resort — they have everything you need if you forget something, from towels to mats to blocks to disinfectant spray to toiletries in the bathroom! INSANE!

The atmosphere is very relaxed and not as stringent as other studios (as it relates to leaving the studio during class for a break, etc). The teachers are all phenomenal. I loved Kelly and Mandy’s classes.

It’s a beautiful, clean, and well-loved studio by the community. The new client special is phenomenal ($45 for 30 days unlimited!!). You can tell the owner, Steve, really cares about his business and customers.

I have lived across the street from ESenEM for about 2 years. I have wanted to check it out for as long as I can remember it being there but was apprehensive because other hot yoga studios Ive been to are very judgy and unwelcoming. Well, I decided to go for it and am SO happy that I did. All of the staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure that everyone is comfortable and enjoying their practice. I have been there a month now and am extremely happy I purchased an additional 3 months!!!! I plan on being here as long the shop is in this location. They have mats and towels (although buying your own is ultimately best) and an ICE MACHINE. This is one of the best pieces in my opinion. The infrared heaters are second to NONE! Check out ESenEM, you wont be disappointed!
