My daughter would not be where she is today without Gotta Dance studio! A year ago my teenage daughter decided she wanted to tryout for pom in high school but she only had gymnastics training. She was welcomed with open arms from the students to the teachers and staff from the first day and every day since. From the positive environment to the top quality training from hip hop to pom class to technique turns and leaps , she always felt welcomed and never out of place. Her confidence skyrocketed!! Fast forward only like a year to freshman year and she made the freshman pom team at Liberty HS and was also voted captain!! I get teary when I think of all that Gotta Dance has done for my daughter. She wants more time at the studio and made the tryout for Gotta Dance Hip Hop Crew!! Thank you Gotta Dance!

Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, studio was clean and the class was interactive, well thought out and accessible for all. My daughter LOVED her mommy and me dance class and was very welcomed by the staff and especially her teacher, Ms. Mandy. We love Gotta Dance! We have been coming since the summer of 2021 and have had great experiences with every teacher. My oldest daughter has autism and ADHD and can get overwhelmed easily and experience big feelings and nobody has ever made her feel bad or like she was too much. The owner, Trish, is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. She checks in with me about what works best for our oldest and if what she’s doing is helpful or not. She genuinely cares about the dancers and is constantly making sure they are all enjoying their time there. All 3 of my girls love attending their classes and getting to try different types of dance. It’s a great atmosphere and I’m so glad we found it. 🥰

My 4 year old daughter joined the hip hop and tumble class and absolutely loves it. The teachers are so talented and super patient. From the very first time I called the studio the staff was extremely nice and so helpful. It is a beautiful studio and the vibe is so welcoming and fun. Trish is the best! Love this dance studio! They have many options and levels. My daughter has been there for two years and all of the teachers are wonderful. We had a great experience at Gotta Dance, and can see why so many families love it! The teacher for the youngest class is incredibly friendly, outgoing, and does a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged and having fun. I will say she does lean more towards the kids that are getting into the dancing but other than that, she’s great. The classes are lively and energetic, which most toddlers seem to really enjoy.
However, if your little one is sensitive to loud noises or lots of stimulation (like mine), it might be better to wait until they're a bit older. My daughter found the loud music and energy a bit overwhelming, so we’ve decided to pause for now. That said, we’re looking forward to coming back when she’s more comfortable with the environment because this studio is truly fantastic. Highly recommend it for toddlers who are ready.

The GDC is Such An Amazing Place…came here because of a reference from a friend and have to say …Blew Me Away…The Owner is actually very hands on and is there to meet us at every class..her energetic vibe and voice bring life to the studio!!! My little dancer started at Gotta Dance when she was 3 years old. At first, my daughter struggled staying in class for the full duration. She was so shy and nervous but the dance teacher's were kind and patient with her. The owner encouraged me to keep up with dance and assured me that she would come around in her own time.

Most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. This dance company isn't about your children learning to dance or teach them. It's a straight money grab and that's all they're good for. I wish I could leave a half of a star. These people are so rude and inconciderate. They signed my 4 year old up for a recital and charged me for it without communication, mind you I had just signed her up for a 45 minute class Saturday mornings for fun with her friend. They charged me without asking for my other daughter as well who was part of hip hop company and my daughter didn't want to do it due to favoritism and unkind staff and dancers. They treated some like royalty and others as if they were dirt under their shoes. My daughter missed classes because I was out of town training and her Dad was trying to manage multiple children's sports and schedules. They sent her the video so she could practice at home, they gave her the costume and what not. DAY OF RECITAL 2 HOURS BEFORE SHOW TOME THEY TELL HER SHE CAN DANCE IN THE DANCE FOR HER RECREATION CLASS ITA NOT EVEN A COMPETITION DANCE/CLASS. MY DAUGHTER IS IN TEARS FOR THE LAST TIME THAT THESE TEACHERS HURT HER FEELINGS AND EVEN MAKE HER FEEL LESS THAN for nothing at the end of the day.
I explain I was behind in payments yes, and I am working everything out getting back into work and what not. They automatically charge my account multiple times double the amount we had agreed that I would pay when I had it. They went through accounts I have used before and charged each one until one went through. Some people can't afford things like that when. There are circumstances people go through and sometimes it is not something that can be helped but will communicate and work through it. These people are selfish and unkind unless you are an instructors child, an employees child or family member or a favorite for whatever reason.

If you are wanting to sign your children up for fun go somewhere else. This place has poor communication and took the recital WAY too seriously. They put both my children in the back of their dances because they weren’t as advance as some other girls. They were hidden because they aren’t tall. The recital fees are ridiculous and I didn’t get to see them dance! They made each class do two different shows (probably to have parents buy extra tickets to make more money) and kept the kids there for HOURS sitting in a room with no parents allowed. After 3 hours I demanded to see my 7 year old and she told me she had not used the restroom and the other girls were throwing things and they weren’t being watched. They also refused to release my children to me after they were done dancing, they told me that they have never done it that way. Attached is the letter from the owner that contradicts that. Im still furious. Stay away from this place!

One star is too much... Absolutely the most awful dance studio in town. Communication is poor or late. Fees aren’t clear or are charged at wrong times and better yet if a crazy dance mom who is friends with the owner wants to say you did/said something the owner will believe them and kick your child out of dance. Unbelievable the amount of drama this place has and allows. The amount of stress over dance (that’s supposed to be fun for the kids) is not at all worth your dollar dime or time. Go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and do some research before committing no matter the smiles and promises. So many lies.

Gotta Dance Company is really amazing. My sons girlfriend went there for a long time. I took my 2 3/4 year old grand daughter therefor her first class 3weeks ago. They gave her a free class to see if she would like it and SHE LOVED IT. Her teacher Ms. Hunter is an amazing teacher and the owner Trisha is amazing and caring.
