“I trained with him recently, and before his coaching, I always experienced leg pain on leg day. After just one session, he taught me some incredible stretches I’d never heard of before, and now my legs no longer hurt when I do this stretches, I’ve even been able to increase the weight I lift! Facing a surgery to fuse my spine, Stephen helped me prepare by building strength and flexibility. His combined knowledge of anatomy and principles of training allowed him to modify exercises to not increase my back pain. End result was a quicker recovery after surgery.

Before becoming a client I had no idea how to shop for groceries or cook the right meals for the goals that I had. Since working with Stephen, I’ve been able to hit small milestones in my fitness journey, I’m eating more healthy meals and my grocery bill has gone from well over $100/wk to just about $50/wk (which is amazing considering I’ve been eating 5 meals a day).
