Tonight I attended the pumpkins & petals
community event ! Had so much fun .
The community gathered at let’s sweat studio to decorate pumpkins and mingle . Cultivating a sense of connection while embracing the artsy creative side of us .
I’ve also been here for a cycle class awhile back and had a good experience . Booked easily using the class pass app . Picked up some really cute swag as well ! They have showers and a variety of classes . Definitely recommend checking it out.
The only con is parking , it’s downtown and to be expected.

Been attending classes for about 2 months and I really enjoy it! The classes are what you make them, definitely beginning friendly but if you're experienced, you're still going to get a great workout. Some of my fave instructors are Nicole, Justine, McKenna, and Steph - I haven't had a bad class yet though!

I’m five months postpartum and was looking for a fun, upbeat class to motivate myself to move my body and the spin and strength class gave me just that! I love how good I feel after, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and the teachers are great about offering modifications if you need them. The space is also cleaned and close proximity to where I live. If you’re looking for fun while you get strong, this is the place to be!

Let’s Sweat was the change and motivation I needed to feel better! Just completed 100 classes and I have never felt better. Every instructor has their own style and always pushes you to do the best you can. Even after 100 classes I am still being pushed and sweating all the stress away! Also it’s the little things like being greeted in the morning by the front desk staff and knowing my name that makes my day! I appreciate the warm welcome by everyone and the consistency from every instructor!

If you're planning a bachelorette party, you MUST book a private cycle and stretch class with Let's Sweat! Seriously, it was the absolute PERFECT way to kick off our celebration. We needed something fun, energetic, and a little bit healthy to balance out all the celebratory cocktails, and this class delivered in spades!
First off, the instructor was AMAZING! They had the perfect energy – motivating, fun, and totally got the bachelorette vibe. The playlist was PERFECT – think all the best girl power anthems and dance hits that had us singing along while we sweated it out. The cycle portion was a blast! We were all working hard, but laughing the whole time. It was the perfect mix of challenging and fun.
And then, the stretch portion? Pure bliss! It was such a unique and memorable experience, and honestly, a highlight of the weekend. If you want to give your bride-to-be and your crew an unforgettable start to your bachelorette festivities, book this class! You won't regret it! Thank you SO much for making our celebration so special!

Overall, not a bad experience. It was the first time trying out this studio. My friend invited me to come to a class with her. It is great they offer a free first class in the company of a friend to try it out!
I was greeted by a nice gal at the front desk. She asked if it was first time to Let’s Sweat and to a spin class, I informed her it was my first time to the studio, but I’ve done a handful of spin classes in the past. From the desk, she pointed out the lockers and the water machine. My friend had yet to arrive, so I put my stuff away and went on a hunt for the bathroom. A little walk-through introduction to the studio would have been nice and appreciated. Any new studios of any kind I have been to in the past, this is pretty standard.
Austin was the instructor for the class this morning. As people are gathering around the bikes he was helping someone get adjusted to their bike. I politely asked if he could help me when he was done, he said “yeah”…. Then never came back around to help or check to see if I needed anything.
The class itself was a good workout. Not overwhelming challenging, but definitely gets your heart pumping and muscles burning like a good workout should. I think it would be a good place for someone relatively new to exercise or just looking for instructed workouts with some variability. The energy of the workouts could use a little spice to liven things up.
I understand this class was free for me to try, and I’m grateful for that. I also had fun with my friend. However, I don’t think I’ll be back based on the somewhat unwelcoming introduction and instruction.

Lets Sweat is the BEST! Most efficient and effective all around workout in 1 hour. 30min spin and 30min strength is my favorite. Unfortunately the bikes are no longer spread out, now they're within arms length and you're super crowded. The staff is so friendly and encouraging, always have a smile on their faces. The instructors are an absolute delight. Always so helpful and accommodating. The environment is supportive and encouraging. The classes are such an incredible workout! I really enjoy coming here. The traffic and parking is an absolute nightmare because it's very limited and small.

I am new to Tucson and decided to give this studio a try. It’s a nice, small studio located in the downtown area. I have only been to a couple of classes but they have really helped me feel welcome. I have an issue with my legs and they have offered me modifications and help so I can stay on track too! The teachers are super friendly and introduced themselves to me when I came in. I am looking forward to working out all summer with them!

I genuinely love this place. Today was my 325th class! I joined during the pandemic, they were very conscientious and had us riding outside. Let's Sweat is the best! I started going a few years ago with their newbie pass ($33 for 3 classes) and loved it! Spin + Strength is the perfect mix, and the instructors are super helpful. The owners and instructors take the time to learn your name and greet you as you walk in, which makes the environment so welcoming. If spin isn't your thing, try their Yoga Annex. The yoga studio is very relaxing and all levels are welcome.

So this review is mostly for the inconsiderate instructors who think it’s cool to use a microphone outside at 6am (which I’m pretty sure goes against the city’s noise ordinance). I understand that we’re living through a pandemic. Trust me, I’m a full time nurse caring for a toddler and it’s been impossible to get any sleep in the morning with amplified voices yelling and echoing throughout the neighborhood. Perhaps pushing the start time back past sunrise and/or not using a microphone outside to teach your classes? I don’t know I’m just tired and in awe of how oblivious some people can be. Not everyone has the same schedule. I know your company promotes wellness, but sleep is also essential, especially for those of us working to keep this city healthy.
Update: Nothing has changed. This morning at 6am along with the past several Wednesdays they are out with their mics and music blasting. It’s really not that hard to turn the volume down. It shouldn’t be this difficult to consider and have some level of respect for other people. My neighbor called as well but nothing has changed. It’s just sad.

I’ve been going to Let’s Sweat for a little over a year now and love it! There are so many class offerings to fit each members needs (HIIT, yoga, spin, strength, boot camp, run club if you’re into that.. 😜) The instructors know you by name and make you feel welcome, but also make you work! They have done such a great job transitioning during the pandemic, offering classes online and even social distancing classes in studio when they could and now outdoor on their patio. If I ever move, Let’s Sweat may have to think about expanding 😉 because they are a gem of a find in downtown Tucson!

I am a big fan of their yoga annex and spin + strength classes! Their instructors are kind, the playlists are killer, and the classes are just the right amount of challenging. You'll be able to take their classes at any modification that works best for you, and trust - you'll be sore the next day.
The building itself is extremely amazing, the amount of natural light, the way they decorate (and not to mention how dang clean it is), and the overall set up make it much cooler than your average gym or studio experience. I am also a huge fan of their adorable merch, and can't wait to add their cute stickers onto my Hydro Flask.
Can't wait to catch a class again soon! Soleil + her staff are truly joys to be around, and a great addition to our Tucson community!
PRO TIP: Grab a coffee afterwards at Exo, or a drink at Tap & Bottle or Royal Room, depending on how your day is going.

Let’s Sweat offers fun, energizing classes in a well kept, aesthetically pleasing space. The whole team is great, however, I want to highlight Nicole for being an amazing personal trainer. I met with Nicole multiple times per month at Let’s Sweat for 8 months leading up to my wedding. I’ve struggled to get into a consistent exercise routine since high school, and Nicole coached me to get to the healthy place I am today. She focuses on overall health and wellness, including food and exercise, that is sustainable instead of a crash course that doesn’t allow you to build healthy habits. I now actually look forward to working out and enjoy eating food that’s good for my body. Thank you, Nicole and Let’s Sweat for getting me here!

Soleil is the best! Very expensive studio gym that is worth every penny (depending on the instructor). Book in advance because they are usually sold out. Get there early because of limited parking. I joined Let's Sweat in July for a month. Me and my girlfriend were looking for alternatives for workouts. Gym was just too boring. We live near the 6th street and came across let's Sweat a couple of times and thought of giving it a try. We absolutely loved it. We loved the amount of options they have: spin, strength, trx. And the workouts are always changing. The spin class is well synced with the music which makes it even more fun. All the trainers, Nicole, Brittany, Taylor are very humble and keeps you pushing for more.
The staff was also so nice and welcoming. We would easily burn anywhere between 500-800 calories per class and it was always so exciting and we would yearn to come back for the class.

I am so happy I found this community. This has completely changed the way I workout. The instructors are so motivational and encouraging. I feel more excited to go to each workout from a 6am to 5:30pm workout. The cycling room is perfect!!!! Also the floor area has a good amount of space for everyone to really do the TRX workouts. The combination of weights and cardio is perfect start of your day. I love all the instructors they all have great things that they bring to each class like some wonderful playlists that have blasts from the past or great dance moves that make you forget that you about to race; I guess those things make each workout special.

I wish I could give 11 stars! Lets Sweat has so much to offer and the beautiful studio has a vibe that inspires! Attending classes regularly for 3 months and counting; I have never felt so supported in my body, maybe ever. The intentional, condensed and precise workout plans (that change everyday!) have brought me out of two injuries and exciting new strength. I'm hooked, and you should definitely check it out. Let's Sweat is one of the best gyms I have ever been a member of. After moving to Tucson only four weeks ago, I was so happy to stumble upon this place since it is so close to downtown. The work outs are challenging, fun, and the staff is even better! Let's Sweat provides a great combination of challenging workouts that change each class, combined with a staff that always has a welcoming smile on their face. I highly recommend Let's Sweat to any new or existing resident of the Tucson area!

I love this place! Being new to Tucson, it was very overwhelming stepping into a new gym, but everyone was so inviting and friendly I couldn’t believe it. The workouts are so challenging and are always fun. Working full-time it can be difficult to find the motivation to come up with work outs or even work out in general, but when you go to Let’s Sweat they always have new and entertaining workouts that leave you feeling accomplished. The spin portion is not the ordinary cycling, but they switch it up with jumps & pushups and good music. The circuit portions are always so different between the TRX, bands, dumbbell, and body weight exercises. Highly recommend!

Let’s Sweat is an awesome addition to downtown Tucson! I love starting my weekend mornings with the 8am spin + strength class, and then walking over to Exo for coffee and breakfast. Each instructor adds their own flare, and every workout is different so I don’t get bored. I try to never miss the yoga class with Soleil. She adds a bit of strength into the class, so I can choose how challenging to make it.

This is a convienent and fun place to get in a great workout. The spin classes are split with 30 minutes of spin and 30 of strength which is great for those of us that want both and also not too much of either. The TRX class is an also must attend. You have never been so fantastically sore. The studio is always spotless and everyone on staff is a dream.

I first heard of Let’s Sweat from a coworker. It sounded interesting, so I checked out the website and read different online reviews. I was pumped to give it a try, so I asked around to find someone who was willing to try it with me. I was a little scared to go on my own, especially since I had never taken a spin class before and didn’t know what to expect. I finally found someone!!!
In June, I had signed up for the first timer special and was excited…AND terrified. My first class (spin + strength) was scheduled on 6/19 with Brittany. I woke up that morning with butterflies in my stomach. (No joke!)
I arrived early to check things out and Soleil greeted me with a warm smile and conversation. She assured me everything would be fine. When my friend arrived, Soleil got us set up on our bikes. After that first class, I was hooked!!
I really like the group class setting and how you can go at your own pace. Every single class I have attended is different and every instructor is great at what they do. They offer different price packages to fit anyone’s budget. I am excited to continue at Let’s Sweat!

Let's Sweat has it all - experienced and passionate instructors, dynamic full-body workouts, and a supportive environment for strength and growth. This locally-owned fitness studio does a wonderful job at serving the needs of the community and is very receptive to feedback to continue improving. I love that it is located near the university campus which makes it convenient for college students and employees. I also appreciate that they partner with many other businesses downtown for things like Sweat + Sip events. I always look forward to attending class and always leave feeling better than I did when I came in.

Whether you’re just stopping in town and want a place to get a gym workout in or your a tried-and-true desert rat looking for a local gym, Let’s Sweat is a perfect option.
Located in the heart of Tucson, near some of the best bars, coffee shops and restaurants, it’s easily accessible. There’s ample parking, but it’s also walkable to Tucson’s main downtown.
The classes range from 45 minutes to an hour and offer a variety of workouts — cardio, strength training, spinning, TRX, yoga and more.
The schedule is great if you’re working with early morning and post-work classes. There are mid-day and weekend classes too.
And Let’s Sweat takes the work out of working out with fun instructors, kick-booty classes, and fun challenges throughout the year to keep you committed.

I love this gym! I make the drive 2 times a week from Tubac (45 mins away) and it is totally worth it! Ive tried the different classes that they offer and also have a personal trainer, Brittany (she is great and really knows her stuff). I was looking for a gym that would push my body to the next level and it has been just that. Ive noticed big changes in my body. The classes are so fast and challenging, it keeps your body guessing. I personal train once a week and I really enjoy it, my trainer also gives me "homework" to do for the rest of the week, so I can keep working hard from home. Ive tried different instructors and they all are so fun and different, so you can get different tastes of the same class. Everyone at Lets Sweat is super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this place.

I'm new to Tucson from Denver and I've been looking for a place to call my new gym for almost half a year. Let’s Sweat is my new home.
The concept is simple. Your instructor leads you through spin for (about) 30 mins, strength for (about) 30 mins. I've been a handful of times now and the workout is never the same. I'm new to cycling and every day is a different and exciting new challenge. Your instructor has songs perfectly timed to the spin portion and if there's anything that motivates me it's Beyoncé belting out "Who run da world-GIRLS." The strength portion also varies--we have utilized TRX, body weight strength exercises, bands, ab dolly, flexibility and more. For those who have tried Orange Theory, this may sound similar (swap bike for treadmill), but to me Let's Sweat is much more motivating and fun, it's something about the music and the environment and the instructors.
For every(body). Let's Sweat has done an incredible job at being able to cater to the needs of each individual. I recently had knee surgery and I'm unable to do some of the things in class, the instructors give many options for variations of moves in the spin and strength portion--without even asking. They have variations to make the workout harder for those needing and extra push and to ease it up for those having a hard time.
Pricing. LS is extremely flexible with how they price their classes. You can join 4,8 or unlimited monthly or do a punch pass. I travel extensively for work and a monthly membership isn't the best option for me so I applaud LS for being so flexible with their members.
Location, location, location. LS is perfectly located downtown for those who have yet to migrate to the suburban sprawl of Marana or Oro Valley. It's a hip, vibrant and fun area that is perfect for a unique and upbeat place to burn off last nights wine.
I'm in love with Let's Sweat and I hope you give them a try!
