As a fairly athletic person that has been through personal training before, I can say that Justin is different. Justin’s workouts are incredible. Whether you are looking to burn fat or gain muscle, this guy makes it happen. I have literally had multiple people comment on what I look like only 2-3 weeks into my workouts and diet plan with Justin. I've used personal trainers off and on over the past decade, and Justin is definitely the best.

His focus on nutrition in addition to the sessions got me losing two pounds of fat per week, after I had been struggling to lose two pounds a month. I was a little worried about the nutrition plan, but I still felt like I always had plenty to eat and plenty of good food options.

As noted by others, it is amazing what he can get you to do in 45 minutes. The sessions are always unique and the time flies even though you are working as hard as you possibly can. He doesn't just count reps, but makes sure you are always getting the most out of every exercise you do with proper form.

I highly recommend him. He will get you results.

Unlike other trainers he actually writes you a custom meal plan and makes adjustments as need. I have worked out my entire life and started to struggle with minor weight gain and no matter how much harder I worked out, it wouldn't budge. I knew one of my issues was not eating enough. Justin put together a meal plan for me that was catered to food I liked. Having a meal plan takes a lot of work and dedication just like the workouts but it works. He pushed me to my limit and once I hit that he pushed harder. It's all what I needed. He is there for you at any time with any questions you have. He will also tailor the workout to any restrictions or injuries that you have. I highly recommend him and have to my closest friends! Justin's knowledge, experience, and high energy make him an excellent personal trainer. Given that he's worked with clients running the gamut of size, weight, shape, and training level, he's able to design individualized programs to really push each client and make their goals achievable.

For me personally, beyond my physical workouts, he's done an excellent job coaching mental strength and discipline. As someone who's weight trained 3-5/week over the last six years, I initially struggled relinquishing control to Justin and fully trusting his method. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining to me what was required of me in order to achieve my goals. Once I gained full understanding of the process and got to work, I've made a significant amount of progress in a very short amount of time.

I highly recommend Justin, especially for individuals looking to make substantial changes to their body and physical health, and who are committed to doing so. It won't be easy, but Justin has all of the tools needed to be successful.

You can tell he is very invested into each client as soon as you sign up. He provides you with a personal meal plan and gives you the option to choose the foods you like. Justin was awesome! i had never worked with a personal trainer before and was VERY NERVOUS. I was referred to him by a friend and glad i did. I was able to get a meal plan that was actually realistic, no hunger, foods i liked, and simple to prepare. The workouts were tough but he pushes you and makes you feel good about completing the workout. He is super flexible, supportive and always there to answer any questions you have through out the process. I absolutely love working out with Justin! I am a bariatric surgery patient, I had surgery on December 19th. I approached Justin on the recommendation of a friend who is also a client. Justin impressed me from the start and put together a training plan and a nutrition plan that fit my goals and the guidelines I have to follow to stay healthy. He is great at keeping workouts varied and fun but definitely still challenging every session. He’s motivating and pushes me to do another rep or to try things I didn’t know I could do.
