Dominic is an awesome persoanal trainer. He tailors the training to each individual person needs and goals. And he will "push" you when appropriate to keep you on track in meeting your goals. I highly recommend Dominic.

I consider myself pretty lucky to have Dominic as my personal trainer and sometimes life teacher. I am a 19-year-old who was interested in taking my health and wellness journey seriously after being inspired by my friend, who is also one of Dom’s clients. Seeing my friend love her physical journey with Dom helping her, inspired me to take care of my physical, mental, and emotional health. Dom doesn’t only help his clients achieve their fitness goals, he also creates a positive and strong mental headspace for them. I was a bit scared of training because I was new to the gym, but Dom made me feel welcome and to this day reassures me that my goals matter too. Dom was able to create a training plan based around my physical goals, as well as my abilities and weaknesses. Which is why I enjoy training with him so much. Investing in your physical well being is important, and I am sure I have invested with the right person. I would 100% recommend Dom as a personal trainer, especially if you like me are new to the gym and need that guidance.

I cannot say enough good things about Dominic! He's very patient and easily adapts to the strengths and weaknesses of his clients, all the while pushing them to be the best version of themselves. He is highly knowledgeable, and it is a direct reflection of his work. Not only is Dominic a great trainer to have by your side in the gym, but he is also a goofball you can joke around and have fun with. Who says that you can't work out and have fun simultaneously? The answer is "no one!"
I am an eighteen-year-old who has been interested in health and fitness for the past couple of years. Since getting started, I have been working out for two years. However, consistency has yet to be a strong suit of mine. My workout splits used to consist of exercises I learned from social media and advice from close friends who are "gym rats." Since training with Dominic, I have learned new techniques, exercises, and stretches I hadn't known before.
He has truly helped me achieve more confidence in the gym and the ability to push my limits. Dominic has an uplifting, positive, inviting energy that makes me want to go to the gym more! I am ecstatic to be working with someone so passionate about fitness who recognizes the potential in people.

I'm a 64yo who used to be an avid weightlifter but injuries and illnesses left me with balance, flexibility, and mobility issues and zero confidence I could work out without further injury. My wife was having great success with Dominic so I decided to give him a try. He custom-tailored a program to address my issues first before getting back to banging the irons. Dominic is professional, knowledgeable and caring. I'm a 62 year old female who hikes, walks and goes to the gym. I wasn't getting the results I wanted until I met with Dominic. Probably the most comprehensive training plan I've ever seen. Dominic excels in his trade, he is highly knowledgeable, competent and recognizes client's strengths and limitations.
