This is a one of a kind gym! Jim is awesome at personalizing lifts to push you to meet your goals without causing injury. In my one month of working out at Hammer, I have not only seen exponential strength gains, but I have learned more about the art of lifting while being cheered on by the whole Hammer family. Whether you're in the area for one month of training or local, have never lifted before or an experienced powerlifter, Hammer is for you. Guaranteed incredible gains with incredible people!

This gym is phenomenal. The atmosphere created by the coach and the rest of the members elevates the workouts to a new level. I was only able to be a part of the gym for a short amount of time but the time spent there was great. I was able to be the strongest I’ve ever been while also enjoying the lifts. I completely recommend joining this gym if you want to become stronger and be a part of great group of people that push you to be better.

Going on 3 months with Jim and I can’t say just how awesome he is as a coach/training guide. He has forgotten more about strength training than I will ever learn. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable. I came in somewhere between beginner and intermediate in terms of skill and strength. Training at hammer s&c has become part of my weekly routine and something I look forward to every time. Good days are better after a session and bad days are behind me after a good lift with a great team and fantastic coach. The best parts for me have been the challenging environment and a sense of accountability. Hammer has the tools, Jim has the knowledge, and everyone there is incredibly supportive, regardless of where you’re at coming in. After one full month, I’m convinced this is the best place to be for anyone who wants to be strong, improve their technique, and/or just lift heavy stuff for mental fortitude. The sense of community is the CHERRY ON TOP. If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it!

I have been training here for about 2 months now and have seen an increase in my benchpress, deadlift, and squat. Along with gaining strentgh, every aspect of my fitness has improved. Jim has an excellent backround as a trainer and can actually do everything (with way more weight) he has you do. If you want to get stronger and in shape, or take your training to the next level. Then sign up for a class here. Its hard, but it is definitely worth it.

I’ve been training at Hammer Strength and Conditioning for the past 7 weeks, and the progress I’ve made has been incredible. Jim, the trainer, is the real deal. He’s straightforward, cuts out all the fluff, and genuinely knows what he’s doing. Hammer Strength and Conditioning is the kind of gym that I've been looking for! Jim provides excellent coaching, motivation and has cultivated a welcoming environment. Members feel more like teammates and people are always helping each other out. Classic powerlifting, tactical training, and for those looking to get fit and crush it, definitely feel at home here. Hammer Strength and Conditioning is a fantastic gym. It is not a typical commercial gym, rather a functional, catapult to making you a better lifter, a stronger human, and the training set has the ability to make you more proficient at what you do.

HSaC has been an awesome mechanism to not only getting my strength up, but also an uplifting hardcore environment to work out in. Drive and focus unparalleled in any gym that I have been a member of.

This is a no frills, classic power lifting and strength conditioning gym. Jim brings an insane amount of expertise to the table and has worked with individuals from all walks of life including professional athletes, military, and power lifter competitors BUT I am not one of those people. I am a postpartum mom of two who needed some direction getting back into shape. Jim meets me where I’m at each class and knows exactly how to push me beyond my limits. He provides alternative exercises based on my needs and I noticed improvements in less than two weeks. Every piece of advice furthers my trust in him as a coach as I immediately notice small form adjustments and muscle engagements improving my performance. Do yourself a favor and come in for a trial class. Guaranteed you’ll be coming back for more because every day I leave I say “Damn! I did that” on my drive home.
