FLC is my favorite skating rink in Phoenix. Centrally located in the NPHX Baptist Church and in the same building as a wood floor gym and upstairs fitness center, this little rink has a simple waiver process, very convenient morning and evening sessions, brand new rentals, decent music, and a wonderful old school parquet wood floor that caters to hard wheeled roller skates that shuffle, dance, and slide! I wish the cafe in the church was open more often and that the floor was larger at times, but 6 out 7 days of the week this is a great roller rink and spot for beginners to practice their moves!

This place needs a renovation asap. old equipment and strange machines. no fly machine or stairmaster. also extremely crowded during peak times because of how small the area is and all the machines are very close to each other. though on the plus side there are plenty of plates and they did add a new room with new machines, albeit they are a little bit limited. I know this place has a lot of old people who need machines but it’s kinda annoying. some machines feel so outdated and obscure. for example the deadlift machine. in all this gym just feels like the bare minimum

Totally unexpected to find a really decent rink in a church campus. The floor was wood and in decent shape. I skate 95a artistic's and it was actually a little slick in spots but overall a nice floor to skate. Not a full size rink but big enough for drills and was mellow enough that you could enjoy yourself. Music was typical pop and a little to quiet so earbuds ftw. They do have rental skates available if you need them.

We attended a birthday party here on a Saturday. The rink was nice and clean, and the lights hanging from the ceiling were cool. They played fun music. Party area seated so many people with large table and benches. Wish we lived nearby as this would be a cool hangout spot!

I had a membership to the basketball courts at FLC. The courts are quite nice, but the experience at FLC is terrible. The courts are almost always rented out. If you try to call the front desk to see when the court is open, you are told the wrong times. This leads to you and your friends driving 30 minutes to a rented gym. This has happened multiple times. Save your money you won't be able to play here.

My wife and I pay our membership on time. Jackie director of the auditorium kicked my wife and I out. Someone has been deficating in the shower and the steam room. Without any proof, Jackie blamed me. I never misused the facility nor the auditorium. I feel ashamed and hurt for these accusations. Jackie was rude even when I tried explaining myself. Well as of now June 2022 from three years ago have not been able to use the hot tub or steamer I used to enjoy going there and doing my walk on the pad a jogging course and using steam room and hot tub because I work a lot hard on my muscles but since three years ago they have not had steam room or saunas really disappointing I like to go there but now there is no steam rooms or sound of that is the best part out of the work out or walking when you hurt those two rooms are very good for your muscles I would love to come back please let me know when these things are ready need them very much thank you

I love this skate rink. It's so inexpensive. $3 for non members. I would recommend bringing your own skates though because the skates they provide are definitely old and there's not a lot of selection so if you're a common size and they're busy there's no guarantee that you'll get skates. But for the price it's great. Oh! And you can plug your own music in. Just connect your phone to the speaker aux chord and go for it. It's in a church though so keep things pg for your sanity.

Affordable and friendly gym that has everything one needs to work out: cardio equipment, weights and machines, boxing, a walking/running track indoors, beautiful basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a roller skating rink. The kids working there are awesome. The only downside to some might be the old school and dated vibes, the machines are a little older but everything is well maintained and you don’t have to worry about any douchey bros trying to flex on you! It’s quiet and pleasant.

Family friendly, gym is available for kids age 13 and up. Indoor track is awesome. Also, the skating rink is fun (not included in membership, must pay $2 per person). They also have classes that are included with the membership (yoga, zumba, boot camp).

Gym membership prices vary with what you want, either like a family thing or individual. You can make payments as you go every month or get automatically billed. The billing can be to a credit card or with your bank account.

Cancelling is also pretty simple, you can call or go in person.

Staff are very helpful and will answer your questions to the best of their ability. However, they only speak English.

First I really enjoy coming to this facility. I gave it a 4 star because it is a little hard to find. As well as even if you sign up to be a member here you still have to pay to go skating. Seems like double paying as this was the main reason i like coming here.

The skating rink is a blast! For 3 dollars with skates included you cant go wrong even if you only go for 30 mins. You can play music that you like here and skate in a really groovy environment. It gives off a really old school vibe when you walk in.
