JD3 Fitness is a great overall gym for anyone looking to improve their overall well being; this place has options! I know it has changed my life! It has new high-quality equipment that is in good working order! The saunas are my favorite part about the gym! Also it conveniently has a kids room just in case you have to bring the kids along! It features two saunas to help boost recovery and health, high-end equipment for every workout style, a tanning bed, a mirror room to capture progress, a kids' room for parents, and top-notch cardio machines. The gym also offers prepped meals from Kainoa's, convenient for busy members, and the protein balls are a must-try—they’re my favorite! The gym merchandise is stylish and practical, letting you represent the gym in and out of your workouts.

The lighting is perfectly balanced, ensuring your pumps look amazing without being washed out. Most importantly, the wholesome and welcoming owners create a positive atmosphere where everyone feels supported. Jd3 Safford is the best centrally located gym around. With 24 hour access to the building. Tons of clean and well kept gym equipment. Two saunas, tanning bed, cardio area and functional fitness area. They also provide a room for your little ones to play and watch tv while you watch them from the tv screens located throughout the gym. The owners are super friendly and are quick to get back to you if you message them. Tons of merchandise available. There is also a fridge with protein packed meals available that definitely come in handy when you’re on the go or didn’t have time for a meal prep!

Best gym in town by a long shot! Doesn’t matter if you’re new to the gym or a lifting vet, this one has it all and is very welcoming! Open 24 hours and day passes available for cheaper than any gym in the city. Sauna, cardio room, huge weight room, tanning bed, and back room with mirrors for posing and they have morning / evening fitness classes in. Lounge area with fridge stocked with meal prep “saved me a few times from going off diet”

Love JD3! Been going since the one in thatchers been up! The owners are nice and friendly! Also reasonable pricing for a membership and I couldn’t see myself going to another gym. Another great thing about it is that it’s a 24 hour gym.
