So I actually don’t even live in AZ, but discovered that Happy Hour Fitness provided training online with Rhino Remote during the pandemic. I was amazed at the supportive community and connections that were formed during these workouts. Rayn has a solid background in anatomy and physiology and it’s apparent in her workouts that she wants you to learn about your own body and be knowledgeable so that you can push yourself without hurting yourself. She is motivating, positive, and so very caring about each and every one of her clients. I have since been able to workout with Happy Hour Fitness in person in AZ and it was an experience unlike any other. The workouts are creative, fun, and the atmosphere is so uplifting. There are great deals for first-timers, so you’ve got nothing to lose! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Happy Hour Fitness is my daily dose of medicine for my soul, body and mind! Rayn is truly amazing and gets to know you personally and encourages you along the way especially when you need it most! The workouts are challenging and she always gives an option if you need it. Love the atmosphere! The instructors and members of this group are very motivating and caring. You get an awesome workout that is fun, effective and entertaining. The musically choreographed fitness format is a game changer!
Rayn knows her stuff and is a well trained dancer and instructor that will help you reach your fitness goals while keeping your body safe with added corrective exercise training. My body is stronger than it ever has been and its the most fun I've ever had exercising. Love it and you will to!

Sometimes you meet a trainer that surprises and delights you like none other. Rayn surprises me with her creativity every workout. Like a moth to a flame I keep coming back for more. This transcends a mere exercise class. It is more of a movement about acceptance, love, fun, support, laughter, struggle, and victory. If you want to be stronger than you have ever been then start her program. LOVE this place!!! Rayn and her staff are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. I have known Rayn for almost 4 years and she has been a strong motivator in my fitness journey! After joining her Saturday boot camp about 2 years ago, she has pushed me to be stronger while ensuring my workouts are done using proper form. I've been working out with the owner of Happy Hour Fitness (HHF) since 2015. She's positive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She helps me focus on form and function, for better movement. This has helped me get stronger and increase my endurance. When the pandemic hit, the HHF team quickly went to an online format, called Rhino Remote. It's allowed my workouts to stay regular AND increase frequency. The recorded Facebook Live classes allow me to workout anytime my schedule allows and any place, so long as I have an internet connection. I can even take Team Rhino with me on vacation (yes, I have done that). The Team is fun, encouraging, and supportive. Rayn provides modifications so I can keep moving even when my body doesn't want to. This is a permanent part of my new "normal". So grateful!

I can not say enough good things about Happy Hour Fitness! Rayn goes above and beyond for her clients. She is educated, and structures a work out that caters to multiple fitness levels. Whether you are just getting off the couch or have been working out for a long time, you will get a GREAT workout with Rayn.
