Matt is positive, motivating and fun to work out with. He has a knack for pushing just the right amount. It’s clear he has solid foundational principles and keeps up with the latest exercise science. I’ve been lucky enough to train with Hannah and she’s everything you’d want in a trainer — she’s knowledgeable, she’s patient, and she listens. She worked hard to develop training plans that fit my goals and also helped me identify weak spots that might be holding me back (in my case, core and mobility work).

On top of that, she’s also a wonderful human who you can fully trust with your health and fitness. I’d highly, highly recommend her either for virtual personal training or if you’re lucky enough to be in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area to work with her in person. She’s a gem!

I was lucky enough to find Hannah thru an online search back in 2019. Primarily I wanted to lose some weight for an upcoming wedding. I was able to accomplish that, but more importantly I was able to become stronger, more flexible, and get in better overall physical shape. After our first discussion, Hannah had a plan to help me accomplish my goal. Her positive attitude and motivation contributed to my success. She varied our sessions, so I never got bored. She has a wealth of knowledge on nutrition and how the body works. I sure wish she was still in KC!

I worked with Hannah for 3 1/2 to 4 month in 2021. I started at a point of weak core and limb strength, terrible balance, the heaviest weight I have been at, and just felt so sore and weak all the time. I go to the chiropractor multiple times a month and since getting into shape, I don’t NEED it like I used to. I have an auto immune disease so I wanted a trainer who had knowledge so I would be pushed but not overdue it. Hannah was better than I could have asked for. With a background in myofascial massage as well, my muscles were well looked after and cared for 😊. I’ve never stuck with an exercise routine for more than 3 months and it’s been over a year since I started working with her and I’ve kept a routine fairly well to where I have improved strength and weight loss little by little. Hannah enhances motivation and listens to needs, goals and worries. I really liked the system/program she had for me each session. I’ve probably never been in better shape than I am now and I owe it to her for keeping me motivated even beyond my final session with her. She has her own inspirational story that motivated me even more and continues to. I highly recommend working with Hannah for your health goal needs. 💪🏻😁🤘🏻❤️

I trained with Matt mostly (Hannah sometimes) and they’re both INCREDIBLE. Matt taught me a bunch of new exercises to complement what I knew, and helped me progressively work through weaknesses on the movements I’d struggled with. I could 100% see and feel an impact from our sessions, both with my fitness and with my life holistically (Matt helped me on the nutrition side of things too!). They’re also both just awesome people. Matt may have quite literally saved my life. I went in to our training sessions a little under two years ago morbidly obese, struggling with a myriad of issues and unhappy with myself and where I was headed. He worked with me patiently and expertly, pushing me to my limits without going too far. I’m at a point where I am the strongest I have ever been, am knowledgeable on how to lose and maintain weight (even if I fail some weeks), and have put my life on a much healthier and happier path. I have utilized Hannah as my trainer for a few years now, and she has been the best investment I have made for my overall health. To provide some context, Hannah has trained me when I was at my peak performance running half marathons and weightlifting multiple times a week, to falling ill with pneumonia and having to start from scratch, to giving me home workouts during the pandemic, to helping me alter my workouts to accommodate my constant travels for work utilizing hotel gyms, and on to keeping me healthy through pregnancy and my postnatal journey where I am the heaviest I have ever been.

My point being that Hannah has successfully designed programs for me through multiple phases of my fitness journey. Her programs always get me to where I want to be, and her workouts are always appropriate for what my body is able to handle. She is one of the most inspirational women I know, and I can’t imagine having anyone else as supportive as she is as a trainer. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Hannah is the boost you need to reach your fitness goals.

The girl knows her stuff. While I am working towards getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight, Hannah has made every daunting task in my journey doable, and attainable. Give her a shot...just do it.

Thanks Hannah for keeping me healthy, and for leading by example to show that no matter how many times you may have to start over, it’s doable and always worth it. 🙌🏼

Hannah is an amazing trainer. She met me exactly where I was at. It can be somewhat intimidating to start working with someone as strong, driven and fearless as Hannah, but upon first meeting, she made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I started working out with Hannah 9 months postpartum. I didn't really have any particular goals. I just knew I wanted to have some time for myself to reconnect with my body, as well as continue working on getting my core and pelvic floor back in order after pregnancy and birth. I loved that Hannah never made me feel like I "should" come up with goals or work towards something measurable. It's not really something I'm interested in right now. She was able to motivate me in a way that felt natural. Hannah's personality is one of the best. She is so funny and also extremely supportive. She helped me get some energy back, get stronger, entertained me and listened to me with sincerity. She is definitely the full package!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Matt, Hannah, and Form Fit! Bottom line, if you are looking for a personal trainer, these are the two for you. I started working with Matt over two years ago to improve my push-ups, which I needed for a physical fitness test. At that time, I had zero upper body strength and could barely do 1. Matt was wonderful, and took the time to understand what my goals and abilities were. He tailored my work-outs to what would help me meet those goals specifically, and always knew how far I could push myself. Before working with Matt, I had no idea what I was capable of - I’m able to lift heavier weights than I ever was before, and more importantly, I was able to improve my push-ups and pass my test! Whatever your physical fitness goals are, Matt and Hannah are more than able to help you meet them. From work out plans, to nutritional plans…they literally will do everything to help you succeed! I’ve recently started doing online programs with Matt, and those have been great as well. Their scheduling is super flexible, and the gym is very convenient, COVID friendly, and parking is a breeze (and free!). Not only are Matt and Hannah two of the nicest people on the planet, they’re also dedicated to helping you in what you want to do, and they know exactly what to do to get you there! I am so grateful for Form Fit, working with them was one of the best decisions I’ve made! Thank you Matt and Hannah!!

Deciding to train with Hannah has been the best investment in myself that I have ever made. She creates an environment where you want to push yourself harder because you know she has your back (literally). I used to be intimidated of lifting weights because I had no idea what I was doing. Now I get excited to lift heavy weights. Since I started my fitness journey working with Hannah, I've seen great, consistent results that I never would have achieved on my own.

Form Fitness is nothing short of amazing. AMAZING. I’ve been training with Hannah, who is incredible, and I have a background in ballet and modern dance yet Hannah challenges me hardcore.
