Inner Vision Yoga's three valley locations are OPEN for you! We offer classes that work you out, calm you down or deeply relax you ranging from Flow to Yin to Far Infra-Red HOT CORE and 26 posture classes. We have been teaching yoga and yoga teacher training since 2002. Our Master Teachers know how to align and adjust poses to suit your body. Attend Live in-person or online LOVE (Live) Stream classes.

The Inner Vision experience has enabled me to work through a serious hip injury in a way that Physical Therapy could not. I went to the studio several times to meet the gifted teachers and receive alignment corrections. The classes were so excellent that I started to take one nearly every day through the live on-line classes. My recovery rapidly progressed and I am nearly pain free after only three months of regular practice. The package that Inner Vision offers is so affordable! If you are committed to helping yourself, the staff is there to HELP and TEACH you. I highly recommend the HEY and CORE-CSR classes for injury and strengthening.

Absolutely love the studio and practicing at IVY! Instructors are wonderful and provide guidance ensuring safe poses as you learn and navigate your yoga journey. Hot 26 is my fav class and is VERY challenging for the mind and body! Been practicing 3-4 times a week for the past year and love all the health benefits. So grateful I discovered IVY and had the courage to take my first class!

Inner Vision Yoga (IVY) in Ahwatukee is my home studio, but because I travel extensively for work, I have numerous opportunities each year to visit yoga studios all around the country. Despite the fun of being able to experience other studios, it's always a pleasure to return to IVY. IVY has a nice variety of classes led by friendly and knowledgeable instructors. The IVY Ahwatukee location is conveniently located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. I've occasionally visited other IVY locations, and they too are conveniently located with plenty of parking. All locations are kept clean and are well-maintained. They have all the equipment you might need (i.e., mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc.) They also have a small retail area. I would absolutely highly recommend IVY to other yogis . . . you'll really be impressed by the space, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the quality of the teaching!

This is my happy place! I have been a client for a few years but started going regularly 2 years ago. My favorite class is the Radiant Hot 26. All of the yoga teachers are great but my favorites are Jeff, Donna, and Karen. It’s so helpful to receive individual help during the class to ensure correct alignment. And although the Ahwatukee location is closest, I will travel to any one of Inner Vision’s 3 locations to be able to take my Radiant Hot 26!

Inner vision yoga is the best studio I have found in the valley. I began going there about a year ago. They are kind, educated, and professional. I did the YTT with IV and it completely changed my life. Jeff, Aaron, Michele, Maredith, Karen, Donna ... the list goes on.... everyone is so great. The yoga classes they offer are some of the most powerful classes I have ever taken! I highly recommend anyone trying out inner vision. Love you all 😀
