Hi! My name is Jen, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I work with a range of clients from beginner to experienced lifters. I offer Private 1:1 Training and Female-Only Small Group Training. Weight training has been a staple in my life since I was 12 years old, and I love sharing it with others!

Jen is an amazing trainer! She’s energetic, positive, and so welcoming. Every session is challenging in the best way, and I’ve seen such a huge transformation in my body thanks to her workouts and the way she pushes me to hit new personal records. Both her small group and one-on-one sessions are fantastic. I couldn’t recommend training with Jen more highly!

Jen is an absolutely amazing trainer! She not only educates you on proper form and movement but she also encourages you every step of the way. She knows exactly how to push you forward, in a gentle, supportive way that makes you stronger without feeling overwhelmed. Her programming is well-structured, thoughtful, and backed by deep knowledge.
The way that Jen explains different movements and pays such close attention to detail shows that she’s truly doing what she’s meant to be doing. Working with her in my college years helped me grow my confidence not only in my body but also in myself in general. Honestly, I wish I could bring her with me to Utah because I really miss working with her.
I can’t recommend Jen enough! If you have the opportunity to train with her, TAKE IT!!! She is one of the best 🫶🏼

I love weight lifting with Jen Butler Fitness. Jen is very motivating and encouraging. The class sizes are small, which allows for personalized modifications. She makes great medications for every fitness level. She will accommodate workouts based on your goals and/ or concerns. The gym has great equipment. Working out with Jen is fun and a great workout. 10/10 recommend!!

Jen is a wonderful trainer and even better person. I really love how great she is at motivating her clients and actively works to get everyone out of their comfort zone. Workout classes can be intimidating but Jen’s small group (no more than 4) training gives you the experience of one-on-one training, plus her clients are all very friendly, welcoming, engaging, and come in all shapes and sizes. I’m so excited to continue training with Jen and seeing the changes in my strength and physique!
