Yoga Therapy with Sandra is amazing! In one on one class she teaches you how to address your issues through breath, stretching and yoga. You learn techniques that help you manage day to day stresses. It's truly changed my life. Thanks Sandra! I highly recommend her classes.

Home Within Movement has been a place where I can let go and dance without judgement. The environment here is always positive and the other dancers and teachers are wonderful people. I completely recommend dancing here if you truly want to learn how, compete and join a team, or even continue dancing. The owner, Sandra, has been my dance teacher for many years and has continued to inspire me through dance. She is one of the best dance teachers I have ever had. With her classes, I still continue to grow. Home Within Movement becomes like a second home and it's so nice to have your teammates become such close friends. This is the dance studio I will always choose to go to.

As a dancer, I've never felt more welcome and more at home than at Home Within Movement. Sandra and Keta make sure we know that we are loved and supported. I've never been at a studio more positive with so many amazing people around me. I'm a dancer with 13 years of experience of dance and Home Within Movement is the first place I felt I could be my genuine self. A big Thank You to Sandra and Keta for pouring yourselves into the lives of the students at Home Within Movement! You are such encouragers and fantastic examples for these young people. I am so thankful that my granddaughters have had the opportunity to learn dance correctly and with such positive correction when needed. So many studios have no guidelines or rules and ignore the backbiting and bullying that goes on behind the scenes. This is not true of Home Within Movement. Upon entering the studio you immediately can feel the unity of the girls. There is no chaos, gossiping, or backbiting. Words that are uplifting are encouraged and everyone is treated as an equal. I really appreciate that the teachers do not play favorites but all are given an equal place to shine.

I just spent my second season on team with home within movement , and have been taught by the most caring and knowledgeable instructors and have not only been treated equally with all my class mates but have had a safe environment where even on my worst days I leave the studio feeling good, I am extremely grateful as it can feel hard to continue dancing as you get older but the instructors have classes for all ages and levels and make you feel welcomed. Plus great policies to insure safety and professionalism.

Took my daughter here after our studio of 5 years closed their dance program. She was welcomed in with open arms as an equal.
