FXB Anthem is amazing! The owner and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist with adaptive exercises if needed. The workouts are challenging and fun, and there is a real sense of community among the participants no matter the class or time of day.
Katie Lunde, the owner & head coach, goes above and beyond to help you stay on track and achieve your goals. It is a very positive environment that serves all fitness levels from the out of shape and overweight (that's me) to the very fit. I would encourage anyone to come check out FXB Anthem!

I retired from participating in competitive sports over a decade ago. I hadn’t found anything to replace that until joining FXB Anthem. I was very nervous to start since I hadn’t been very active for so long. But from the first class, it seemed to fit just like a glove. Katie and the gym members are so welcoming and supportive. My time working out at FXB has been amazing! From the moment I walked in, it was a welcoming environment where I could instantly feel the community that Katie has built and the camaraderie that has resulted from that. She does a great job of checking in with participants during the workout and discreetly correcting form as needed.
I love how the workouts throughout the week balance strength and cardio, and I find myself trying to push harder than I have in a while. The results are self evident: I recently set a record for calories burned in a workout!
I would highly recommend FXB Anthem to everyone whether they are at a beginner or advanced level of fitness!

I was visiting Anthem from out of town and took a kickboxing class at FXB. The facility was very clean and the instructor was excellent. This was my first kickboxing class and she took the time to make sure my form was correct so I could avoid injuries. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

I joined almost two months ago and it’s turned into one of my favorite places to be. Kickboxing days are my favorite but strength training is equally as awesome and I’ve never met such nice people in my life. Everybody welcomed me with open arms and are always encouraging and fun spirited. The owner Katie is absolutely amazing and I love how she puts time into each person to make sure you’re doing the exercises right and getting closer to your goals! Love love love this place. 100/10 recommend. It’s great for anyone at any level!

I love Anthem FXB! Katie's workouts are challenging, fun, and efficient - in and out in less than an hour. The Kickboxing classes on are my favorite because they are high energy and constant movement (and great music). However, the Strength Training classes is where I really notice a difference in my body. I'm 55 years old and probably the strongest I've ever been.
At Anthem FXB, you will find the most positive energy, the cleanest mats and equipment, and a great community of people at various fitness levels and ages. And most importantly, Katie is the best! She is knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, cares about her members, and works hard to make sure you have a great experience.

Joining was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made in along time. Katie is incredible—super supportive, genuinely cares, and really knows her stuff. She always knows when to push you and when to lift you up. And the people who go here? Just as amazing. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and so encouraging. I’ve seen such a big change in myself since starting. So glad I finally went for it—this place has seriously changed my life!

FXB ANTHEM is AMAZING! I am doing things I couldn’t when I started. Katie (trainer) loves what she does and it shows. She is patient, but still pushes for you to reach your goals. Love the Boxing classes!! They are hard but man, they are great for your body!! The Band days are also hard, but I feel so much stronger 8 weeks in!!!

Great gym! Katie is so supportive and the members are friendly. The workouts are hard but there is always modification for new people. Kickboxing is fun and gets your heart pumping. The strength training is bands which was new for me but I like them. Plus it is easy to do while traveling, especially with the online workout option. Also, Katie keeps the gym SUPER clean which I really appreciate!!

I joined FXB Anthem in January of this year not sure what to expect. I thought "sure, I will give it a try for a couple of weeks". I have attended over 130 classes and been at it for over 8 months!!! What a difference in my health, energy level, and self confidence. I look forward to going everyday. This is not just a place to work out, this is a community!! I did my first kickboxing class at FXB Anthem, and it was awesome! Even though it was challenging, the leadership Katie had while leading the class was inspiring. Coming into a new gym is always a little nerve wracking but both the owner Katie and all of the members are so welcoming and inviting it makes it really easy to get started. As for the workouts, I have never done anything like it. They make cardio enjoyable (for someone who hates it) and the strength training in a new form of challenging I’ve never experienced. I have finally found a gym and workout that works for me and I can’t recommend it enough!

I absolutely love Farrell’s. The owner Katie is awesome! I love the combination of resistance bands and kickboxing. Classes are done in 45 minutes. I can’t imagine working out anywhere else!!!

I am so happy that I joined FXB anthem in January! I love the 1:1 nutritional coaching, the 1:1 coaching for form and goals as well! This has been key in motivating me to keep going. The classes are fun and the community we are building together is so motivating and inspiring. We have 3 days a week of kickboxing cardio, which is fun and fast! 2 days of strength training and a Saturday combo class which is my favorite class. I never thought I would love and look forward to working out, this format has made all the difference for me. The brain health, physical health changes changes/results I am seeing are so motivating! You get a free week to try it, why not go for it?! I highly recommend giving FXB anthem a try! I look forward to seeing everyone (at 5:15am!) when i come to work out. I like going in, not having to navigate or think about what I need to do - just listening to our coach/instructor leading the way for us!

FXB Anthem was one of the best workouts I have had. Coming from a background in weightlifting and sports, I figured cardio-kickboxing would be a light day.... it seriously kicked my butt! On top of being a great workout, it is a lot of fun with a chill vibe. Folks actually stick around after class to socialize lol. All in all, it is a great way to get in better shape and meet some cool people along the way.
