My boyfriend and I went in for the free class and loved it. During the tour the lady showed us the bags with the mat and towel and said we could get it when we signed up we both asked to make sure it was included with your enrollment and monthly fee and she said yes. We went back to sign up today and we’re told that it would be $130 each for a mat and towel and that we could only use hotworx brand. We just really didn’t think we would be spending almost $400 to sign up for workout classes. I’m not sure if she was confused or if we were lied to but we both specifically asked and got told they were included. Emma also told us the bands were included but now I’m doubting that

They did try to compare it to orangetheory because they have wristbands you can purchase there but orangetheory doesn’t make you buy it to workout with them.

I'm a "sweat everywhere" member from Baton Rouge, LA. I moved my middle daughter from Baton Rouge to Scottsdale, AZ. I quickly found this hotworx studio near her apartment and worked out everyday while I was in town. The staff was very nice to me and greeted me each day and held some conversations. Thank you !!

This Hotworx is awesome, it's conveniently located in Old Town Scottsdale and the staff is always friendly. After your workout they always ask how you did and offer suggestions. Every month there are contest offered to keep you motivated and make it fun. Also there's a grocery store in the same strip mall so you can get two tasks done in one trip.

Absolutely love this place!!! It's open 24 hours, and there are classes every 45 mins or hit equipment sessions every 15, plus a free weight area too. Literally something for everyone and if you want to sweat out the stress of the day this place is it! Yes we live in a hot climate but here it's hot for a reason with all the benefits. Staff is super helpful and the mom and daughter owners are amazing! Try it out you won't be disappointed.

I am absolutely obsessed with Hotworx! The facility is incredible and there is something for everyone, whether you're just starting out or a fitness fanatic. The saunas are a game changer – they make working out so much more enjoyable and help with recovery. As someone with back issues, the saunas have been a total lifesaver for me.

I love starting my day at Hotworx and getting my workout done, but sometimes I get so pumped up that I go back in the evening for round two. The best part is that you can do this because your body feels amazing after using the saunas. I am thrilled that we finally have a Hotworx in our neighborhood. My only regret is not joining sooner!
