I love this yoga studio. The true concept of Yoga (holistic body,mind, spirit) is taught here. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace, grow within themselves not to compete with others. Dr. Lynch is a fantastic Chiropractor and has helped reduce my pain and discomfort greatly. The massage therapy is awesome. It's a one stop shop for peace, health and wellness

The yoga classes are hit or miss. The owner is hard to get along with and instructors don't stay long. Some classes were stellar, others, meh. However, upon canceling membership, my 30 days written notice was given on 01.13.14 and on 02.11.14 (29 days later), my account was charged another monthly fee. The owner, Dr. Lynch, was very unsympathetic and rude. He maintained that the 11th was my regular debit day and that was the policy. He refused to prorate, yet didn't offer use of the facility, either.
