The gym has been closed since July and I’m still being charged for my membership that I’ve been asking to cancel since July using both email and IG messages with no response. I’ll keep disputing the charges on my credit card but seriously Mike - this is super unprofessional and shady

I was a member of this gym for 2.5 years. The owner randomly announced the gym would be closed for two weeks at the end of July so he could move locations "down the street" - two weeks came and went and it's now September - the gym never reopened and the owner has gone completely silent on instagram and hasn't responded to requests for more details and subsequent requests to cancel my membership. He has charged me for August and September even though the gym has been closed for over a month with no communication about when it will reopen. Extremely loser behavior and needless to say, will not be going to the new location - if it ever opens which I very much doubt.

Went to my first class at FRAME today and had a great time! It was Tuesday Upper Body day led by Michael and we did a series of lifts with some cardio sprinkled in! It was exactly what I was looking for in a strength workout and I just wish I lived closer so I could go more often!

I loved this place at first - all of the instructors were amazing! I noticed all of them leaving and found out the owner hadn't been paying his trainers for MONTHS! Right around the same time he purchased all new expensive gym equipment. On top of it, I tried cancelling my membership and was never able to so just had to get a new card. Please don't go here and workout somewhere that shows their employees respect!

If it weren’t for Marlee, I would still get gymtimidated and not even try to add more weight or do hard things. I wasn’t in shape at all, but moved to a house around the corner to Frame and just signed up one day. Definitely thought I’d try it that day and not go back (I’m notorious for this because I get nervous/shy). But Marlee was the coach that day and it was one of the best things I ever did! She made me feel at ease and she’s just so amazing (and my first class was Burn lol)! I was excited to go back! She plays the best music, and always knows how to push you to do more, and make you feel confident in the process. Love her classes, and so thankful for her and Frame!

Its focus on performance, strength, and conditioning group trainings was intimidating at first but 2 minutes into my first session, it was high-fives left and right! Frame is amazing! They operate both on memberships and classpass which is convienent if you can’t commit! You are guaranteed to get a good workout every single time. There is cardio involved so prepare for that but it really gets you whipped into shape. My favorite instructor is Marlee! She is always willing to help and never makes me feel dumb for asking questions. My ONLY slight gripe is that I wish the classes were sometimes capped/smaller but hey…I’m glad they’re doing well :)

I absolutely love this place. If you like lifting, but not super intense, and you like group classes, you'll love this place too! The coaches are great, will correct form, the music is always on point, and you'll always feel welcome. I have gained so much strength, have got my tone back, and have made so many friends. The community is so supportive and friendly and there are classes throughout the day, plus you have some open gym hours as well. Michael, the owner, has done an incredible job with FRAME and I so highly recommend it if you're looking to build muscle. You get 2 upper body strength days, 2 lower body strength days, 2 cardio based days and 1 full body strength day each week. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

This is a pretty awesome spot and used their trial. The instructor I worked with, Taylor, was super engaging, attentive and as a new face, he made sure I was doing the workouts right and not falling behind. I have truly enjoyed doing my workouts at FRAME. The schedule is efficient, on time and coordinated well by the trainers. The music that they play is so good, love the vibe of it, it truly enhances the experience during the workouts. The trainers guide you all along during the classes, teaching the proper form and all. I will continue to go as long as my schedule remains the same. :-)

Great gym, Michael the owner is awesome. He creates fun / deep calorie burning workouts that push you no matter what part of your body you’re using. The FRAME community is definitely a family!

I absolutely love FRAME. I’ve finally found a place where I feel I can lift weights and not feel embarrassed honestly. They are solid about teaching you form, you know what to expect, and it’s all adjustable for your own abilities. I’ve definitely seen a difference just going a few times a week over the past month or two. Definitely go!

I've tried Orange Theory, F45, Bodi, Cross Fit.....FRAME is the best mix of strength and cardio in town. Highly recommend trying out a free week.

Great work outs with Michael! They really will whip you into shape!
Short warm-up and 3 circuits that kill but go by quickly! I burn so many more calories than working out on my own, or at some other classes
Michael is really committed to giving it all to his clients and pushing you to do your best.
I’ve done work outs all over LA, NY and at some of the most popular studios and this is right up there with them all.
Highly recommended!
Also has classes at 7 and 8 when so many other studios in the area have none!
