normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The quality of work here has drastically declined, and the atmosphere is troubling. The views expressed by the current management show a disturbing lack of empathy and compassion for others. Ever since the original owner passed away, the business has been in the hands of someone who does not treat people with decency or respect. In fact, there have been multiple accounts of this person making extremely inappropriate and harmful comments—including telling people to harm themselves. That is not only unprofessional, it is inhumane.

I cannot in good conscience recommend supporting this business under its current leadership.

No structure at all. There was about 6 or 7 kids in our trial class with two teachers. one girl sat there while the other set up about 5 station, explained them, and then expected a bunch of 3-5 year olds to remember each station and do them alone. They were just standing around and looking for instruction. It was a good way to let kids meet up and play, but you can do that for free at a park. It was not instructive or a learning environment if you want your child to actually develop tumbling skills. Overall disappointing.

my most important critique is that during our trial experience the trainers were not personable. They did not attempt to create a report, or trust, with my child. they did however expected them to just trust them into certain tumbling exercises. although the team asks to pre-schedule trail times on specific days I don't see why, they neither take time to assess your child's tumbling levels before they begin asking them to do certain stunts nor do they introduce themselves to the child or the parents.

Finally, this facility has poor upkeep. The mats are not vacuumed, the floor is not swept. This area of town is near the cattle ranch so flies are everywhere (not their fault), but their building does not include the door fan to prevent flies from entering. So your experience includes dead/ dying or flying flies throughout the practice hour.
I was sourly disappointed in this experience.

Coaches are amazing. Gym is clean and disinfected. Masks and hand sanitizer are used before during and after classes. Pricing is adorable based on class level.

My husband took our son to this business to try out their toddler gymnastics. He had a good time, and the business said they would email my husband the details for the class cost. It has been 2 weeks since my son went to the trial class. I am gonna call this a mix of sexism and lack of professionalism.

Edit: Wow, nine months later, and your business finally responds to this review!!! First, even though that is the correct email, my husband didn't receive an email for two-plus weeks, and second, your staff referred to my son as "she," twice, first, after my husband informed them on the phone of our child's gender and second in person, at the trial class. I see that lack of professionalism still stands, and if you went to business school, you would know that arguing with the customer is a big no no, what we perceived as sexism definitely was. Keep arguing with your prospective consumers, and see where that takes you as a business in the ever changing socially appropriate world.

My 3 year old child did the tumbling trial here and the staff was great. They were patient and good coaches. They held to covid guidelines. I would recommend brining water as the drinking fountains are closed and your kids will work up a sweat. If you likee and forget bro bring water they do sell water for a $1 but supplies are limited. If you have a energetic kid and you looking for something to do with them at night I would definitely give this place a shot.

They offered a complimentary class and were so quick and responsive. The entire team was so patient with my very shy son and really motivating towards my
daughter. Both kiddos had a blast and I am looking forward to enrolling my daughter in a weekly class.

This place is a great place for your child of almost any age to get involved in cheer, the prices are reasonable, and the personal couching is also doable. They have great coaches, awesome competitions, and fun events for the kids.

Love this place, Coaches are Awesome! My Daughter was not experienced in any of the areas she is not she couldn't do a cartwheel She now does one handed cartwheels. I'm very proud of how far she has come and that would be because of Rockstar Cheer.
