I have been training with Joel for six years. I enjoy training with him. We do boxing and strength training and I have fun and have learned a lot. I like sparring, but I am too strong for him and he does not like to spar hahaha jk. It’s good for my physical and mental health and keeps me moving and motivated.

I’ve been training with Joel for over 10 years. We train boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and weight training. Joel taught me each discipline from zero. I didn’t even know how to do a squat correctly much less slip into a three piece boxing combo - but I do now. Joel teaches people no matter the skill level or fitness level. I’ve seen him train literal grandmothers and professional fighters both. His training style is always dynamic, accessible, and fun.

Joel's attention to detail gives you real insight on how to develop as a martial artist. Whether you're here to get in shape, or looking to take it to the next level to compete, the guy got it. Love that we get quality sparring in frequently and not just the ole " 1, 2, 11, 2" cardio kickboxing coach pad work. Guy teaches angles, fight tactics, and can adjust to the fighter in front of him. Cant wait to see how far we take this.

I can’t say enough good things about Joel! He’s patient, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though I’m not training to be a professional boxer, he still takes the time to teach proper technique and form. He’s reliable, consistent, and really takes the time to build a relationship with his clients. Every session is challenging but fun — highly recommend!

Joel is one of the best coaches and people I’ve ever met. When I first walked into his sessions, I was completely new and unsure of myself. Through his guidance, patience, and clear teaching style, I gained not only valuable knowledge but also the confidence I needed to step into my first sparring session. Joel creates an environment where everyone feels supported and motivated to improve. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I’ve been training with house of hands for a few years now. I absolutely love the gym, the atmosphere, and the coach. The group class is always a good time, from live drilling to sparring 1-3 times a week. Always something going on at house of hands.

I've been going to Joel for a couple of years now. Hands down the best boxing coach I have ever had (and I have had many). Super technical which I love and very experienced. You want to learn how to box? House of Hands Boxing will get you there!

The House of Hands workout program is both authentic in its approach to physical fitness and worthwhile for clients seeking to catch up their bodies with the rest their lives, with the positive mental and emotional effects that also accrue from training this way. As a board certified sports medicine physician, I can validate both the science used to design the program and the rationale for the specific exercises in allowing clients to achieve success. My personal experience since starting this program is that I have been able to reap health and fitness benefits that I had previously not thought possible. Lastly, online training saves time and money, compared to back and forth trips to the gym.

I have been going to Joel for almost 2 years now and he is the best! Going had been so good for my mental and physical health and is such a nice mix up from lifting weights! Great way to get cardio in without the running or boring machines!

Joel is hands down the best boxing coach out there! I’ve been working with him for a year now and my boxing skills have 10x’ed since I started! I’ve worked with other boxing coaches in the past and I can honestly say that in just the first 2-3 months alone I learned more from Joel than I ever did with any other coach I’ve worked with. So whether you’re a beginner just looking to learn or an experienced fighter looking to sharpen your game, Joel is your guy!

As someone who has been with many trainers, you can trust me when I say Joel isn’t a trainer; he’s a COACH, and a damn near perfect one at that. He understands the every aspect of the fight game. He has this unique ability to modify his teachings to the fighter and their style and strengths. Any good trainer can “motivate” you, and they may even do a decent job “teaching you.” But Joel actually cares and wants to see you succeed. Unlike a typical trainer, Joel isn’t just about the money, he’s about his clients success and well-being. And that’s been proven to me and all his clients time and time again. It’s why we continue to come back. So, whether you want to fight, learn to defend yourself, or just want a workout in…call Joel. Don’t waste your time or money with these other guys. No, IM SERIOUS, stop reading, PICK UP THE PHONE, and CALL.
