I cannot recommend Nicole at Fuel Yours highly enough! As a middle-aged woman who finally recognized the importance of strength training, I decided to sign up with Nicole and I’m so glad I did.
After my first intake session, I’ll be honest, I could hardly move for three days! But I went back, and that decision changed everything. Each individual session brought real progress, and before long I joined group sessions with other women, which added encouragement, accountability, and a wonderful sense of camaraderie.

I started working with Nicole in Jan 2025 in preparation for my wedding in August! I was really looking to get into a better routine with working out, tone things up for the wedding, and try and understand what my body needed and how to fuel it appropriately. I started with small group fitness classes 3x a week and also worked with a nutritionist to dial things in. My morning workouts became an incredibly positive part of my day and overall routine, and I felt like my hard work started to payoff quickly and I dropped 10 lbs in body fat alone, while building muscle and toning my body. Come wedding weekend, I felt SO amazing and was incredibly proud of myself.
Nicole has always been encouraging, creates a welcoming workout environment for clients of all levels, and helped me be more disciplined when it came to reaching my goals! She always knows what I’m capable of and will push me to get there, but also listens and makes adjustments when I need it. I say this often, but working with Nicole has been such an incredibly positive addition to my life and has taught me SO much and I’ll be able to take all my knowledge and apply it for life!!

Love coming to the gym. Nicole is wonderful, knowledgeable, present in the moment, focused and funny all at the same time. I learned a lot in the past 4 months, improved posture during exercises eliminating injuries altogether, gained a ton of muscle! There is a good mix of ladies and men at the gym and it is welcoming place for anyone/everyone! I think her guidance is instrumental for a whole body strengthening that doesn’t neglect any part.

I highly recommend Nicole and her personal training! I found this place because I won a silent auction raffle. It was very easy to get started and Nicole ensures the program is a good fit for the both of you. Each session, Nicole really pays attention and ensures everyone is doing the workouts safely and properly. Her sessions are typically 4 or less people which I love! Finding Nicole and this gym really changed my outlook on fitness and nutrition. Having a crazy work schedule as a resident, it was hard for me to find a gym that was accommodating to my crazy and irregular schedule. Nicole always made time for me, and worked with my schedule to make sure I could stay consistent in the gym. Nutrition was also a big issue for me coming into this. She met me where I was, and helped coach me to eat more nourishing foods that would amplify my goals in the gym, without restriction. She helped reset my metabolism, to where I am eating twice as much as before, but seeing WAYY more progress in the gym and my physique. She helped me get stronger in the gym, address my nutritional goals, and motivated me to push myself. I've been an athlete for a large chunk of my life so I'm no stranger to lifting. I also have a very physical job that requires knowledge of the body. Nicole's approach to training is hands down the best I've experienced. I knew I needed to get my body moving more but also knew that if I lifted on my own starting out I wouldn't be consistent and would probably become more bulky than I want so I reached out to Nicole, interested in her training AND macro coaching. I have never felt more welcome and part of a small group training as I have at Fuel Yours gym. I had been wanting to get in shape and feel healthier since I’ll be turning 60 soon. I started training with Nicole after hitting a plateau and feeling frustrated with my progress after training on my own. Nicole is very knowledgeable in how to reach my gym goals. In 4 months working with Nicole, I have become so much stronger. She is focused on helping you with your form while also trying to build muscle. I never lifted heavy or did deadlifts before starting and I have noticed such a difference in my strength. I’ve been training with Nicole for the past 3 months and the progress I have made is unbelievable. I never thought I would be able to squat 160, deadlift 205 or hip thrust 325. I also injured myself and could’ve easily given up and not worked out at all for a few weeks, but instead Nicole assured me we could modify the workouts and work around it. I was able to keep my consistent routine and maintain almost all of my strength through the recovery. Nicole knows what you are capable of and truly makes you believe in yourself. I trained with Nicole for 2.5 years, or so, before I moved from AZ to the East coast. Let me tell you, I MISS HER. I've been struggling ever since I left because I haven't been able to find anyone to train me that lives up to my standards she set for me in regards to what a trainer should be/do for their clients.
I loved working out in small groups with her because it motivated me and made me feel amazing to be encouraged by other women, while lifting. I've also been trained privately by Nicole and that was just as valuable for me. In both scenarios, I feel that I got the attention and quality of training that was needed to take my fitness and strength to the next level.
Although I still lift after moving across the country, I've been lifting on my own. I was really scared to start working out in my own because I didn’t want to hurt myself. I attended Nicole's gym for nearly 2 years, and I cannot recommend this gym enough. Not only does Nicole dedicate her time to helping you learn how to properly lift, but she encourages you and pushes you to do your best every step of the way. Within the first year with her, I had some troubles with my hip that I've always struggled with, and after my surgery, she helped me to create a plan that was modified from what the rest of the group was doing so I could heal properly and regain my mobility and strength. To this day, I will never forget the confidence she instilled in me. On top of that, she has built a community of women that I never saw coming. Some of my now best friends I met through Fuel Yours and I am forever grateful. This community is so unique and so rare, I suggest everyone experience a gym like this at some point in life.

Nicole has been absolutely essential in getting me back on track mentally and physically. It's been the best investment in myself for a long time. I've lost 30lbs in 20 weeks. Nicole not only has been great in motivating me during challenging workouts, she also has helped on the nutrition side as well.

Hands down the BEST gym in Arizona! Nicole has built a community where all are welcome, if you’re willing to put in the work. She writes a new program every 4 weeks so you aren’t stuck doing the same thing over and over, and she pushes you to push yourself and make the best use of your time training. Classes are small enough to get the form corrections and attention a beginner needs, but also not so complex that an advanced lifter would feel bored.
