Hey there everyone! Melissa is a wonderful trainer, coach, and friend! She has been a bodybuilder for several years and has the expertise, credibility, and reputation to get you to exceed your fitness and life related goals!

They have the app that you can track your meals through. The exercises they give you are things you can do at home as well as in the gym. There are also tools to help you meal prep and an online Facebook community of support to help you connect with the wonderful community howle fitness has built.

The difference between here and other places is the fact Melissa will most likely stay your friend for life, and therefore, she is always available as a friend as well as a coach. Also, the app combined with the exercises and the online community is one of a kind and offers much more than other training facilities.

Also in the gym … she mixes it up a lot of different excercises but still targeting each muscle pushes me to add weight and reps even further than I would try on my own. Both Jeff and Mel are amazing to work with. I workout with Mel at least once a week (I wish my work schedule allowed me to fit more in) and each week we do something new. Mel challenges me each week and every session I feel like I am getting my money’s worth.
