Predatory policies. I moved and called to cancel my membership. They said I had to come in and there was no other way to cancel it.

If I can cancel my life insurance policy through DocuSign or my health insurance- I should be able to cancel a gym membership…

I don’t care what the “policy” say, be a decent human being. I’m not flying to Az to cancel a gym membership.

Hopefully it’s cancelled after being sent to collections!!! Will be cheaper than flying across states.

Trash gym with predatory marketing avoid these leeches at all costs, from hidden fees, downright ignoring cancellation requests to sending inaccurate bills to collection agencies. These guys are not on your side and definitely do not care about you!

Its open 24 7 my husband works grave yard and gets off at 2 am so it great. That he cam go at 2 30am and then come home n go to bed its clean and great equipment

Good place and good people. Slot of free weights and very clean. If you want a gym the kingman one is the way to go. If you want nice people and free weights this is you spot. I am a body builder and I feel welcome here. No judgement in this gym knowledge and good people only here.

Fitness for 10 is a great place to train. Equipment is always is great condition and kept clean. Staff is friendly and great attitude with customers. Facility is available 24 / 7 with equipment , tanning is available as well. And since I’ve been training over 40+ years I know a good gym when I find one .

"I seriously doubt you ever set foot in our facility". That is the owners claim/accusation.

Fact check, one photo he is currently using on the Google page the owner took from me via my Instagram page many moons ago. One of a couple of times I've been there. Strawman argument kaput! You just simply didn't get the review of the joint till now.

Fact check: Interesting you bring up covid19. Did Gov Ducey cause the infection spike? No, a bunch of sloppy and ill mannered people did. And if your facility and the patrons are unwilling to make hygiene a priority there at the gym, what's there to believe they prioritize it anywhere?

Some times things didn’t work, free trainer was to pushy for contact. I paid monthly and got hurt went to cancel before another month was taken out and they still took it out and tried to take more. Now fighting with them over $100 and I didn’t get my personal trainer money back when I got hurt and couldn’t train anymore.

Byers beware. They do not follow their own contract. I was there for a year and contract states after year is over if not renewed for next year then membership automatically cancels. Not the case. They took 80 more dollars out for the next four months prior to those months. Secondly, every time i went there to use the gym i got sick. They dont clean their machines. I went to planet fitness instead. Better deal better environment.

Read your contracts..... They charge a $50 fee for changing your account in any way. $50 to join or 12 month contract, then $50 to cancel, $50 to down grade Ect. And the employees are VERY rude about helping you cancel. I've been in there 3 times and been told to come back at a different time to cancel.

They have the most horrible customer service in the world. They tried to charge me a 100 dollar fee to cancel my two accounts when there is supposed to be no term cancel anytime. Since I have started posting these reviews the manager as called me a cyber bully. This is no way for management to talk to customers.
