Taylor is an exceptional trainer. She ensures every session is focused on hitting your goals, and she's always available for advice and support. I've been training with Taylor for over a year and have lost 30 pounds! She has helped me achieve my goal of looking better in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s. Additionally, I have several medical conditions, and Taylor is incredibly understanding and adept at tailoring workouts to my needs. I would rate her 100/10 if I could!" When I signed up with Zach, the first thing I told him was that I hate the gym. It’s been over a year and I’m happy to report that I’m now a gym rat! I increased the frequency of my sessions and see myself getting closer to my goals every day. Zach is so passionate and knowledgeable about physical training. He mixes up the exercises so the sessions are never boring or redundant. He’ll challenge but cheer you and show you ways your body can achieve more than you think it can. I can’t recommend Zach enough, he truly changed my perspective on fitness.

Zak is wonderful. I am a big dude with some mobility issues. I am seeing improvement in my mobility and range of motion. Plus I am definitely putting on muscle mass. It feels great everytime I have to ask him to increase the weight on the excerise we are doing.

I love working out with Taylor! She is very knowledgeable and great at motivating you in a way that works for you! I had some very negative experiences with trainers in the past and got into a rut of not going to the gym because of it. Taylor was so great at encouraging me and getting me back into it and now I love going to the gym again!
I also specifically requested to not discuss food or calorie counting. Taylor has been professional and sensitive to it, focusing on gains we can make in the gym and wins that are strength based which has been helpful and healing for me and my relationship with my body and with working out!
I know others have left reviews about weight loss and Taylor’s expertise there but if you’re instead looking for someone who can help you rebuild or build for the first time an enthusiasm for strength training with results you will notice in your every day life I highly recommend her!
**Editing review to add that also the gym is suuuper nice and a really great atmosphere to work out in. All the other trainers are friendly and the other patrons considerate. It really makes the work out experience so much better!

I cannot thank Taylor Engel enough for helping me gain my confidence back, as someone who struggles with severe gym anxiety she has helped me get in a better mindset and know what I am doing in the gym. Along with that Taylor is focused on making sure I am reaching my goals, and recognizing my weekly wins. She never fails to remind me that “even slow progress, is progress” and motivates me to keep moving up weights when I am ready! Taylor has changed how I feel about the gym, and has done nothing but amazing things for me in the past two months. Thus far, I have had a great experience with Ideal Physics. My trainer Kalehl is professional, kind, and patient. His sessions are intense and push me beyond what I believed my limits are. I've now been training here for about 6 months and it's been such a great experience! Zach has been training me since my old trainer left a few months back and I was so nervous to start over with a new person, but working with him has been so much fun and I always enjoy my sessions! He gets creative with the workouts and always checks in throughout the session to make sure I'm doing okay which I can really appreciate. Highly recommend working with him if you end up training here!

Tay is an awesome trainer that keeps you motivated to work towards your goals. she is very flexible with her schedule which is perfect if you have a busy life like me! she is also very informative and helps you not only with your gym goals but your eating habits as well. the gym you work out at is amazing as well because it’s only other PTs and their clients so it makes the process a lot less intimidating than going to a gym with hundreds of other people.

For anybody that is serious and has the time, dedication, and motivation to work on themselves I highly recommend Ideal Physiques. Taylor has been my trainer for about 2 to 3 months now and I never thought I could see results in that timeframe. I have enjoyed working out with Taylor. After moving to a bigger gym we were able to focus on different equipment to work different muscles. This experience has been nothing but amazing. Not only is the gym clean and spacious but the people there are simply outstanding individuals one of them being Taylor. The team is amazing and so helpful! Rodrigo always answers his phone and gets in contact with you promptly and helps you with anything you need. Tara is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had and she always brings a fun and positive attitude to our sessions!
