Very happy so far! Was at another gymnastics center, and I asked staff several times to evaluate my daughter for the invite only class to no avail. My preschooler was becoming bored with the unchanging structure of the class, and was losing interest in something shes done her whole life.
I switched to Flag. Gymnastics & Cheer, and asked for the same evaluation, and they had it done during her trial class. Each class, they are working on different skills; the coaches are skilled and actually knowledgeable when it comes to strength training and technique--yes, even for littles. I am very happy with the switch, and hope others have the chance to experience this gym.

This is an excellent place to be. Everyone is so willing to help and ensure you find the right class for your kid. The staff is very knowledgeable and motivating. The athletes learn so much and have fun doing it!

My daughters love doing gymnastics here! The coaching staff is wonderful and I love how they offer positive encouragement. Gymnastics has done so much for my girls’ confidence! My son had a blast doing summer camp (what a great idea to offer swimming lessons) this past summer. And all three of my kids look forward to Parents Night Out on Saturdays (and I do too!). We’re glad to be a part of this positive community of kids, parents, and coaches where I feel like my children are loved and supported - and progressing beautifully in gymnastics 😊.

This place is amazing! The coaches are all amazing and great at what they do! Always willing to help and take extra time to correct a technique or if a student just needs a little more help. My daughter loves it and has made amazing leaps and bounds in just the short amount of time that she has been here! Just an all around great business that is run by amazingly talented staff!

When I joined I was happy and had some skills but when I left I was sad and couldn’t do anything.they will put u 2 levels below your ability example I was in level 7 but that put me in level 4/5 group ind the girls were jo jo bow preppy and if u are not a jo jo bow preppy they will hate u ind the coaching besides one of the coaches we’re really mean.or mabe it was because Im a emo GANMASTICS IS BEING CONTROLLED BY THE ALUMNADII !!!!!!!!!!!😡
