Ive struggled with being overweight my whole life. I’ve tried going to the gym and it’ll last for a week or so and then I will stop. Recently, I was really upset with myself and how much i let myself go. I decided to reach out to Chris and i’m glad I did. When I started working Chris, He made it easy to want to work out and want to lose the weight. He motivates you to really go the extra mile. There’s no judgement or embarrassment present (which is what i always struggled with and why i stop going after a week). I’m now committed to a full transition and ready & excited to get up in the mornings and go workout with Chris. Thank you so much for help Chris. I really appreciate you and what you do!

Chris has been our personal trainer for over a year now. He trains us both in the gym and remotely when we are in CO. We have had multiple personal trainers over the the past several years and Chris is by far one of the best. He is knowledgeable and able to guide you well in how to workout right. However, more important is the fact that pays attention to us and our individual needs for each workout. That make the workouts even better because when he can push you he does to get the ,most out of your workout, but when you need to back off a bit because your not feeling well or have some type of injury his workout protects you and does push you causing worse issue or injury. Chris, thank you for taking such great care of us bot here in the gym and remotely when we are working out in CO.

I cannot recommend Chris enough as a trainer! When I started, I struggled with gym anxiety and lacked confidence, but Chris’ knowledge, kindness, and support made all the difference. His expertise in both fitness and nutrition helped me build muscle and lose over 40 pounds. We did both in-person and online training, which was seamless, and the app he uses to track my food/ workouts is super easy and motivating. I now feel more confident in and out of the gym. My mindset about my body has completely transformed training with Chris. He has truly changed my life, and I’m excited about the progress I’ve made and continue to make!

Training with Chris over the last 6 months has been life changing to say the least. I've lost 30lbs over that time, while eating 2,800 calories a day at this point. His guidance has set me up for success.
I train with Chris virtually as well as in person. He programs my workouts and makes sure I'm progressing week by week.

Chris is an amazing trainer and human being! Starting out with Chris, I didn’t have a whole lot of experience lifting and from previous injuries I had a lot of pain in my shoulder from doing certain movements etc. Over the past few months we have been able to work on those areas and strengthen my shoulder to be able to do exercises I had always avoided before.
Not only that, but Chris has helped me develop at home routines to do with the equipment I have access to.
Easily the best investment in myself I’ve made in a while and I encourage everyone to take the leap.

Personal training with Chris has been the best investment in myself!!! Prior to working out with him I had really bad lower back pain from a car accident years ago that held me back and I always felt like I couldn’t do certain exercises or movements. When we started working together he made a point to focus on strengthening my back and core to help with my back pain. Fast forward just a couple of short months and I no longer complain about my back pain anymore! We do exercises I never thought I could and it’s been the best improvement in my life. My wife also doesn’t have to hear me complain about my back anymore, she’s happy too! All jokes aside, Chris is an awesome guy, great trainer and good energy to be around. I can’t think of a better way to start my day, and will continue to train with Chris multiple times a week. He takes great care of me and all my friends who now do personal training with him too. If you’re looking for a great trainer to help you reach your personal goals, Chris is your guy!!!!
