Exhale Pilates has been life changing during my recovery from back surgery. Lindsey’s passion and drive to help others is apparent each session. She is tremendous at what she does and is able to modify the workout to fit my needs perfectly. I have never felt stronger and more confident in my own body. She is a master of her craft and I’m so thankful to have her leading the charge.

I’ve been going to Exhale Pilates for individual sessions for months & I highly recommend. I have a back injury and Lindsay is knowledgeable in ways to help strengthen while working through my injury. She is kind, compassionate, skilled & a very encouraging Pilates instructor. Her reformer is top notch & in a private clean/comfortable space. I could not recommend more & am seeing great results in mobility, strength & overall well being. Thank you Lindsay, you are the BEST!!!

I can’t recommend Lindsey at Exhale Pilates enough! This was my first time trying reformer Pilates, and Lindsey made it such an enjoyable experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking you through each move with care and attention. Her cozy home studio is the perfect setting to focus on your workout, and the reformer machine takes it to the next level. I leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and totally empowered. Plus, the price is unbeatable! If you’re considering Pilates, Lindsey is the best. Highly recommend!

It's always a bit daunting to try things where you're not sure if (a) you'll like it or (b) will I just embarrass myself! Pilates is one of those things for me - never looked into it, wasn't sure how it could benefit me or whether the sessions would be 'worth it'
Turns out, as a runner, I *really* need it in my life! Flexibility, strength and resistance are all good things for any body of any age. Lindsay listens to where you're at with your comfort level and adjusts every workout to meet your needs. There are so many creative combinations she comes up with.
So give it a try. It's a comfortable setting with 1-on-1 instruction and personal attention. I personally intend to keep taking classes from Lindsay into the new year!

Lindsey makes the Pilates sessions fun. She varies each session to keep things challenging while exercising and stretching all areas. I really appreciate how flexible she is with scheduling my time. Highly recommend her.

Lindsey has the depth and breadth of experience to be able to make each session a great workout, accommodate for specific physical needs, include variety each session, and make your session fun as well as productive. Private sessions mean that you are able to work on skills at your level of fitness and experience. It’s been a breath of fresh air to be able to continue my Pilates practice with Lindsey! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the private instruction from Lindsey. She does an amazing job with giving very descriptive instruction so you know exactly how to correct your posture/movement to get the best from your workout. She is great with modifying for any problem areas or even working on those areas to make them stronger. Every session was different so I never became bored with the same routine. Also, her in home studio is very clean and inviting. I’ll be back for more!
