I'm Drew and I've been a fitness trainer since graduating from the UofA in 2002. I specialize in full body workouts using weights, machines, and bodyweight. Improve your muscle strength and stamina. Core and balance. Work with all ages and abilities, from juniors to seniors. I train my clients out of a private gym owned by a physical therapist in East Tucson near Broadway & Wilmot. $30 half hour, $50 hour. Call me for a Free Workout and give it a try.

Had a great time working with Andrew! He really knows what he's doing and was super helpful in teaching me the basics of working out. Showed me proper techniques and made sure I understood everything. Really good at giving constructive feedback. Definitely recommend if you're looking for someone who actually knows their stuff and can teach it well!

Drew has been spectacular in helping my 94 year old mother maintain her strength, flexibility, and overall health. He developed a fitness program that she could do and enjoyed doing. Thus one that she continued to do which I feel is half the battle. Thanks Drew, I appreciate all you do.

I started working out with Drew in 2011! The fact that he is still my trainer is a real testament to the great job he does with his clients—his workouts are fun, he’s a great motivator, and he’s very flexible about working around my schedule. He’s very knowledgeable and pays careful attention to form and mechanics; I’ve never once been injured in the many years I’ve worked with him. Drew has played an essential role in helping me stay healthy and feel strong. Not sure 5 stars are enough!😊

Drew has been my trainer for 8 years. I've trained under him for so long because I feel safe in the gym where others are training, he is great at addressing my needs ( even after TKR) and he is extremely personable. Much is accomplished in our twice weekly sessions.

Drew is a very thoughtful and motivating trainer. He changes my sessions so no 2 are alike. He varies the training into what he calls the push and pull exercises on the muscles. He keeps records on my training and progress so he can refer back and work on what he feels is important to me; taking into account my goals and how I am feeling on any one day. He also varies the muscle groups which alleviates becoming fatigued in the same area. He challenges me and I truly appreciate that.
