Great gym, from beginner to serious

They got young kids who don’t seem like they got a lot of experience in bodybuilding let alone the enough experience to train people. And what’s worse after I contacted their billing company to cancel my father’s membership my father was being charged for the following month he was not there. I don’t know why this gym insists on using this billing company but it was messing with me and my family’s finances. But for those of you inquiring let alone thinking about going to this gym... think about your wallet and every single dime you earned taken away by a gym that will not take any responsibility and leave it to the billing company they have no control over to take more of your hard earned money after simply just asking to cancel... I’m suprised nobody has sued this company with all the cash flow problems customers have had with just wanting to leave this “establishment” on good terms.

In addition, when i shared with Stuart one of the personal trainers of a medical condition I deal with in order to understand my physical limitations and how we can work on bettering myself despite my condition. Immediately, he laughed at my face, which was unprecedented, unprofessional and unsolicited. On top of that, the unprofessionalism proceeded after he arrived late for our first two sessions and didn’t give me the professional courtesy of notifying me he would be late, I was very patient and understanding after the first two times but afterwards it just showed my time as a customer and someone who was trying to improve their well being was not valued.

I wanted to be trained by Alexander jr. but he shot me down and pawned me off to Stuart as if I wasn't good enough to be trained by him and to be fair when I came in with my father he was not very welcoming, just looked at me with suspicion and disgust when I entered the gym the first time, as if I made a mistake coming in.

WHO THE HECK TREATS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE????

To all potential customers and to my fellow veterans and even active duty.

Go to Buena Health and Fitness or even Summit. Jaguar Fitness is a SCAM!!!... If you don't believe me look at all the other 1 and 2 star comments.

Especially if you're changing duty stations CONUS or even OCONUS, it'll make you PCS move less stressful!!!

It seems that every day another machine is broken and someone is playing loud rap music. When you come at night there is no employee to deal with these issues.
Then they changed their door lock system to one that uses your phone. When that app randomly says that you have no key and you call the phone number on the door for problems you get a person that is rude and sarcastic.

I'm done.

Turns out that my insurance stopped paying for my membership. Rather than emailing or calling me they just killed my key. When I called I was told I shouldn't have called you directly even though your number is the one on the door. When my wife called you berated her.
You are not a good person.

If you're an aspiring bodybuilder, this gym is great for you. However, if you're more into calisthenics, I wouldn't recommend it. There are too many machines crowded together and not enough space, especially for high-intensity workouts. Overall, it's a great place for bodybuilding but not ideal for calisthenics. The audience is mainly bodybuilders.

Also, just a recommendation not to be rude in any way but... I can see your gym has a lot of potential. I would recommend, if you have the funds in the future, moving your gyms to more lively locations like the plaza where Planet Fitness is to attract more customers. The vibe of these locations is rather desolate and less inviting, including the one by Fry's; it's rather rundown, and there are many drug users nearby. I'm just saying, for audience purposes, it would be a better bet to get more people in. I mean, clearly, the ratings are good, but just my opinion.

🚨- 0 "Unsafe Gym ladies ... do not go to this gym "🚨 When an owner is more concerned about his Electric bills, than your safety, you don't go to this gym, ladies. As a Domestic Violence Advocate and Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives Advocate, I would think twice about going to this gym. Despite my deepest concerns and multiple requests to please
" Shut the Security door " that has a sign on it " shut / lock the door behind you " & due to my knowledge of the dangerous activity on Fry Boulevard, the owner of the gym, John, refused to close the security door. Even when an " State Police officer" came by to discuss a different issue, ofcourse , they wouldn't disclose what's actually happening.
However owner JOHN with his smart mouth & childish EGO told me his customer...

The gym is okay even the treadmill are not working all the time . However, when you want to cancel the membership is the hardest thing. You expect to pay at least two months extra when cancel membership. Don’t believe what they sell you membership. He told me not required any notice advanced. But it end up 30 days requirement plus cancel fee. They can’t cancel your membership. You have to call billing company. Think more than 100 times before you sign up with this gym. If you have choice, find other gym to sign up.

I spend more time trying to figure out how the equipment works because it's broken. Many machines I use are broken. Several equipments have been broken and inoperable for about 3 months. Some machines have a weird set up. I have no choice for another 24/7; therefore, I have to come here in order for the gym hours to meet my schedule unfortunately. There could be better improvements. This is the first gym I've ever been to in all my life where they have no water fountain. You are required to purchase water bottles along with other energy drinks. Although I have ran into a few workers, one which includes the owner and they were both friendly. It's not fair to give your money to a company that lacks equipment repairs and ignores your concerns about broken equipment.

I really loved this gym! You get the old school feeling working out here and the owner is always there around 5-6 training folks. He is a kind, easy going and protective of his clients. I say this because a guy was trying to pester one of his clients outside for money and he came out to ask to him to leave very kindly….but when the guy lied and refused he made sure the female was safe till the guy left. I was only there for a month and half for training but would love to have more gyms like this one around!

Been going to this gym since October 21 and I absolutely love it. The staff are so inviting, they always welcome me in when I come. They are fun to talk to and give great advice. The other regulars are great people and will give advice and correct your form if you're doing something incorrectly. Even in the short time I've been going here, they have purchased tons of equipment, move the equipment around constantly, and moved to a new, bigger location. The new location off Glenn has a large indoor area, a paved outdoor area with a basketball hoop, and outdoor octagon with punching bags, with plans for more outdoor stuff. This is an amazing gym that I would recommend to anybody who is looking for a serious but fun gym environment in Sierra vista.

Best gym in town. Lots of Hammer Strength equipment, heavy dumbells, and nobody looking at you crazy if your 315 or 405 makes a little noise. Lots of guys here train hard if that's what you want to be around, but nobody judges amateurs either. 5/5

Me and my husband have been trying to cancel for over a month now. We were told to call an outside company OURSELVES. I’ve called and called that number but no one answers and there’s no option to cancel. We’ve called the gym explaining this to which we were told they would handle it for us when in fact they have not. We were told we’d receive a confirmation email of the cancellation and that’s yet to happen. Trying to get ahold of anyone besides an automated system is so frustrating. All we want is to cancel and it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Cancelled months ago, yet I am still being billed. They have ME, not them, call the billing company to cancel over and over, I do, and they refuse to refund for the FOUR months since the first cancellation. And have NOT ACTUALLY CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP. This is a greedy gym and I'm not sure they realize their terrible "billing company" is a direct reflection of how trashy they run this business. I finally found the perfect gym! This place is so welcoming, everyone is friendly and helpful, the equipment is in good shape and clean. They have everything you need to get a good workout, as well as training, and body analysis. The location is really convenient for those of us who live in Southern Sierra Vista through palominas. Being 24/7 means we can come in whenever we want. We had training with Chris and in one month the difference was very noticeable. He was very professional despite us being ridiculous and whiney. Thanks Chris, sorry for the harassment lol.

The owners acted like used car salesmen when we signed up, but sold us by painting themselves as Christians. Then they proved they were more like the used car salesmen by lying about billing and then not accepting any responsibility. Then they lied again about the conversation we had when signing up. Despite us making it very clear we were cancelling 30 days out because we were only signing up for one month, they kept billing us and refused to refund the membership that we obviously did not use the following month since we thought we were no longer members, which highlights their character. The funny thing is that this would be an easy fix for honest people who run a good business, but these owners choose to operate in bad faith and their gym will surely fail as a result. I hope they conduct themselves more professionally in the future. The gym itself is not even nice, so I strongly suggest avoiding at all cost to prevent the headache of dealing with their lies. For all military and LEOs reading this, I know Planet Fitness and Summit offer really nice USG discounts, so check them out if you don't want to workout on base, but avoid this place for sure.

This guy m is no nonsense. It has all the machines and free weights you need if you are serious about working out. The gym is clean and the staff are professional. If you have real responsibility in life and need to work out later than 7 pm you can come here 24 hours a day. Other gyms let you go 24 hours a day, but you will be limited to 50 pound dumbbells and you may scare the other patrons by lifting a lot of weight. The monthly fee to work out 24 hours a day is beyond competitive compared to other gyms. Come check this place out!

Love it only been a member for a week now but everyone there is friendly and willing to help you and show you the best workouts to help you achieve what you want.
