The swimming pool deck Is unbelievably filthy dirty when you walk on it Your feet stick to it. People should not be allowed to wear shoes in the area.

I have been a member of LA Fitness for over 6 years now. The gym has a great setup for cardio, aquatic, weight lifting, machines, boxing, zumba and personal training. The spa, lockers and showers are clean and safe to be in. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, we are always welcomed with a pleasant smile amd a hello as well as a acknowledgement on our way out. Highly reccomend all locations.

I would give this place 5 stars however, they don’t mind screwing their customers and lying. I went in a couple weeks ago to cancel or pause my membership due to a financial situation that I am currently going through. I went in was told I could switch to 1 day a month for right now. I checked my bank account the following week and my account was over-drafted. When I spoke to them about it all they could tell me was they were sorry but refused to make it right. Honestly so unprofessional. I will however say that Jimmy my personal trainer is professional and just overall the best! The three starts are for people like him!

The Tucson management has been notified many times about issues with the gym. The floors and bathrooms needed to be cleaned up. there is a constantly requested to be kept by members. The AC has gone out for weeks at the two different locations. They lacked instructors for different types of classes is desperately needed. Members are leaving for other clubs. LA Fitness will lose more members if they don't correct the problems.

I’m older now, and I appreciate the variety of options available at LA Fitness. They offer everything from swimming to racquetball, which is more than some of the smaller, more intimate gyms I’ve tried. I prefer LA Fitness because of the friendly staff and the wide range of activities they offer.

Cat & Makhi are Super Friendly & engaged with member satisfaction. I received an unfavorable greeting in Yoga class @ 8:26 am by a member NOT the Instructor, Kate. I felt I had to leave as I was “SHOOSHED” as I put my mat on floor. It was extremely crowded, so I chose to leave as to not interrupt Yoga 🧘♀️ vibe. I let desk know & Cat told me that I should not be treated negatively & I was on time. 2 more women tried to enter Yoga after me & turned around when they caught vibe. Thank you Cat & Makhi for making US feel welcome!

They were unbelievably kind at this location. I was visiting my friend and we decided to get a quick work out in. They staff got me completely set up with a guest pass and everything. The equipment was clean and new, and very tidy locker rooms. 10/10 recommend.

I've been a member of LA Fitness here in Mesa for a while now, and I'm consistently impressed. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, with a great variety of equipment that's rarely too crowded. I especially appreciate the range of classes offered; there's always something to fit my schedule and fitness goals. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming environment. It's definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable gym with good amenities in the area.

Decent gym. Good selection of equipment. The staff are nice. Bathrooms get gross in the afternoon and setting up an account because the prices and deals change constantly so it's not clear what you're actually paying beforehand. There's also an annual fee that they dont mention until you have actually signed up. That feels like theft.
