About the Club

Inner Strength Alignment Studio offers a range of services designed to support individuals on their journey toward physical and spiritual well-being.
These services include Pilates, postural alignment and functional range conditioning exercises, myofascial release and fascial stretch work, breathwork, sound healing, and monthly group guided breathwork meditation and healing sound baths.
The studio also provides online courses such as the 21-Day Awakening Journey and the Mindful Breathing Breathwork Course, aimed at deepening clients' understanding and practice of breathwork and mindfulness, as well as guided breathwork meditation recordings for your personal home practice.

Tanya was my first Pilates instructor and I continued with her for 4-5 years.She is the best instructor I’ve ever had. She taught me the correct way to do Pilates. The right form, the correct way to hold my arms shoulders and posture in general. She is amazing. I have not had another instructor as caring about her students. Unfortunately, I don’t live in the area any longer. If you have the opportunity to work with her p, don’t miss it!

I want to express my satisfaction with the personal training provided by Tanya. I have worked with her for several yrs after a suggestion to do Pilates to help recover from back surgery in 2014. I’ve since worked with her prior to and after knee replacement surgery. I met Tanya by chance after walking into the studio at my local gym. She just happened to be the one there that day. I followed her from the gym to her private studio. To me Tanya’s greatest strength other than her vast knowledge is that she listens and has learned from me what I need and individualizes my training based on my needs. She is a pleasure to work with. I started working with Tanya because I had back issues. She built a program for me that was very gradual, often just asking for 3 reps of a certain movement. I have tried a lot of other approaches that didn’t work or where I injured myself, but because Tanya tailored the workout to my needs, I finally made progress! Over the past few months, I have become much stronger and can do yard work again, which was impossible a year ago. Tanya doesn’t just teach Pilates, she also incorporates lots of other areas, such as alignment and breathwork. This is what makes her unique and very effective.
