Rigo with Ideal Physiques was fantastic at discussing my goals for seeking a personal trainer. Working out with Nick is great! Having taken the time to go over my fitness level and goals really set me up for success. I've received nutrition guidance and a training plan that is working well for me. I enjoy the exercises during the training sessions and have guidance on my training for the days that are on my own. The price is good for what you get with Ideal Physiques. There was an issue with billing that should have been more clean cut. I also believe communication could have been better, it started strong and tapered for virtual training.

Demi was nothing less than amazing.
The owner Rigo on the other hand is unfair and dishonest. I was seeing Demi for 2 months and still had not signed the 1 year agreement. I messaged Rigo that I am no longer interested in the service and will finish out the training sessions I had already paid for. He still billed me $360 for another 2 weeks, which I never got a refund for.
Be sure I connect with your bank to put a stop payment as this company will continue to take an auto withdrawal if you have already given notice or your contract is up.

I’ve been training with Sydney at Ideal Physiques twice a week for nearly 6 months now and am so happy with the results! She is a great blend of working at your own pace but also encouraging you to push yourself. She is easy to talk to and makes the hour I’m with her an enjoyable experience. She is also flexible and willing to reschedule if you have a conflict. I reached my goal weight about four months in and am excited to continue & push myself further.

I have been using Ideal Physiques since December of last year. My trainer is Sydney, at the Tempe location. She is simply the BEST trainer I've EVER had—calm, friendly, no-fuss, and receptive to all my comments/questions. I have NEVER felt judged in her presence. For around 5 months now I have been following her around the gym every week doing everything she tells me to. I like outsourcing all the boring stuff like counting and thinking to her. I trust her guidance completely because I saw her abs once and I can't stop thinking about it.
I recently discovered that all my American Apparel jorts no longer fit around my thighs and derrière, but my waist measurement is the same. I think I might be thicc now!! I don’t know.
Really recommend both Sydney for her relaxed temperament and the Tempe location for its variety of machines—many of which I’d never seen before (hip thrust machine?!?!). Love it, 5 stars, no regrets!

I’ve been working out now for a few months with Taylor from Ideal Physiques. Being a veteran with a lot of past injuries I was nervous for getting hurt again but with Taylor she makes sure if any pain we modify or don’t do the exercise. She has been great pushing me every session by adding weight when needed or finishing strong. She has also made it enjoyable so I don’t dread going and wanting to quit. My schedule for work changes every week and it’s nice that she is able to accommodate it so we could still get a session in. I would recommend Taylor to anyone looking to start to get back in shape.

I have been working with Taylor at Ideal Physiques since April and it has been great! She is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have a disability so she helps me find excercises I can do. She knows when to push me harder, but will listen to me and let me step back if I need to due to difficulty. Three months ago I had trouble walking and constant back pain. Now, I am almost completely pain free and my strength and stamina are the highest they've been in years.

This is a great company of personal trainers. I’ve worked with a handful of trainers in my life and struggled to find one that felt right for me after my favorite one moved. I felt like this company truly listened to me and what I needed. I expressed what my personal goals were and my history with trainers as far as pros and cons. Rigo was fantastic at taking all of that into consideration and really working with me to make sure I was comfortable, not with my workout plan and trainer but with my meal plan as well. Mary is a real life angel. One of the most positive, sweet, and hard working individuals I’ve ever met. She’s the kind of person that just makes you want to be better and work hard. With her background in physical therapy, she takes on a different approach that I haven’t experienced with trainers that I’ve had before. She not only focuses on the workout itself, but also stretching and rehabilitation, as a dancer, this is extremely important to me. She will push you to your limit but 100% understands if something needs to be modified until you can reach the ultimate goal. I think Mary could really cater to anyone! Whether you have never worked out before and are started from scratch, you have some experience in the gym, or you are literally a human machine, Mary is so knowledgeable and will cheer you on while helping you reach your goals.

My trainerTaylor is always pushing me to finish that extra repetition and trying to better my training in the process. Although Taylor is younger then some of the trainers, she is extremely knowledgable with the fundamentals of good technique and I would trust her compared to any of the trainers in the gym. Taylor is a great communicator and truly gets to know you and what is going on in your life. She is always very responsive if conflicts arise and willing to make changes with her schedule. Ideal Physiques has the best trainers and training program, hands down! They also provide workouts on days you aren’t with your trainer and a meal plan that is super helpful! I have been training with Taylor for a little over a month and have loved every second of it (even when she kills my legs on leg day)! She’s very knowledgeable and encourages me to push myself each session. Taylor walks me through every exercise and makes sure i’m feeling the burn with a giant smile on her face, lol! I train with both Ben and Ashley and it’s incredible!
Ben is very knowledgeable and is always willing and ready to explain what we are going to be doing and why it works. He always pushes you to work your hardest, but still understands limits and is always ready with modifications if necessary. Ben also makes you feel confident and comfortable through each session. I highly recommend training with him!

I have been training with Taylor a little over a month and I am already seeing results. The workouts we do together really target the areas I am trying to improve. Taylor safely pushes me out of my comfort zone with weights and she most definitely kicks my rear! In a good way of course! On days when I am not training with Taylor, the app provided with the program offers workouts set up specifically for me. Additionally, a meal plan was created for me by Rigo before I started training. That meal plan really alleviates the stress of what to eat when on a weight loss journey. I have been training with Ben Adler for about 6 weeks and I can honestly say, it has been the most productive training I have ever done. Ben does an amazing job at keeping me motivated and pushing me just far enough outside of my comfort zone. And I am seeing amazing results. Having had injuries in the past, I was reluctant at first, but Ben's knowledge of PT and the muscular structure has helped us focus on building the muscles that I need to gain my strength and prevent injuries in the future. I love the trainers with Ideal Physiques. The two trainers I have/had are both in school studying the health and body. ( something about nutrition, health, body, weights and stuff). I don’t know their field of degree Both graduating soon. Besides the point, but a major point.
But that’s who I want training me, someone that understands the importance of eating healthy and working out. It’s super awesome that Ideal Physiques has these two ladies Ashley and Taylor on their team. Ashley her energetic self, lol got me started and motivated me on training hard. My current trainer Taylor, Oh Taylor she’s like the mother that don’t allow you to get away with anything. That’s the kind of training I want. She’s so knowledgeable about all she ask of you.
Another thing I like is that they want let you fall. Many of times I couldn’t lift a bar, they had my back 100%.
I don’t know much about weights I thought that was super supportive.

I just recently started training with Ben at Ideal Physiques. I am very happy with the training sessions that have taken place so far and look forward to more. He is very knowledgeable and has no problem explaining certain exercises and why we are doing them. I have not been active in quite some time and he has no issue starting me off with what I can handle, but at the same time pushing my limits. He is as genuine as they come and truly cares about you as a client. I feel super excited to see what goals I am going to be able to achieve working with him. I have seen the most improvement in my body since I started training with Ben.
Any time I ask questions, he has a straight up answer. He does not sugar coat advice, but also does not make you feel inferior. If I need to reschedule or cancel a session, he is always willing to work something out.
I train with him once a week and it has kept me in line with my home workouts and my dieting. I would highly recommend working with Ben or any of the Ideal trainers. They take the time to get to know you and help with your personal goals.

I have to admit the first time going i was a bit nervous due to the fact I've never been into a gym. And thought the worst like people was going to judge, not feeling comfortable with being there. Ideal Physiques is great at what they do! They conduct their training in such a professional way that is hard to find in Scottsdale. Rigo and his team are committed to you as an individual and will do everything they can do tailor workouts, meals, advice, etc. to YOUR needs. I love that they don't group you in with a LARGE group of others while training. Being with only 1 or 2 other people, it allows you to get individual attention but also utilize the others around you to push you during your workout! Highly recommend trying them out to dip your toe in the workout water, or even just to take your fitness to the next level.

Great group of trainers here. If you follow the program and diet you will see great results. Period. It's adjusted as you go through different phases and depending on your individual progress. Both Rigo and Georgia are incredibly intelligent and are there with you each step of the way. Highly recommend If you're looking to create a new, ideal physique! Sure happy that my abs are showing after years of trying prior to working with them!

I have been training with Ben for 2 months. I have worked out with cardio and weights every day for years. I thought in my 50s that I had some limits on what I could achieve. I was wrong! Ben has transformed my body. Even areas that were a concern such as my back and shoulders are stronger and healthier. I have learned that despite my determination, Ben can achieve goals for me that I cannot do on my own. In addition the entire team is wonderful and fun and so much fun each and every day. I've been training with Ideal Physiques for several weeks now and I'm impressed with the results I've achieved in that short amount of time.
Ben is true professional and a highly knowledgeable subject matter expert. I ask a lot of questions during our workouts and he answers them thoroughly and thoughtfully. He takes great care to work around my physical limitations while also pushing me beyond what I think I'm capable of.
I'd recommend Ideal Physiques to anyone looking for a truly professional and organized training experience. Each set and each rep is outlined weekly and with their phone app, it's like having your training next to you 24/7. Do yourself a favor and call them!

Ideal physiques is so amazing. They are extremely professional, helpful and understanding. I’ve recently started training with the best trainer everrr, Georgia! I’ve already seen so much progress and I was honestly mind blown because I’ve tried working out but it never really worked out. Having that accountability is key for me. I let her know that I have some back issues and she helped me sooo much already in making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly without hurting myself which is a huge deal to me. She always checks up on me to see how I’m doing with my meal plan and also Rigo the owner. They’ve definitely made me comfortable and not intimidated by the gym or training. Georgia takes her job very seriously and is always pushing me to push myself lol. I didn’t think I would have fun training but I always look forward to see Georgia for training 💪🏼 I would definitely recommend Everyone from all different fitness levels or none at all to train at ideal physiques (especially with Georgia hehe 😉)

I absolutely loved Georgia! Georgia kept me working till I could hardly stand and kept pushing me! She would send texts a couple days after workouts to check in with me. I haven't worked out in 2+ years but she treated me with the upmost respect and encouragement. Georgia is a dream to work with and I am beyond excited for my fitness journey with her! I started the 60 day challenge on Jan 1st 2020 and honestly it was the best decision I ever made, I have seen huge differences in my body and healthy habits. I started my first few workouts with Katianna and she was amazing and continues to be amazing anytime I need help. Rigo is the kind of coach you hope to find, but will be hard-pressed to in today's fitness industry. He is genuine and serious in his craft, and takes severe pride in the results he pushes his clients to achieve. He will hold you accountable in ways no one else can, but he's also encouraging and positive in his approach. I have nothing but praise for him and Ideal Physiques.
He expects just as much from his team, and in my time as his client I also trained with Jordan, his Head Coach. Her sessions pushed my abilities hard, but I always looked forward to her humor and uplifting spirit. That spirit, combined with Rigo's consistent drive, make Ideal Physiques balanced and effective in getting clients to their goals without burning them out or letting them down.
If you are lucky enough to train with him directly, do not waste the opportunity. I learned so much from him in my time as his client, and his approach to life and fitness continues to impact my own.

I started at Ideal Physiques a few months ago and was totally nervous about joining my first gym. However, on the first visit, I felt totally welcomed by not only my trainer, Katianna, but all the employees there! The gym itself is really nice with plenty of different kinds of equipment. I started consistently utilizing this company's training plans meal plans back around the beginning of this year. The results speak for themselves as I went from weighing about 135 pounds and gained about 15 pounds of lean muscle since then. The amount of attention to detail and personalization in both their meal and training plans is amazing when compared to other plans I've tried using before with other companies. On top of this, they are rather easy to get into contact with if there is ever an issue and work to resolve is as immediately as possible to ensure the quality of your results are maintained. Daily they motivate, push, and advise me. I don't feel like I'm just dishing out $ for a butt kicking gym session (s). They actually care.
