AZ's West valley premier training facility. We are a semi private training facility with 24/7 access for our members. We have multiple personal trainers here to serve you that specialize in weight loss, strength training, body building, muscle recomp, power lifting, suggested nutrition plans, fitness boot camps and much more. Our facility is equipped with kilo plates, cardio equipment, dumbbells up to 150 lbs, state of the art leg machines, competition bench press, multiple squat racks and dead lifting platforms, sleds, rops and a large turf area. stop bye and take a tour!

Just got out of this place and man it’s by far the best gym I’ve been to. Deleted the planet fitness account cause it’s wack. This place is way better. Meets all my needs and has a bunch of free weight and really awesome people especially Henry so glad I found this place and these awesome people. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new gym!

Great gym!! I'm glad that the one I was going to closed so that I can find a place that better suited my lifting style. If you're used to all the high-tech gadgets, not a place for you. If you're not used to being around like-minded people not for you. If you want to meet your goals and get better physically, well you'll have to judge that......

Hands down the BEST gym I’ve EVER been to!!! Let me start off by saying this entire gym is a whole vibe! The moment you walk in you feel welcomed!! The staff and owner are always making sure the members feel at home and in an upbeat, comfortable environment. Not to mention how friendly everyone is!!!! The minute you start training here you feel like you’ve gained a family. Also want to mention that the equipment is ALWAYS clean and some of the best equipment I’ve used (and I’ve had memberships at quite a few gyms). This is definitely the gym for anyone whether you’re a beginner or a pro! ❤️

Grateful for this amazing gym! The atmosphere and the people are amazing. I completely LLLOOVEEE this place!!! the staff makes you feel welcomed and have helped me out with multiple tips on certain things I was struggling with. Beyond glad I left the corporate gym world. This is my gym HOME 🫡😁.

This gym is UNPROFESSIONAL! Whoever is running the social media account needs to be FIRED!
First, how can YOU get upset that customers were unable to pay because your employees were no where to be found? The fact that you guys REPOSTED his video then turned around & BASHED THEM ! Ask where is a “free gym” when it’s OBVIOUSLY yours because your employees wasn’t anywhere to be found!
Second, do you do this to your white customers when you guys YOU GUYS ARENT DOING WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING TO GET PAYMENT !
If you’re African American DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GYM !
Also , I just called AND AGAIN nobody is manning the station at the front to answer phones or take payment !
