Took my Son to come check out the gym.
Wanted to charge me after we had already been in the gym for 30 minutes.
All the weights are scattered all over the place all mixed matched weights.
Multiple machines out of order.
I’m an truly disappointed and will not be returning to this gym.
Even though I paid for the year and cant get reimbursed I still won’t go back.

Customer service is the corner stone of any good business and if that is what you are looking for you will not receive it here. Today I attempted to end my membership at this gym. They told me that I owed them $29 for the next month that I am not going to use for not giving them a 30 day notice. This annoyed me but I could understand even though last year I ended my membership during the summer and they didn’t charge me anything. The manager then told me I had to pay the next $45 yearly fee even though I couldn’t use the gym. She then threatened me and said that if I didn’t pay they would turn it over to a collection agency for the $45. This was extremely inappropriate and the manager was rude to me. I would have renewed my membership in September because I like working out only in the Winter. I am furious at the attitude of the manager and would recommend if you are looking for a gym you need to run from this one.

Sad to think this place turned into a trash scam. They didn’t let me workout at their gym for an account “archive” first then they charge me 260$ for not going to their gym unbelievable will have to take to court if this isn’t settled:(
