I hurt my shoulder skiing and was worried about lifting again. The team at FC worked out a plan to get me feeling stronger and regaining my confidence again!
I have done CrossFit, private training and at home sessions and Fitness Collective is the sweet spot. The semi private session are 100% custom fit for me and the coaches are so professional and fun. I highly recommend the FC if you’re injured looking to get back at it!

On vacation in Flagstaff from France, had two workouts with Jimmy and Aly and it was an amazing experience! I don’t think we have anything similar in France. It’s basically a small group class but the workout is customized to each individual. The trainers are so nice and caring; you just leave the place feeling so good and energized! Heart attack in 2022. Obese at 260. Old age arriving. Laziness daily. I had to do something. March 2024 started losing weight with doctors and weight loss drugs. Accomplished weight loss along with much muscle mass and became fearful of falling.
March 2025. After several friends recommend fitness collective I began working one on one. Very first session was an eye opener. I felt immediate results. Now I'm ten sessions in and know this team of very knowledgeable trainers is helping me recover strength and mobility. Simple everyday tasks are enjoyable again and I look forward continually improving my overall fitness level
These professionals really do know their business and it is obvious they care. At age 76 I feel alive again and enjoy riding my Harley even more.

This place is legit. I have hated working out for years, but now I have been going 3x week at FC and I am loving it! In the past, I always signed up for a membership at the usual gyms, but never lasted more than a month. I never knew how to workout or what I should be doing. And it was lonely. Those problems disappeared when I started going to FC. People know my name and they tell me what workouts I should be doing! If you are concerned about the cost, get over it. The security of actually working out consistently is worth paying more than the usual $19.99/month at a big-name gym. Lose confusion, gain direction. Lose isolation, gain friends. Lose self-doubt, gain self-respect.

As someone who used to be a collegiate athlete I highly recommend Fitness Collective as a great place to stay fit after college athletics. Their trainers are EXTREMELY friendly and personable and do a great job individualizing your workouts! Anytime the owners, Joey and Rachel, are there they always make the effort to come and say hi!:) Also, if you get a stud trainer named Ryan he’s awesome!!

Amazing place! organized scheduling system, all the trainers are friendly, informative and personable. Vast range of machines and equipment with customized work outs for each person. They have a healthy snack station that you can buy from and merch.
The only thing that bothered me was the price.
Upon signing up, you're not told about the prorate until the end of the client interview. I believe their billing system is in the middle of the month, so you'll have to bite the bullet and pay twice in a month. My first month, I paid nearly $500 because of the prorated fee and the monthly fee. My package was $259 a month for semi private lessons... So the prices are a bit steep for having 1 hour sessions and can only have a certain amount of sessions per week. If you want more than 3, I Believe you get charged more. I may be wrong about that but my plan couldn't be scheduled more than 3x a week.

The trainers here are amazing. They helped me rebuild my muscle and lose 20 lbs of lingering baby weight after having 2 kids. From great work outs to nutrition guidance options, it's a great place to get and stay healthy. The small group set up was an affordable option, and the scheduling set up gave me the accountability I needed.

Fitness Collective is the best place to workout if you want to see results. They helped me turn 10 pounds of fat into 10 pounds of muscle in less than 8 months! I love coming here! The time passes so quickly because they’ve already planned a series of individual exercises specifically for me that keep me moving and engaged. As someone with several orthopedic issues, I appreciate their attention to my capabilities and what I can do without experiencing pain.
In less than 2 months, I am stronger all over, my endurance is much better, I have lost weight, and my motivation hasn’t flagged once. In fact, I may upgrade my plan to come more often.
Because everyone is doing different things, I’m not comparing myself to others, which can be demotivating.
Oh, did I mention the wonderful, friendly and encouraging trainers? For me, I’m sold on this format and this group of exceptional people.

I love the format. I am not highly motivated to just go into a gym and start working out. Plus I don’t know what to do besides cardio on a bike or treadmill. At Fitness Collective I sign up for a time slot and am greeted by a physical trainer who has a workout designed for me. They also monitor me to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. The trainers are amazing.

Fitness Collective specializes in semi-private personal training. They also offer private personal training and virtual training. What is semi-private personal training? You train for one hour and your personal trainer for the day may be training up to 5 other customers at the same time. When you arrive, a trainer has already planned your workout for the day and, after a brief warm-up, they will start you on your first set of workouts. They'll watch you get started and provide any coaching you need and then rotate to another customer. Before you're done with each workout, your trainer will check-in, help with any form corrections, and provide encouragement. Even when the place is busy, you'll never feel like you're on your own. It's 'almost' private personal training, at a reasonable cost.
Here are a few reasons why I love Fitness Collective, and why it works for me:
- I have a schedule and it syncs to my calendar. I am motivated to show-up because my trainer is expecting me.
- Scheduling is easy and you can reschedule if you need to.
- I can just show up and there's a plan ready for me. I don't have to put any thought into what to work on today.
- The environment is never intimidating. Everyone there is in the same boat as you - just trying get stronger, lose weight, be a better you.
- The trainers are friendly and helpful. You'll get to know many of them and they all know you by name.
- The trainers always challenge me way more than I would challenge myself if I was planning my own workout. More challenge = faster progress.
At first glance the pricing may give you a sticker shock compared to a typical gym membership. Just remember that this is way more than a gym membership. This is personal training and you will actually make it to the gym! I would highly recommend giving it a try, seeing the value, then deciding if the cost is worth it. I think you'll find it is.

I started my fitness journey in January and have worked with Chandler, Kenadee, and Bailey so far. They are so so attentive to any pain, tightness, etc. I may have and I'm already seeing results! I started with pretty bad knee pain and my range of movement wasn't the best. Today I finally did my first squat set without any knee pain!! I am grateful beyond words for them and for making this experience so so comfortable.

I started off with Fitness Collective about 8 months ago, using their virtual personal training option (hugeeee gym anxiety so the virtual option was so fantastic for me). I had just had my second baby, and was really feeling the need to work on myself. They have been so wonderful, and though I only carve out 1x/week for myself, my body is definitely thanking me. I recently transitioned to in person training, and WOW. If you’re having any hesitation (like I did) because “it’s a gym” or if you get nervous working out around others, let go of your hesitations and give them a chance. The trainers are so encouraging, and the vibes are totally different than that of any other gym I’ve been to. All the trainers I’ve met are so wonderful, and Bayley has been training me the past few weeks and she is just amazing 💛

I’m used to working out alone. Once I got used to the scheduled time, personal interaction and the small group dynamic for the first 5 minutes I’ve grow to really love it. I’ve learned proper techniques for exercises I’ve been doing wrong for years. I’ve also learned many new ones. Having someone directing you will make that hour super productive. I joined HAPT after the gym I'd been going to for over 10yrs cut back their hours. I was hesitant at first as my old gym was small and paid a lot of attention to pre-hab training and form. I am happy to say I get the same at HAPT! The trainers are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen and ask what is and isn't working for you. The workouts have been challenging and just what I have been looking for to help maintain and enhance my active lifestyle!

When visiting my mom in Flagstaff, AZ I joined her at High Altitude. Our trainer Jimmy contacted me a couple days prior to find out if any modifications were necessary and what type of workouts I preferred. I can not rave enough about the quality of service I received. Jimmy kicked my butt and challenged me as I had requested. He was very professional and encouraging the whole time. I was so happy after my first workout I signed my husband and I up for one more before heading out of town. I only wish we had a gym like this where I live.

I typically don't work out in a gym or at all really but I really love this concept, the staff and the quality of the workouts here. The trainers really started out slow for me and constantly assessed my performance and solicited feedback. I feel great afterwards and can definitely tell a difference in my strength level even after a few weeks. I am hooked and look forward to going every time. EDIT: It's now been 9 years that I've been training at HAPT. They have the perfect mix of individualized workouts and advice while still allowing you to work out on your own. The amazing group of trainers they have know when to provide tips on technique and when to let you work! At 64, I know how important staying healthy and active is so I absolutely recommend HAPT!
I've been working out at HAPT for over two years and HIGHLY recommend it. This isn't a gym where a bunch of muscle bound athletes grunt and groan, it's a place where everyday folks get a extremely beneficial workout in just one hour. Each session is custom designed to help you meet your goals and changes everyday. Bottom line, you won't get board or meet a better group of trainers and trainees.

I have experienced personal training with Priya Dass via zoom. She is very professional and at the same time she can communicate to you know exactly what she wants you to do. She can also explain to you the desired effect that certain movements have on your body. If you aren’t feeling the recommended result, you know that you are doing the exercise incorrectly or your body isn’t ready for that movement. She is very good at helping you analyze each situation. She is also very inspirational. She actually makes you want to do your exercise. This has been an awesome experience.

Recently, I went on a 6 day Colorado River float trip from Lee's Ferry to Phantom Ranch.
The rapids and hikes were phenomenal and the Mule ride out was
memorable. At the age of 77, I doubt I could have done any of this if not for
the great Personal Training and Core and Stretching I have been getting at
HAPT.

The quality of the training and personal care is amazing. They really get to know you and your specific body and what it needs. Because of this, they tailor your workouts to exactly what you need. And we all know our bodies and abilities can change often, especially with our habits and nutrition. They have good communication between the trainers and clients so they can deal with these changes as they come up. Every month they do assessments of body measurements, weight, body fat percentage and more that provide you a regular snapshot of how you're doing health wise. You have access to all that data through their web app. I've seen them working with teenagers, and I've seen them working with people in their 70s. It's like having your own personal trainer but at a less expensive price.

Love this training facility and staff!! I came into High Altitude Personal Training with injuries to my shoulder and foot. Within a couple of months my shoulder improved so much that I no longer have pain. Also with much diligence from staff my foot has improved to the point that I am hopeful to start running this spring. I would "highly" recommend them!
