Excellent workout / exercise options with the added benefits of infrared heat!! You will sweat in the BEST way and strengthen your muscles! This studio keeps convenience, comfort and consistency in mind - you can easily mix up your fitness routine to include cardio, weights and mat workouts. And I really like the semi-privacy of the heated rooms - feels like a focused private session.

I’ve been HW member for years, got the anywhere pass to try this location since it’s closer to my house. It’s DISGUSTING!! It smells like cat litter, and this is coming from someone with two cats. It’s filthy, never cleaned, no air circulation. It’s really small and doesn’t have the normal amount of saunas either. There are soooo many other better locations that are much less expensive for their monthly cost. Don’t bother with this one!

As a person who absolutely dislikes working out and being hot especially at the same time, I decided to try Hotworx! I absolutely LOVE it!! Working out inside of a sauna takes a short, low impact workout to the next level. I love the staff, the flexibility of scheduling and the variety of exercises to choose from. I highly recommend Hotworx for people of all fitness levels.

Everyone calls me crazy for liking to workout in a sauna, but there's something special about Hotworx! I've always found it difficult finding consistency in going to the gym, but not here! Not to mention, the staff at the PHX Northern location are always welcoming. They keep the place super clean too! I love this gym! :)
