The staff are friendly. There was this one time all the people deadlifting, we wore all being to loud. When we wore approached we all wore encouraged with our workouts and kindly asked if we could try an keep it down. It was so nicely done . An we actually see the workers cleaning an ordinary fashion.

Charged me 74.00 out of the blue after I told them when the new owner bought that I did not want to renew my year contract. I've left messages on every avenue, I guess I just have to go into the place and make a scene. You did not have permission to charge me for another year, I never signed a new contract. Do not sign with this company. I just got off the phone with the .manager of prescott valley and this lady told me i couldn't speak to another manager or owner, she couldn't send me an email address to my email because I was driving and had the nerve to tell me she knew what a rep told me on 6/1/24 because " she knows all" literally the worst customer service ever and for a company that just stole 74.00 from me.

I was loyal to this place for years but just had a baby and couldn't go to the gym like I wanted. So I canceled my membership in the middle of the month. Then I get a charge of $29 again when I canceled. They said it was a courtesy charge, what is that? They billed me even though I wasn't going to return. Very bad policy will not be back to this place. Along with the extra charge the prices here have raised to a high price for the gym environment that's why I'll be going to a different one.

So I have been a member at this location since it opened as fitness for ten, obviously I’ve been happy with the place, clean, polite staff. A few things have changed though, one is a fitness class now has an open space in the main gym so when a class is going on it’s their music and they can yell and whoop all they want. They use multiple weights from the main gym it makes working out a hassle during that time. I personally in the past have had a trainer ask me to keep it down. Doesnt seem fair. But other than that I’m still a happy customer.

I couple a months I gave a ok review for this place overall I was happy until. Well I have the VIP Membership you get everything for $29.99. We’ll surprise a couple months ago they raise my membership to $35.99 so I decide to go down to the $10 because of work and I will be getting more busy. Well surprise number 2 I called the gym to lower my membership. The lady told me that she had a disclaimer to tell me. They sold the gym to some other company FITNESS FOR 10 is no more. AFTER JULY 2 nd they will raise your price and the $35.99 will be the cheapest. So yeah they raise my price the first time without telling me and they will be raising your price. And if you just sign up for the $10 membership I hope they told you the disclaimer before signing up.

Despite doing that, they ultimately sent me to collections for $124 which I shouldn't have even owed if they had cancelled out my membership one of the three times I asked. Been to 4 of the gyms in town and yeah this is the cheapest but the quality is worse than it should be machines stay broken for over a month sometimes and when they’re “fixed” it’s usually a bandade solution. They splurged on 10 nice treadmills but won’t get more than one band for the entire gym. It’s a 2 pound band that is literally tied together because it had ripped.

It's "fit" for the price. For $10 a month you can go in before 7:00 pm and work out on adequate equipment. For a higher cost membership, you can go in any time, bring a friend, and attend free workout classes.

The staff doesn’t acknowledge that you’re there they never greet when walking into the gym and the same thing when leaving the gym. Foul smell, equipment falling apart, stair master has been out of service for a month and they only have a total of 2 stair masters and the second one stopped working a week or so ago. Staffing is horrible and on top of that A/C doesn’t work. So it’s extremely hot!!

It's much better than a smaller gym I used to go to. The equipment isn't great but serviceable. I go early afternoon and it's not busy. It's big enough and has enough equipment to handle a good amount of people and not feel too crowded. My last gym had one of each piece of equipment and made it hard to get a workout in even with just a few people in the gym. Certainly happy I made the switch.

I have used FF10 for over two years in the Prescott valley location three to four times a week. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cara is the area manager and ensures the gym is clean and equipment is repaired promptly. She even has people come in to clean on days the gym is not staffed. I highly recommend this gym to people who want to work out in a clean, helpful environment. David, one of the personal trainers there, is accommodating. Even if you are not training with him, he will still help you and give you advice and pointers (try his Bootcamp), as will the other personal trainers. If you are looking for aerobic classes, you are at the right place. If you like to tan, there is a bed and a standup unit.

I just started here a month ago & the equipment is plenty for me! Plus $10 a month if your just going for equipment is a really good deal! You do have to pay $40 once a year for your membership fees but they don't take that till 2 months after you start. It's I think like $21 (don't quote me!) If you want to bring a guest anytime for free & the unlimited tanning package too, but their stand up tanning bed has been down for apparently quite some time & now 1 of the stair masters is down as well, only leaving 1 left which is extremely inconvenient, I'm honestly afraid to see how long it's going to take them to fix it🥺 with either of those packages you can take classes for $5 each time or you can do what I did & go for the $29.99 package where you get the unlimited tanning, free guest, & unlimited classes! I just took my first class last night, Body Sculpt with Jordan and she was awesome!! I recommend them, only gave a 4 because equipment maintenance doesn't seem to be a priority 😕

Their customer service leaves much to be desired! I cancelled my daughter's membership, which I am the payer for, last month via phone and was then asked to send a written letter for documentation, which I did. Today I was charged again for the membership! Their archaic cancellation process clearly doesn't work, so now I am waiting for a manager to return my call so I can request a refund and go through the whole process all over again. The staff at this gym are very friendly helpful, and they keep it nice and clean here. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because some of the equipment is rather old, and this location does not have showers. They do have a nice variety of machines to choose from, so, no matter what your goals are, you can find something to help you reach it.

There are four restrooms, lockers, tanning beds, and cameras all around the gym, so you can work out late at night or early in the morning and have peace of mind. The members here are friendly, and everyone, for the most part, keeps to themselves.

My favorite part about this gym is the outside section, where they have the tractor tires for doing flips, smaller regular-sized tires for agility workouts, and battle ropes. All in all, this is an excellent no-frills gym where you can get in, get the job done, and go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are rude uncaring and I felt judged there. I have medical issues the reason I joined the gym there is to get a healthier lifestyle. I just got bands to do my exercise at home. Used their gym once tried calling and calling to get them to cancel my service . No one answered. I finallbeginning when it's going to be fixed t someone to answer and they told me I had to go in to cancel. They charged me 50 bucks to use their gym once. Their tanning bed i have heard is always broken. I asked in the beginning when i signed up it's going to be fixed they said they don't have a date when it's going to be fixed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and uncaring.
Also forgot to add it's 10 dollars a month for about 2 months then charges 50 dollars for one time fee and then starts 23.99. Only reason I know this because even after i canceled my subscription they still tried to charge me. So beware of that.

So, with the hot issue of not being able to work and being signed off medically as a high-risk via COVID issues this membership is pretty worthless. :) I have less than 100$ due to my inability to work right now, I need to pay my car insurance and make payments toward money I previously pulled from my credit card; ABC Fitness got it's payment and now I don't have the money for my bills. I was charged 41.99 in September for.. I don't know, and I can't afford groceries. I'm about to burst into tears because of my financial issues becoming so worrysome that I am consistantly fighting the anxiety it brings. Every day brings more stress than the one passed, I don't know what I'm going to do, and I feel emotionally, physically, and mentally devistated.. but at least you've gotten the payment for the gym I do not use. I will desperatly be seeking out someone from the Prescott Valley branch to speak to tomorrow so to go over any options that you may have to release me from this Hell of paying for something I cannot and have not used due to fear of my lung and heart issues incase I become infected allong side my inability to pay it and live.
You paused payments when you were demanded to close, why not... I don't know, show your small-town, community- invested side and contact your members via email, ask how we are, offer to help us, refund us, or SOMETHING during these times. You have the information that correlates who has stopped coming, so it seems safe to assume these people cannot attend and most likely cannot afford to keep paying you to not go. I know it's not something you have to do, but community outreach during a crisis really is helpfull, caring, and in return gives your gym a good, caring, and understanding look.

All 3 local gyms are clean with great equipment. I absolutely love the group classes that are offered! Tiger has AMAZING energy and is an amazing leader. As the same as another reviewer on here, I went in wanting to cancel since I had not been there in sometime. My card had expired so I owed the $20 for the previous month. But, since it was 7 days into the new month I would now need to pay $40. She told me I needed to pay or I could not cancel, and since I could not cancel the bill would continue to accumulate until I paid it, then they WOULD LET ME cancel, let that sink in. That is the definition of a scam. They also have no way of canceling without going in, the girl there told me some garbage about needing a "legal" signature. Stay away.

I had to cancel my membership the other day due to a job transfer and the lady that helped me was super nice and understanding and even took off the monthy payment and just charged me the cancelation fee which wasnt that much. I would recommend fitness for 10 to any of my friends or family.

I was screwed over. I moved to another state because of a family emergency. I called to cancel my membership and they said I'd have to come in. When I told them I was in another state they said I could try emailing them. Then they charged my bank when I explicitly told them I no longer want them taking money out of my account. I will never go to any of these locations again. They are scumbags who steal your money.

So signing up I went with the $15 vip pass, but somehow its $20 a month on my bank statements. I decide I want to cancel my gym membership, lady says 55$ out fee of the contract I wasn’t informed about, thats OK. But I got charged yesterday for my membership ($20) and I ask if I can have that removed since im canceling. No in fact she says, “you’ll have to wait till next billing cycle to cancel”. So ($20)+($20)+($55) to be able to cancel... make sure when signing up for this gym you do not sign up for the contract no matter how much money they tell you, you save because in the end you will end up with more fees than you signed up for.

The women employees are amazing.. I love them.. However, I knocked 2 stars off for the older guy, Bob or Bill-can’t remember- but he was working there when I questioned him about a health concern that I had about the tanning bed.. and he stated that he checks and cleans the tanning bed after every tan.. Well, when I went to tan someone had spilled oil all over the floor.. It looked like someone had attempted to mop it up as I almost slipped and fell.. I was annoyed that the management may have done a poor job cleaning it.. I completed my session and I said goodbye to him nicely.. I come in to tan the next night and when I signed in I had an alarm, “See Management!”.. So I had a nice guy look at my account with me and it stated on my account, “Please Tell member NOT TO USE OIL IN THE TANNING BED!!!” Ridiculous as for one, I have been tanning for over 2 years now and have never used anything but proper tanning bed LOTION .. Secondly, how dare he not call me or talk to me on my next tan and ask what body application am I using in the tanning bed...! How dare he judge and jury me as the person who did wrong!!! Thirdly, he lied as he does not check the bed after every tan... Next time ask before you hang!!

Love this fitness for ten. They have mirrors all along the walls, a mat for stretching, an outdoor area for flipping tires, lockers, tanning beds and workout classes. The only flaw about this place i had was an older man was working out and staying on the same machine the WHOLE time I was there, every single day. He would stare at women while they were doing squats on the mat. Made me, my gym partner and other women very uncomfortable.. We eventually had to complain, they didn't care and I gave the suggestion to switch that machine with another just to put it in a different spot they then said "they can't make the gym to someone's liking". I think it could have been handled differently, I haven't gone back since. Good place other than some old creeps.
