Horrible experience with them. Please don’t tear your Achilles tendon because they will still make you pay. They don’t communicate with you directly. They could’ve followed up with me to let me to see if I wanted to cancel my membership due to my injury.

Recently joined this location after driving by it 10 million + 2 times & thinking, “huh. I should check that out someday”, lol. Happy I did, slightly bummed I didn’t join earlier. The gym is super clean, I see an employee cleaning every time I’m there during staffed hours, & everyone is super nice. Best of all, I can go when it’s convenient for me: HUGE plus. I know myself well enough to know if there’s even 5 minutes of inconvenience, I’ll skip the gym for something else that “needs to be done”. The infrared technology has been fantastic for my arthritis, too.

Close to home, open 24/7, infrared sauna workouts that have me sweating and loving the virtual cross training sessions! Small weight system (but enough to get the job done) for non sauna workouts and vending machine for equipment just in case you forget mats/gloves/resistance bands etc during non staffed hours. As a veteran, the infrared and sauna combination have helped improve my sleep and pain management. Did I mention they are staffed with some pretty amazing people?! Safe, clean, efficient! Give HOTWORX Ocotillo in Chandler a try!

We LOVE HOTWORX at Ocotillo!! I’ve done hot yoga for 8 yrs before COVID. Been missing it and found this with the Infrared and the cross training of the many 45 min workouts plus HIIT for 15. Yowzah! My husband & I are coming 4x/wk and love it!! We joined this location largely because of the staff here, Sydney & Crystal are the best! Very helpful and fun to work with.

Nothing but great things to say about the staff at this location! Make me feel at home every time I come in. The class availability is excellent which is the most difficult thing at other gyms when you need to work out at peak times. Never had an issue with booking when I need!

I just recently came into Hotworx to check it out. Was shocked at how much more there was, verses my assumption of it being just saunas. I became a member the same day and have been obsessed since. Love the access hours and staff has been just great. Highly recommend.

Oh I love this, I’ve been a gym person but since life is busier cannot find the time for myself. Not a morning person and sometimes I wanna get in and get it done. The intervals here and how things are set up are very organized, and the app makes it 100 times easier. Recommend anyone as a beginner.

I love HOTWORX! Not only is it an amazing workout, the people are awesome! I'm greeted with a smile every day. I feel supported and empowered every time I come in for a workout. The saunas are always clean and functioning properly. The workouts are fun and motivating. I come almost every day and don't plan on stopping anytime soon!

If you are a busy introvert like myself this is the best gym ever! I love toasty time in the sauna and the staff (Amber & Sidney especially) are so so nice! Even the other patrons are very kind and welcoming. I haven’t been this excited to be apart of a gym since before COVID. ❤️

I love love love the idea of this franchise, and the ease of use being 24hrs a day. Unfortunately they are behind the times and stuck in the 1990's for their cancellation policy. I have no problem with canceling in writing, but they REQUIRE you to come back into the studio and sign a cancellation form, or by certified mail. IF you don't do this, they will rack up "late fees" and "cancellation fees" . Just not a great way to finish anything out....I once loved Hotworx, I even thought about buying into the franchise, but how I was treated when I went to cancel, spoke VOLUMES to me. I Understand the cancellation policy is the franchise policy and not specific to this location. I will not only never recommend this company, I will adamantly tell anyone I possibly can, about my experience. Really unfortunate, and their corporate needs to look at coming into 2023 with ways to cancel.

Initially loved the concept, even referred a few friends, as I am totally on board with benefits of infrared sauna. Had to put account on hold while out of state because I was told cancelling has to be in person. Went in to cancel at 11:00am June 28. Owner said she was too busy and I would have to return at 12:00pm. No one was on staff when I returned. On July 2 I was automatically charged 59.89 for July even though I had account on hold. Went back to cancel in person on July 5th. Owner was extremely rude, would not consider working a refund for July charge or applying it to cancellation fee. She told me I should have come in during staffed hours. I said I did, I talked to you directly. She said yes but she wasn't on the clock when I came in. I said I came back when you told me and you weren't here. She then turned her back and walked in to the back room and had her employee charge me an additional $100.49 for canceling membership, which she ran twice through my account. Costing me a total of 260.87. Now I had to file dispute with bank for being double charged. My grievance is 100% with the owner of this facility. She has ZERO customer service skills. I only hope she treats her employees better than her customers and that Hotworx Headquarters realizes how franchise owners can either positively or negatively impact their brand.

Update: I called Hotworx about being double charged cancellation fee, within just a couple minutes I was assured I would be refunded $100.49. Still not happy about the way I was treated yesterday or that I was charged $59.89 for the month of July, in addition to the standard $100.49 cancellation fee.

I love it here so much! I tried burn boot camp but it was kinda extreme for me as I started having knee issues. I love HOTWORX infrared heat, I'm working out and detoxing at the same time plus I get my own private booth. So happy!!

The owner Angie is so nice and informative! She also doesn't pressure you into buying a membership or any add ons, but you can tell she is genuine about her enthusiasm for fitness and for her studio. The workouts are really great and challenging. I highly suggest this studio!

I have always been an active individual my entire life, until the end of 2018 when I snapped my peroneal tendon in my ankle. The road to recovery is, or has been long, as I snapped it again late 2019. After surgery, PT, things just weren't 'right' with me. Chronic pain, every joint in my body....everything hurt. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, which particularly effects joints, tendons. Simply walking has was an issue, amongst most all daily activities, let alone any type of traditional exercise, since 2018. Fast forward, some friends of ours told us about Hotworx around July of this year. My wife & I were a little unsure, but decided to give it a try. Let me say, for me, it has been life-changing, in such a positive way. At first, I took things very slow, as to not worsen my condition. However now, 2 months later, I'm eager to get in to HW almost every day, my body craves it, and give it my all, pain free. It has brought my inflammation markers to the lowest levels in years, as well as all my organ readings to their lowest, healthiest levels (with all the crazy medication for psa they have me on). I am a big believer in this place, and grateful of the discovery. Not only do you get an amazing workout, quick, but an incredible euphoric cleanse out of it. As a now 50 year old, as we age we develop all kinds of toxins, in our gut, intestines, everything. This place has been life changing for me and I hope you'll give it a shot as well! thank you Angie!!

I've been going to HOTWORX at least 3x a week since July and I am absolutely obsessed! I'm loving my results and have never felt stronger!
