I have been doing personal training at this gym since 2010 with many different trainers. I had taken a break but back to 3 or 4 hour sessions per week. I have been training with khalida for 3 months now. She is so knowledgeable and always personalizes the workout. This is important since i have back issues. Khalida is so good working with me and my changing work schedule. I love training with Khalida and would highly recommend her!

Been going here for several years. Pretty decent gym, I do notice the cleaning could be better. Showers are yucky, they honestly need remodeled. Under the the dumbel stands never get vaccumed, I always see thick dust under it. The kids club is done well and most of the staff for it pays attention to the kiddos. The lady on Saturdays is the absolute best with the kiddos, love her. I am concerned with them allowing a homeless man to sleep in the lobby? Its been going on for months and im puzzled that its allowed. I understand he is a member of the gym and does come in to workout on the punching bag but letting him sleep in the lobby thats right next to kids club doesnt seem ok.

The gym part is very nice, but the locker rooms, restrooms, and showers are terrible. I have been going to this gym for almost 3 years and ever since then the showers have always been dirty. The curtains are always dirty, smelly, and even moldy. The tiles on the walls look ugly and damaged, and often have hair on them. Overall this is a good gym but the quality is low and the membership price is high.

This staff has return my wallet to me twice due to my own poor judgement. This has been my home gym for nearly 20 years the only thing I wish they would do is bring back Mixers Nutrition and become 24 hours again furthermore since you close down your 83rd Avenue and Peoria location your traffic is gotten kind of ridiculous please build a bigger location this is claustrophobic friendly when you're fostering in members from the two gyms that you just closed down. Your staff is awesome but a bigger location is needed

Ive been coming here for 25 years. Almost left because of all the recent bs changes. Jade is the reason I decided to stay. She knows what costomer service is and how to treat people. I've been going to this gym for close to 4 years now and am genuinely considering finding a new one. It seems like this gym gets worse and worse everyday. Today in particular, I went in at open and it smelt terrible. I couldn't even figure out what the smell was. Mixture of sewage and old, dirty water. I just couldn't stand it. The gym is barely cleaned and if it is, they do a terrible job at it. We are 3 years post covid and they are operating like we're still in covid.

I go to this gym when I’m in town specifically because of Jade. It’s obvious how much she cares not only about the patrons, but also her staff and the facility! She’s so on top of taking care of what needs to be done; checking in members, cleaning up the weight area, making sure people feel safe walking to their cars… She does it all! Even my kids love coming here because Jade makes them feel welcome! Honestly wish this was my home gym and not just some place I visit from time to time because you just don’t get outstanding customer service experiences like this anymore!

Ellipticals in the front aren't turned on any time I'm there, some machines need repair or else they will break, protein bar is always closed no matter the time of day or day of week, front desk people sometimes aren't paying attention and on their phones. Gym is fine, they really need to cover up the horrible musk in the weight room and basketball court that is unbearable. I believe the owners name is Christopher, and an old lady that works mornings do not greet nor are friendly, making you feel not welcomed. Unos amargados los dos. Half the time disinfectant wipes are empty and all you see are the workers on their phones with no care. None of the staff engages with you. Theres definitely better options.
