Fit Lab AZ is hands down one of the coolest gyms I’ve been to in Scottsdale. The equipment selection is next-level — tons of unique machines and training tools you won’t find anywhere else. I would rate this gym as probably the best I've been in. We regularly tour gyms in Canada and the United States and are building our own facility. The crew at Fitlab was very accommodating and gave good advice. The biggest challenge for us will be replicating the Fitlab vibe. The members at Fitlab seem genuinely happy to be there. I was visiting from Washington, DC and dropped into FitLab while in Arizona—what a find. Fantastic gym! Carter and Chase have such good energy it’s contagious! Brandon the owner is very knowledgeable and a great guy to chat with, the few times I’ve ran into him. The energy in this gym is unique and the equipment is elite. The machines are engineered to accommodate the bodies biomechanics thus preventing injuries and saving the joints from being stressed which is important for someone like myself who’s had a couple injuries a while ago. This gym blows all commercial gyms out of the park. They got lots of unique machines to use. They got every piece of equipment you would ever need. The staff is super friendly and outgoing. I just joined FitLab three weeks ago and I can say that this is the best gym I’ve ever trained at in my life. I’ve never seen a facility have the level of machines and weights this place has available.

Not only do they have the best equipment and free weights (dumbbells up to 200 lbs), they also have an amazing recovery room with saunas, cold plunge and compression sleeves.

I have been going to FITLAB since the old location near airpark and have watched FITLAB grown into what it is today. I have been coming to FITLAB since 2023 and I can say that I’m proud to be a part of the community Brandon and his team have built for everybody. The Scottsdale and Phoenix area has been in desperate need for not just a gym but a place that has an amazing community of likeminded people that I can confidentially call FITLAB a second home. Some highlights other than everything is the incredible team such as: Brandon, his brother Nick, Alex, Chase, Dame, Carter and many others. The equipment is absolutely out of this world and would impress anybody in n the world. This is my second review of the gym, but I feel that it’s necessary given the last one was years ago and the gym has evolved so much since the time it was simply Brandon holding it down.

It’s easy to rave about the equipment and recovery. Without a shadow of a doubt, this gym contains the greatest ensemble of training equipment I have ever experienced in my life. With that being said, what really makes the gym contain the energy it does is because of the people. Starting with Brandon, he is an incredibly empathetic and genuine human being who truly wants to create the best experience for every single person that walks through his doors. I can absolutely say more about the man…those that know him, know exactly what I am speaking about. Then there is the GM Carter, who Brandon carefully and intentionally selected. It should be no surprise to hear Carter embodies the same joyous characteristics as Brandon, and that he makes every person feel like they have his undying attention. The personal trainer Alex, who always has a smile on his face as well as the new front desk woman, Lisa. And of course I can’t forget Chase and Kristen. Kristen, an expert in her craft, and Chase, one of the bubbliest humans I have ever met in my life.

If you’ve made it this far, I’m sure you’re sensing the common theme here - Great people, who love to serve others.

Absolutely incredible gym! If you take your fitness serious you'll love this gym. This gym caters to bodybuilders but also can fit for other lifters as well. I'm not kidding when I say this: the best gym lighting I've ever experienced. Every machine you could ever want and weights galore. FitLab is hands down the best gym in Scottsdale. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel completely at home. Signing up with Carter was amazing—he was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy.

Definitely ask the front desk about Kristen Bennett, the physical therapist who does body work at FitLab. She’s been a total game changer for me. I was dealing with serious hip pain, around a 6 out of 10, and after working with her for about a month, I’m down to a 3. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and really cares about her clients.

The gym itself is probably the cleanest in the valley. Everything is well maintained and spotless. The recovery room is huge and has everything you need to wind down and take care of your body after a workout.

All the machines are top of the line and easy to adjust to fit your body and needs.

Overall, the vibes are awesome, the staff is top-notch, and even the members are great. Can’t recommend FitLab enough.

My favorite gym I have ever trained at. I have been a member for 5 months since I moved back to Scottsdale from Los Angeles and I cannot speak higher of the staff, equipment and community. I was at Equinox Culver & MDR prior and my lifting sessions are far superior at Fitlab. Highly professional gym with elite lifters however still so welcoming and not intimidating at any level. The staff are always walking around and helping guide, teach or answer any questions. I also use the recovery room almost every session that includes the red light infrared saunas. The gym is usually busy with really cool respectful people but I hardly ever have to wait for a machine even at more popular workout times. Truly such a fun community and vibe. It is the only gym where I do not even need headphones because the music is actually what I would be listening to anyway. Go here, you will love it.

I currently workout at lifetime and the time has come to switch gyms. I tend to be a home body and thrive in routine, so switching homes brought more anxiety than I was expecting. I have been shopping around and calling various places with no real hits. I stumbled upon a TikTok video reviewing the gym and was incredibly intrigued. I called yesterday, and Spoke to Chase. I was instantly drawn to his personability and kindness. He addressed me by name and met all of my questions with quick and confident answers. After addressing my needs, he sent me the sign up link and exclaimed should I have any other questions, to not hesitate and reach out.

Tomorrow will be the first day I physically step foot into the gym, and I already feel like I am home.
