If I had to say any part that could use improvement is the bathroom cleanliness, it often has overflowing trash or soap dispensers that are watered down. It's unfortunate we have struggled to have positive comments on this place. We have not me the coach once. My daughter was told to sit down today because she asked what are we doing so she had to miss out on learning a move. The class size is too big for the coach to handle. We pay 170 a month. I can’t say enough good things about Coach Kolia! Both as a coach and a front desk person! She takes the time to get know each family and fit her approach to each kiddo. Watching her coach my grand daughter in her team classes is so much fun. She always pushes her to meet her goals while also making sure she is having a great time and gaining confidence. At the front desk she is always welcoming and ready to help with any questions. She sets a positive attitude for the whole gym. Estrella Gymnastics is our home away from home, we’ve been going here over two years and have always had a positive experience! The coaches are very engaging and can give each kiddo personal attention in class because of their class sizes. My 7 year old and 4 year old enjoy gymnastics, Ninja Warrior and Summer Camp! Coach Celine has coached both ages and tailors her approach so well to the age group. My 4 year old is currently in her Preschool class and just loves her! Coach Amaya has coached my 7 year old since she was 5 and has been such a great leader, she’s very approachable and her coaching is always impressive!

This place I highly do not recommend, I had Coach Amaya and she was great until they moved her to the level three classes, I was in level two with Coach Nicole, and I didn't learn a thing from this place, I moved gyms and after 5 months at my new gym I'm a competition gymnast, They have you do stations at estrella and I couldn't do a backwards roll on the floor and Coach Nicole didn't help me at all, she was way to busy spotting kids on backbends and on the bars I couldn't do anything because no one would help me, so definitely do not recommend for your kid, don't make the same mistake my parents made!!!!!!

The gymnastics classes rotate through the different skills and you can track progress on their site. The Friday kids night out is a good option too. I like that the parent section is separated which limits parent coaching and distracted kids.

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been at this gym! My child has been attending the ninja class for a month now and it has been an absolute game-changer.

Firstly, the teachers are incredible. They're not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and nurturing. My child has ADHD so at times it can be hard for him to focus and pay attention, but the coaches have always kept a professional and positive attitude when reeling him back in.

The management team here deserves a standing ovation. They're very responsive to all the parents and truly care about the well-being of each child. It's evident they've put a lot of thought into creating a positive and motivating atmosphere!

Our child looks forward to every class, and the growth we've witnessed in his confidence is astounding. Thank you to everyone at this gymnastics gym for making this such a fantastic experience for our family. We couldn't be happier, and we're excited to see our child continue to thrive here!

I normally do not write reviews, but I am very disappointed in Estrella gymnastics. I had a similar experience to other users. The management team dismissed my family without notice because my three year old daughter who struggles with ADHD had a difficult time listening in class two times. Please keep in mind these were not even consecutive classes and we had been going there for almost three months. The manager did not even ask to work with me to find strategies that would work for my daughter. They were just annoyed and did not want to work with her at all.
Needless to say this establishment has no patience for kids, especially kids with special needs. If you have a young one please do not enroll them here.

Additionally, the studio is not very clean and it is hard to keep an eye on your kiddo because they have a large wall with a few glass windows in front of where your child does their activity. This prevents you from seeing your child. The instructors do not really teach the kids. The instructors are disinterested and have no management. There is also a high turnover with coaches. In three months we had 3 different coaches. So, you never know who your child will have, which prevents them from making connections.

I do not recommend this gym.

I did called to ask for a trial class which the lady on the phone said there was none, then I asked if I could stop by and pay for just one class so my kids tried the class which she said no. She said that I have to enroll them and pay for the month but if for some reason they didn't like the class she will reimburse the money for the classes remaining. My son didn't like it and I called to cancel and she said no we have a no refund policy, I asked if she kindly will help me and just put that or at least half of the amount paid to my daughter's account because she was going to stay and she said no, IT IS REALLY SAD HOW THEY WILL CARE JUST FOR THEIR FINANCES AND NOT be FLEXIBLE AND HONEST. I’ve been on Excell Bronze for almost a year now and going to gymnastics here for almost 2! The coaches are amazing and wonderful! You can also do Ninja Warrior here too which is really fun! If you want a good coach look for Coach Kyle, Coach Celine, and Coach Melanie! Their the best coaches I’ve ever had! We have been attending Estrella Gymnastics for about 5yrs on/off. Last Oct I called to let them know we were taking a break and our last day would be on Nov. 15 since we were auto pay the lady said she would make sure to cancel enrollment. Nov 15th comes around and my card is charged I called and she apologized and said I would be getting a refund, which never happened. I called again at the beginning of Dec and spoke to Patrick(Manager) who said the transaction was voided, nothing we could do to contact my card company. I called my credit card and set up a dispute only for Estrella to tell my card company that I my daughter was in class and I was responsible for charges. I called Patrick again today and he's giving me a new story. Besides stating that per his records my child was there, then he tells me that one of the days she didn't show up for "someone" called and set up a make up session. The gym has security cameras I asked him to show me when my kid show up after Nov 15 to which he said his record shows she was there so it doesn't matter what I say. Like I said we have been going way before Lynn and Trevor took over the Gym and were happy with coaches and all the improvements they made to the building but to be talked to like I was trying to rip them off its totally disrespectful. This was supposed to just be a holiday break and were planning to go back next month but after this there is no way we are ever setting foot back there, which is disappointing b/c when Jill and Trevor were managing themselves I never had any issues

My family was just dismissed as clients do the change in their own policies after the month started. I was told of the change in policies via phone call and asked questions trying to understand it more. Due to me asking questions we were dismissed. I was told I said someone lied about the policy and that I didn't believe what the person was saying. I was told by the manager that she could hear me speaking she clearly did not. After that conversation I was not dismissed until my child become sick again. I was told she had missed a class and could not up another class due her her absence earlier in the month. I have all my conversations recorded, which they didn't know and I have all my emails. I'll be more then happy to share so you have an understanding how you can speak and say to not get dismissed. I also asked to speak with the owners which I was told they understand what's going on and they wanted to dismiss my family without hearing the actual conversation for themselves. l also be contacting BBB and ESA.

My son has been attending ninja classes for about a month. Class is very hands off... the trainers just stand back and watch, there is zero instruction or interaction from the trainers to the children. My son is obsessed with American Ninja Warrior Junior and we've been on the lookout for a place that he can train. This is more of an indoor play place. Due to COVID I understand and appreciate the precautions being taken, but this was never expressed to us when we signed up. Also, if they cannot provide hands on, they should at least be verbally coaching and educating the children on how to use the equipment properly.

This gym is under new management as of April 2019 and I highly recommend anyone interested to come do a trial and meet the owners. We had left this gym due to mismanagement and the gym falling into disrepair but its taken a complete 180 in the last few months and we love it!! They are constantly improving the appearance and have really changed how the place is run. We've been very impressed.

My kiddos, especially my son had been so insistent on trying gymnastics so I figured I could give the free trial class a try and I am so glad that I did! After that first day, they asked to go right back (my daughter is 3, my son is 6). The staff is super friendly, Trevor is always quick to greet us with a smile and knows who my children are.  Coach Jill is wonderful and so very patient with all of the children. You can tell how much she enjoys working with them, my kiddos love her. Pricing is reasonable and the place itself is clean and well kept. If you are looking for a great gymnastics experience I would advise to at least try it out, I promise you will not be disappointed.

The owners are out-of-state, and have elected to put their faith in management that lacks attention to detail, which comes off shady. The coach turn-over is horrendous. The gymnastics levels aren’t correct here. All of the levels are the levels before it. It is way too expensive for what it is. Also, in the summer when it’s 100 degrees plus, they don’t even turn the air conditioning on. I don’t think it’s a good idea to come here.

Classes too big. Little instruction and no help when we had questions. Manager says there's no time in between classes to address the teachers so I had to talk to the front office. However, I should be able to talk with the people teaching my kids. Wanted to ask how they were doing and what we could do to get extra help since classes were so big and they had only a few turns in the entire hour. No private lessons or smaller classes available. Made me feel they were only in it for the money. They gave me false promises in order to keep us from canceling, again had the impression they were only interested in keep our money. The manager is unhelpful and quite unfriendly. Very disappointing since we have been going since age 2 and followed them after all the changes over the years. There's no other good options in this area...so my kids have changed interests.

My son does the gym and learn program here and it is excellent! It is the perfect program for transitioning into full preschool or kindergarten. The small class size is less intimidating and he is learning a ton both academically and in gymnastics. He is 3 and he now knows his letters and numbers and can write his name. He absolutely loves it. He was a shy kid and this class has done wonders for him. Highly recommend it!

This place is very poorly run. We just moved to the area and wanted to put our daughter in another gymnastics gym, after being in a wonderful one in California. For the first class, it was great. She worked on different skills and had a lot of fun. The next class, it wasn't so well. The "coach" was a kid about 15/16 years old. But we were told they were just short handed and there would be an adult coach. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and enrolled her in their 8 week special.

It was a mistake. My daughter learned nothing from the so-called coaches. She was in a tumbling class and they had 2 student coaches, who'd rather bounce on the trampoline than teach. When the adult coach would show up, they'd only be with the class for a short time then leave to another class. I watched my daughter bounce at the end of a tumble track for over 5 minutes waiting for the student coach to stop talking and give her instruction. Another time, the student coach was trying to teach 3 different classes with almost 2 dozen kids total. It was so unsafe!

I only let her finish the last class because I had already paid, but we will not be returning and I would never recommend this place for learning any sort of gymnastics.

I liked it and my kids were doing well until they got a new GM, I think his name is Marco and he started teaching the class. He mixed higher level girls with very new beginning little girls. So we had a 9 year old more advanced girl in the same class as my 4 year old who couldn't even do a somersault. He had another teacher working with him but refused to separate them.
When I tried to express my concerns to him he was very degrading and disrespectful to me as a mom. He would not listen to me and just kept telling me no, he has to do it his way.
I was VERY displeased with how he dealt with the situation and as a mother who is paying a lot for a teacher to not take a minute to try and understand or even listen. I will not be taking my girls back because of him and would not recommend this place.

I have always hard bad things about this place. I learned the hard way it does SUCK. The only reason we stayed so long was due to an Awesome Coach who is now gone. So we are following him and so are others. The other thing that bothered me was I would ask why I had extra charges on my account and no one ever knew why...CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS PEOPLE! The place is not clean webs everywhere and food crumbs, dirty socks. The NEW coaches get in the kids face and yell at them when it s not even their student. I saw this twice happen. Front desk people have no respect. Management really don t listen to the paying customers but will take what every their coaches say and go alone with it. DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I think gymnastics is a great sport for children to learn in, unfortunately at first glance it looks like the owners are not too involved. This facility is managed by young people who do not seem to understand how a business works. The arrogance when someone makes a suggestion and the reply is "you can go elsewhere then". Clearly the management is part of a generation that doesn't understand cell phone etiquette and customer service. This is supposed to be about the kids learning discipline, teamwork, and building their self confidence. Instead it is a management team that is out for themselves. If you can, find another facility. This is not the best environment for your children. If you are the owner of the facility and you are reading this, I strongly encourage you to contact me. If you truly do care about your facility and your customers then I will hope to hear from you. I would like to believe that the owners do care, but so far I am not seeing it.

Don't waste your money here. We enrolled our kids in the 3-4 year old classes and wish we hadn't. The coaches are horrible. You can tell they don't want to be there. The kids were trying to talk to the coaches and the coaches would literally ignore them. They show long sequences of movements only 1 time and then expect your child to remember them. I have taught young kids for many years and know you can't show them more than one move at a time if you expect them to remember it. The staff is not very friendly. Out of 5 coaches I've said hello to in the gym only two acknowledged me back. There are a lot of other gymnastics gyms in the area. I personally would suggest checking some of them out and skipping this place.
