This rating is for the HEY Yoga Therapy program. I am plus sized, in a wheelchair (recovering from a neurological condition) I am very weak and have very little feeling in my body. I reached out to one of the owners, Donna, I wanted to take the training but was worried about my condition, I was assured it was going to be fine. It was definitely not. I was not able to participate in much of the physical practice, which has been very frustrating and upsetting. I signed up and paid the $600 deposit, which is non refundable. I was misled. They aren’t accredited by IAYT (which they don’t technically say they are), but if you want to get accredited, this isn’t for you.

I also asked Donna about variations for plus size bodies and was told it’s not about my practice it’s about the students and clients. However, in the training it’s emphasized that we must personally experience this healing.

The program is an absolute nightmare in terms of organization and tracking. It’s not on a professional platform, it’s all organized on google docs. It’s very overwhelming and stressful.

When any of this is mentioned to Donna, she is very defensive. For a program like this, I was honestly shocked how I was treated by Donna. This actually became a traumatic experience.

I’ve been to a couple of classes so far and am already SO grateful for this place! The instructors are friendly, welcoming, and focused on each participant getting the most out of the poses and the hot yoga class reminded why I used to love it so much. Thank you to all who help make it a special experience 💗

Jeff’s hot 26 class was great. You can tell he has so much experience not just with the yoga postures but as a instructor in general. He gave great cues, walked around the room to give individuals help and even managed to include the virtual class followers in. Cant wait to try more classes at the other locations as well.

What a wonderful studio this is! The philosophy of the owners and the instructors is one of caring, acceptance and respect. I've heard "Let yoga meet you where YOU are" many times at Inner Vision. So comforting to be in classes that are NOT about competition or intimidation; rather, it is about how yoga can bring caring, self-respect, curiosity, relaxation and openness to your body and mind.

This is my favorite yoga studio on the East Valley. Like who doesn't want to do yoga and check out a cool Lake at the same time? Also because you can choose between the three different Studios. I did monthly membership for a year and was going to two or three+ classes a week which is totally awesome. If you can't make at least two classes a week then I recommend getting the 10 class pass.

Try all the different types. Vinyasa and Hatha is great, at the same time again and restorative will have you feeling super good. Get your flow on have a good time

I've only been taking classes here for a short time--all classes are currently online for safety during Covid. There's an excellent variety of classes! Teachers give clear instructions and always include and demonstrate different modifications to help you do each pose safely. It's a great online environment, and I hope there will be an online option even after live classes start back up!

I’ve been coming to Inner Vision on and off for four or five years. I love this studio. I live in Phoenix now and drive to Chandler every Saturday just for Patricia’s class. She’s incredible!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the classes we took at inner vision. Keep in mind that the hot yoga classes are no joke! They are pretty intensive so remember to bring a lot of water if you are a newbie! Each of the instructors I took class with were awesome! Very relaxing tone, well organized flows and helpful for proper posture. Unfortunately it was a little expensive for us to continue attending classes, but o would highly recommend trying it out!

Real deal yoga! No frills, just yoga. I love innervision, they hold lots of well taught classes. The classes are often busy, but there is plenty of room. The space is calming and pleasant, decorated like a more traditional yoga school.

I took classes at Inner Vision from the time it opened until my recent retirement and move away from Phoenix. I began yoga with one of the owners, Aaron, when he had a small studio at Baseline & Extension. My yoga practice has supported me as I established my meditation practice and through many life changes since I began in 1999. As my circumstances have changed in terms of time and money I have always attended as many classes as possible. I have found all of the teachers to be welcoming, kind, compassionate and competent and although I know some better than others and some not at all I would not hesitate to attend any class at any time knowing that I will be well taken care of and come away with a positive experience. Whether I was nurturing myself through the care of and deaths of my parents or going to class for a nice sweaty workout I have always found what I needed at Inner Vision. I have gone to other studios when I was traveling and never found one I liked better. I am grateful for the wonderful introduction to yoga I received at Inner Vision and would highly recommend the studio and the teachers.

I have been going to Inner Vision for 5+ years. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the facility is very clean. From the front desk to the instructors, Inner Vision has a palpable commitment to improving others practice.

If you are considering taking a first class at Inner Vision I would suggest a level 1 with Patricia, she is a perfect introduction to the great instruction you will receive here (and your first class is free!).

For more advanced classes, I am very fond of the hot yoga or hot vinyasa. These classes are sure to challenge your practice and are just a great workout in general.
