This gym is amazing and they give such a great workout to my almost 11 year old. He’s never worked so hard but he’s loving it! The coaches are so involved and every class has been unique as well. Highly recommend! We tried other boxing gyms before but this one is far superior!

I cannot say enough about this Gym! The owners KG and Lindsie are absolutely incredible, they care about you as an individual and want people to be successful! They are Knowledgeable, motivating and kind!My son has been doing Boxing there for about 18 months now and I can say it has changed his life for the better in so many ways! There’s 2 coaches, Kenny and Lindsay Guzman. Kenny has a professional background, has stated his ultimate desire and calling in life is to be a trainer, and is very attentive. Lindsay also has a professional background, she has had either an amateur or professional career in the past, but she definitely is an experienced boxer that will show you what you’re getting into; she is a valuable resource, and likewise, full of insight. Both are certified professional coaches and trainers!

Both coaches are in daily, gym is most populated in the late afternoon and evening hours (no more than 15-20 people in at a time, if that many people show up, all of which have varying levels of skill).

Prices are very affordable, shocking even (in comparison to other gyms). Definitely worth the price.

Were you to get a private session with Kenny, you’ll be met with constant feedback, constructive and positive. You have Kenny’s 100% attention. Private sessions are 30 mins to an hour. I have not had training from Lindsay, but as stated before, she is a professional at what she does!

This gym also offers group sessions, one membership plan with unlimited group sessions (of which there are 2 daily), and another with a limited amount of sessions (unsure of the number you get). Both are 1 hour, and they’re consecutive when the gym is most busy, starting with the youth group, then afterwards, the adult group.

I've been training here with my son for nearly 2 years. The classes are well run, and my son gets lots of personal attention. The sport has taught him a lot about focus and discipline. Kenny and Lindsay are amazing trainers. I have even gotten the chance to compete, which no other gym has been able to offer me because of my 'advanced age' (which kenny loves to remind me of). However, I've added 2 more fights and 2 more wins to my card because of KG! Can't recommend enough.

Oh, and they're doing packaged prices for my son's classes which easily make this the most affordable option in town for boxing! Highly recommend this place and these people.

If you are interested, sign up and attend a class. I started a few weeks ago as a novice to boxing. Being in my late 40's, so far, I love the challenge boxing gives me mentallly and physically. As a beginner, Kenny and Lindsey are excellent teachers of the basic fundamentals. The facility is clean and in a great North Phoenix location.

My son started boxing classes a little over a month ago with coach Kenny and Lindsey and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He’s played almost all major sports and while he has done well he never seemed to be truly interested. He asked me to try boxing and I am so glad we found KG boxing. Coach Kenny and Lindsey are truly some of the most knowledgeable and kind coaches I’ve ever met and they’re just really good people. Me and my son feel truly blessed to have found this place.

Coach Kenny and Lindsey are awesome. I came into the gym with no experience and they were super welcoming and immediately put me up to speed. This is a legit boxing gym and is great for anyone whether you want to compete, learn to box as a hobby or just want to stay in shape. The facility is awesome and super clean, and the environment and people are great. After training for just a short time I already see drastic improvements in my boxing skills - they genuinely want to help you improve. Can’t wait to keep training!

Amazing boxing club and super gorgeous and professional facility. Best boxing gym I have seen so far by far and it’s super spacious! Coach Kenny and Lindsey are amazing coaches and know what they are doing! Kenny is a professional boxer and Lindsey also competed in the amateurs so you know you will be learning high quality stuff preparing you in and out of the ring while getting you in amazing shape. One of my fave amateur boxers ever now runs a gym!!! Kenny Guzman is as legit as their is, whether coaching with, competing against, or collaborating with on our great sport he’s legit.
