Evolve Dance & Fitness, established in 2014, has been dedicated to providing exceptional dance and fitness instruction to the community. Their welcoming and familial environment invites individuals of all ages, starting from two years old, to explore and develop their talents in various dance styles, such as Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, and more. With a strong emphasis on technique, physique, and social skills, Evolve Dance & Fitness aims to nurture the love of dance as an art form, while providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students to grow and flourish. They extend a complimentary week-long trial to new clients to experience their remarkable dance instruction firsthand.

Run by a magnificent dancer who truly cares for the children she teaches and inspires them with a compassionate and dedicated team. Offers Zumba, yoga and more for adults as well, and preschool classes in the morning. Students also benefit from working toward summer and winter recitals.

Taking there free 1 week trial, Bootcamp is fun!!! Excited for yoga !!! Our instructor she’s awesome abd very motivating!! Brought a friend to try it out ... they have reasonable prices😍😝

Wonderful dance studio!!! Everything is wonderful from the classes to the staff! I am an older adult student and Iove that there are classes for adults ranging from yoga, to Zumba, and even the traditional dance classes such as tap and hip hop. I particularly love how I can choose from not only fitness classes but also traditional dance classes for adults all under the same roof! Furthermore the staff are kind and sweet and personable making you feel comfortable and relaxed in a non competitive atmosphere. There truly is something for everyone especially for the adults. I love this studio and I would definitely recommend this studio-especially for adults dance students looking for a studio that also includes fitness classes!

Evolve is a wonderful, family oriented dance studio. I've been going to zumba classes there since they opened. The classes are fun, it is reasonably priced, and the people that work there are very kind. Chez, the owner is very meticulous in selecting only the best instructors to ensure the classes be at the up most quality. I highly recommend going here, either for fitness classes or dance classes. After going to Evolve I have no interest in ever going anywhere else.

I have been going to EDF to take Zumba classes with my sister since the studio first opened. We've had great instructors, and I love the family atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend EDF to anyone in the South Mountain/Laveen community!

Evolve offers a good variety of dance and fitness classes for both kids and adults. If you are looking for your kids or yourself to evolve into a more confident person, strong, and happier person, this is the place to be. The staff are great and Chezaray, the studio owner is such a delight to work with.
