I was looking for a trainer that would help me get into shape without making my issues worse. When I started my training with Dallas, I had issues with my knees, lower back, wrist & hand (not fully recovered from a fracture), and ankle (fractured about few months before starting with Dallas).
Dallas always found exercises that wouldn’t irritate or hurt any of my problem areas. He listened, but also pushed me. I can proudly say, I didn’t have one set back when training with him.
Dallas is an excellent trainer. He created an exercise plan for my specific needs that worked. I highly recommend him.

Dallas is one of those trainers that actually cares about your fitness needs /goals. I decided to do personal training because I wanted to learn how to work out using correct form and how to plan out a work out schedule for the week. Dallas is great at being to mix things up for example if you are a little bored of your work out plan or if you are feeling a little adventurous that day. He teaches/trains you with the end goal of eventually you knowing how to do everything your self and are not dependent on a personal trainer to know how to work out properly. Dallas is an athletic guy so if you prefer more of an athletic style of work out plan he is your guy! Currently I have been getting into boxing and Dallas has helped me plan my workout routine around that.

It was great working with him! He was able to work around my injuries from a bad car accident and helped show me equipment and exercises that would help with strengthening my back. He made it a very personalized experience and was the best of the trainers i had. Great guy all around! Highly recommend him for a personal trainer.

Not enough stars on here for this guy! He is motivating, efficient, and patient, without over pushing, but also knows what you’re capable of! I wouldn’t ever switch to any other personal trainer, he is by far the best and affordable!!!
