I went in today for the free workout and Anna gave me the most thorough tour. She spent a lot of time with me and answered every question I could think of. I signed up and am excited to be a member now! I hope the owner knows how valuable someone like Anna is to a business. She was just wonderful and so insightful!

I was always into weightlifting and used to be a personal trainer. My daughter asked me to try Hotworx. I reluctantly tried and wound up signing up the same day I tried! Love the sauna workouts. They kick my tail and give me a great workout and feel great after a workout. I’ve been at it for 5 months and still love it. I even canceled my regular gym membership. Highly recommend!

I love this place ! Honestly the best workouts I have experienced in a while ! So engaging and feels so great on the body. Wide variety of workouts to make sure you get the full body stuff you need. Employees are so sweet and SO helpful. All around fun place and keeps me coming back !

I joined Hotworx less than two months ago and I'm so pleased I did. The workouts in the infared saunas have had a huge impact on not only my physical health but my mental health and overall well being. All the classes are easy to schedule thanks to the user friendly app, and this studio is always clean and comfortable thanks to Anna at the front desk and the owner, Sam. They treat you like family and their commitment to customer service is outstanding. The workouts are short (but very effective), you get 24/7 access AND you feel amazing after every session so there's ZERO reasons not to fit Hotworx in to your self care routine.

Been working out at this location since the day it opened. The exercise classes are by far the most balanced workouts I’ve ever done. This location is an extremely clean environment. The staff is amazing; Anna is so friendly and super helpful. I love working out here and I will continue to do so.

Initially I signed up at this location before they opened up for business. I ended up working out for couple of months at another location and Sam was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever it took to accommodate and enable me to do so. Now that they are open I’m back at this location and once again Ana and Sam have been fantastic and great to work with. I love coming here because it is not the kind of workout I would ever do on my own and the environment is something regular gyms just can’t match. This place is always clean. Staff is extremely nice and pleasant and always engaging. I have been an athlete my whole life and I have always been into lifting weights but Hotworx offers something I have not found anywhere else before. I highly recommend Arrowhead Hotworx to anyone. Give it a try. Worst case scenario you break a sweat, feel great and lose some weight.

I never thought I would appreciate workouts in an infrared sauna.. however, the virtual workouts provided are amazing for all levels of fitness!

Low energy and muscle aches are pretty typical for me in a regular gym session, but not at hotworx! I noticed that I have more energy, less soreness, and can fall asleep at night SO MUCH BETTER! I can also tell it is helping with my lymphatic system and I am not retaining as much water either!

Hotworx is a hidden gem and I am letting all of my clients and friends know about this place! I truly do not recall the last time I loved working out this much :)

I have been to all handful of HOTWORX locations in the last few years; this Glendale location is BY FAR my favorite. It is always so clean and inviting inside. The Studio Manager, Ana, is AMAZING. So kind and so helpful. I have never felt so happy and comfortable in a gym of any kind before. Thank you HOTWORX for opening up this great new location!
