A gem in Sierra vista!
Class is pretty challenging and typically gets pretty hot, but once the suffering is over, you’ll feel revitalized.
I no longer experience pain in knees, lower back or shoulders. Can’t recommend this class enough for those with chronic pain or issues.
Staff is friendly and fosters a casual atmosphere and a judgement free zone.

Both Mary Beth and Jamie teach AMAZING hot yoga classes. Their vast knowledge and approach to their own styles of yoga make every class unique and enjoyable. If you've been thinking about going but haven't been quite sure, trust these two to guide you through your practice. You won't regret it!

Incredible High-End experience! Pre-recorded routines with lovely music and soothing voice-over instruction. In-room instructor displays Postures, Sequences and Flows Performed in an upbeat mirrored room using advanced industrial heating with cold fog vapor which has disinfecting properties preventing mold, mildew or fungus unlike the other typical steam-based Hot Yoga rooms!

Amazing experience. Loved it and can’t wait to do it again and again. Marybeth, is just a great person, she came up to me and told me I did great for a first-timer. The room was hot and humid when I first walked in, I wasn’t sure how I would get through it but I did. I never felt that the people there were judging me, I am not small and wearing the tight clothes messes with me. Will be attending more classes for sure and might try some of her other classes that she has available. Super excited.

This was the worst class I have ever done in my life! This is the first time I was super angry after the yoga class. I am not good at yoga but I went to "few" classes. So:
1. room is ugly, every previous yoga studio I went to, exercise studio is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
2. There were old metal heaters all over the place warming up the room...weird?
3. Teacher never said the word throughout the practice. I didn't pay $20 to come look at the "instructor" and see how flexible she is. She never moved around the room. Every other yoga studio I went to, teachers are leaders who introduce the practice, theme for that day, intro story in the beginning that follow the flow for the workout, walk around the room, adjust your posture or help you get into the pose.
4. Exercise and flow of the practice was super unorthodox, disorganized and all over the place. She would give us brakes and turn of the light for relaxation, and then go to cardio, then abs, rest, abs, shoulders.... I cant even repeat the sequence. " Teacher" has this jerking motion when getting into the pose, which is not good for your joints, there is no connection between the poses, she would just step out of them.
5. Music was hideous and not connected to the movement.
6. Too expensive...even in great yoga studios, 90 min hot yoga is $12.00...and you would get massage of your neck and shoulders. I guess I am just spoiled. I went to "Hot asana yoga studio" in Colorado and North Carolina.
7. There was no guided meditation at the end.
I do not recommend, just put youtube yoga video and turn up the AC in your room and you save $20.00.
