Gym is great, awesome staff all around and the best amenities you could ask for. Can get a little busy, but overall amazing.

Jen, one of the trainers is a huge contributor to this review. She looks like she would be able to beat you up, but her personality is amazing and I literally laugh the entire class. Highly recommend if you want a trainer, she’s the one 100%.

Great place to live a healthy lifestyle and find community.

2020 New Member during construction phase prior to open and many promises broken. 1st time gym membership - Dues increase annually, founder amenities added to "New Tiers" not included in our member level. Available classes space limited, courts dirty, pool times limited, pickleball limited availability for all members. Guest visits 1x in 6 mo. Why even offer them as an incentive if we cant bring a friend a couple times a month. Strava tracking and android for machine non existent. Failed experience from what looks like an amazing club. Staff is usually amazing if they stay long enough to get to know them. Lifespa is helpful but had mixed invites to use "at my tier level"

Fantastic gym if you can afford it. Definitely on the pricey side but your membership comes with a lot of perks. One of which would be all of the classes you get when you sign up. Olympic lifting, HIIT, CrossFit style classes are all available to you. There are some other classes like yoga, barre, spin, and other stuff that I've never tried out, but if that's your thing they have that too.

There is a cold plunge, sauna, and spa in the locker room as well as shaving cream, razors, mouthwash, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, deodorant, towels, and probably more that I'm forgetting. They have 3 lap pools; two inside and one outside, as well as a resort style pool outside for relaxing or swimming with you kids in.

There probably 10 racks, a bunch of machines and dumbbells and enough treadmills for me to have never seen them all full.

Basketball and pickleball courts
Daycare
Cafe with coffee, shakes, and food
A special room dedicated for people to get some work done if they need to.

visited lifetime today to explore membership options. they were not staffed to take us on a tour. asked if we could do one ourselves & that's "not allowed." asked for a manager to take us on a tour & were told that there were no managers working. REALLY!? if this is the case, that'a a problem for any business & it's certainly not a business where i would leave my child to go work-out. who is leading if/when there is an emergency??! we left really frustrated & disappointed - we 99.9% would of signed up today, as we've been lifetime members before & have friends that are members at the Peoria location. we were told to make an appointment online if we wanted a tour. before making that appointment, we decided to check out the google reviews to see if it was even worth it & soo glad we did!! thank you, greg for your outstanding direction, attitude, & zero customer service - you made it easy on us & we wont be joining lifetime to be ripped off for all the reasons the google reviews sold us on from real members.

This place is nice, but what you pay for in terms of a membership often times just does not seem worth it at all. A big reason why I joined was because they offered so many fitness classes and I didn’t want to use class pass anymore, but to be honest I wish I would’ve just kept my class pass. The mat Pilates that they offer here is extremely underwhelming mostly older folk in that class and I think you only sweat because the room is so hot. They offer no early morning, yoga classes for people who work I think there’s like one day out of the week that they might have a 6 AM class and other than that the yoga classes are just kind of sporadic throughout the day so if you work really early if you get off late, you’re kind of SOL. The gym is always Packed and there’s not a lot of space in between the machines at the gym. The overall aesthetic in the building itself is very nice but for what 200 something a month you would think there would be more variety. Not to mention there are kids running around everywhere :-)

One of the main reasons I joined Lifetime is due to the multiple lap pools; however, they have so many kids swim teams that it’s nearly impossible to find a lane in the afternoon. Classes are typically going from 3pm-7pm in both indoor and outdoor pools. I’m sure they do this to generate more revenue as these classes cost parents extra, but it’s frustrating for members who pay good money for amenities that are rarely available.

If you’re looking for an all-in-one spa/gym and money is no object, then sure this place is for you. I had to stop going after two years because starting in late 2024 the cost of my already-expensive membership rose twice in the span of 4 months (by $10 increments.) I was informed by an honest staff member that they were trying to shift everyone to paying the same inflated rate, even long-time members.

After the second increase, I emailed the manager to ask if there was anything I could do to lower my rate, to which she offered to keep me at my current price “this time.” That’s a pretty useless offer when they were raising prices so frequently, so I asked for some sort of rate guarantee for a year and was promptly ghosted. That was the point where I felt like the gym management cared more about money than actually providing a good gym experience.

It’s a shame too, because there are some really wonderful and talented instructors at the gym including Morgan and Cynthia.

Another negative is the ridiculous guest pass system. While other gyms let you bring a friend no-questions-asked, Life Time only lets you have 3 passes per-month and they cannot be used on the same person more than once in the span of 90 DAYS. On top of that, right after I quit, I heard they now require guests to download the Life Time app and create an account. Who the hell wants to do this for a gym they only get the pleasure of experiencing once every 90 days? What was wrong with the simple ID check at the front desk before?

I enjoy this gym, but my recent experience with Tres at guest services/the front desk has really soured my opinion of this location. I tried activating my OnePass commercial plan and he incorrectly told me that there is a 2-month waiting list. This was after I called a couple days before to confirm that OnePass is accepted, and the representative I spoke with did not mention any enrollment delays or waitlists.

My interaction with Tres was incredibly frustrating. When I asked if I could enroll at another location, or if other locations also had waitlists, Tres informed me that he could not check. When I asked if he could call other locations to find out, he responded sarcastically and seemed annoyed by my request. ("You want me to call them?!?")

He found out that the Goodyear location will enroll me now. I then had to drive 30 minutes to Goodyear to enroll there, so that I could use the Peoria location. The drive from Goodyear back to my home took 45 minutes. In total, I wasted over an hour driving just to enroll in a gym.

In the end, I found out that Tres was incorrect and I had went through all that trouble for nothing. The management at Goodyear and Peoria confirmed that there is no wait for OnePass commercial members.

This was a very poor experience, especially considering the upscale nature of this gym. I was a Life Time member last year and enjoyed it, but this incident has left me with a very negative impression of the Peoria location. Trey needs to be trained on the OnePass membership program to be able to talk to customers competently. He also needs to take a customer service class bc his skills were severely lacking.

The maintenance guy so called engineer with glasses probably has the worst customer service iv ever seen. Trying to yell and verbally get aggressive with customers. I own multiple big businesses in Az and I haven’t seen worse customer service. Showers are broken barley work he should focus on fixing things then trying to get aggressive with customers. Sauna is also very dirty the wood is broken wooden benches are broken there is gum in their between the wood and on the floors. There sewer system in the showers also smells horrible. You guys need a new engineer/ maintenance guy. I pay 350$ for my membership and this gym is definitely not worth it! Life Time quality has sadly gone down hill big time.

Been here for 2 years and have a toddler that started to go to daycare while I workout. The blonde girls on the weekend actually do their job and are amazing, but weekdays the moms that do it for the membership or something just sit on their phones and don’t interact with the kids. Crazy how when 2-3 of the girls call me every time after him being there 30 minutes but when you got younger girls on the weekend there I can go a full 1.5 to 2 hours without a call! Fire all the other ones it’s annoying to get calls during a workout. It’s your job to watch and interact with the kids.

Equipment Quality and Variety : 4/5

While most of the equipment is of course higher end than lower chain gyms, you will occasionally run into equipment that takes a lot longer than it should to be maintained or repaired. I would like to see some more Smith machines here but they only have one.

Cleanliness and maintenance: 3.75/5.
When this gym, or rather health club first opened up everything of course was brand new. Everything was maintained well. Well, you know, continuous habits will provide a pattern over time. Now almost 5 years later a lot of the spa areas show signs of rundown, especially the men’s spa and steam room. The wood in the sauna is dry rotting. Upstairs, they do a reasonable job of maintaining the weight room in terms of dust and so on, but if you look carefully, you will see missed spots - something to keep in mind for the membership you pay.

3. Atmosphere and crowd. 5/5.

The gym goers here seem to be a good bunch. Depending on the time of day, when you go, you will obviously notice different types of crowds. I would like to see the dress code enforced more here especially in the evenings. I can’t count how many times I’ve seen juveniles wearing slides and backpacks in the upstairs weight room. So much for tripping hazards, huh?

4. Staff and trainers : 4/5.

All my encounters have been for the most part positive. Most of the people that work at the upfront desk are very cool. Depending again on the time of day.

5. Membership value and accessibility. 3.5/5

It used to be that this gym was available and open 24/7. Then the great “thing” of 2020 came along, and then came reduced hours. Eventually the “thing” passed, and life returned back to normal. However, corporate realized that by keeping the gym open 24 hours they are losing a lot of overhead. So , under the guise of “understaffing” at their locations, they reduced the hours. Those of us who only have time on weekends to really enjoy the spa have realized that lifetime certainly has incorporated recently the practice of closing the spa area 30 minutes before the gym closes. It used to be 15 minutes and now it’s 30 as a placard shows on the men’s spa door. Soon it will be 45 mins.

Additionally, there’s no guarantee that your rate will not grow over time. Overall this location is a 4.05 /5

We really wanted to love this place however it’s over run by children. They allow kids in the gym all hours. It’s like working out in middle school/high school. Elders are free and I am guessing kids are too? For the amount of money we pay each month to not even get a good work out in because all the machines are taken at ALL hours. We have tried early morning, afternoon, late nights always overcrowded. The pools/hot tubs are over run by families and kids. It’s just overall disappointing. I haven’t been to a gym where they allow kids all the time with no supervision. Plus when church gets out right next door it’s as bad as 1-17 rush hour.

I love the classes, especially barre class on Thursdays at 6:15pm. What I don't appreciate is the slide closing at 6pm and the cafe closing at 6pm on Saturdays. One shouldn't even be in the pool prior to that time. It's simply a hazard. That's a perfect time for a heat stroke. The time to swim should start after 5pm. It's disappointing to pay so much money for the gym only to not have full services.

I've avoided Lifetime for a very long time, mainly because of the cost and also a large part of social anxiety. As a large person in a wheelchair, I definitely did not want the stares. But a need for certain types of facilities forced me to check it out today... And I am impressed. I was greeted with kindness from the front desk. I pretty much made friends as I was pushed around. Everyone spoke. Each staff member was kind and answered questions in a very unrushed manner. The facilities were well maintained, clean, and wheelchair accessible... even beyond what I expected. There's the part of me that hates the expense, but I totally see the value.

I'll be checking out the Goodyear location tomorrow, but Lifetime definitely sold me as a customer without trying to sell me on the membership.

Can't wait to get back to my fitness goals. See y'all Monday!

Let me start by saying that I LOVE this gym. There is always something for everyone. The yoga classes, especially with Ash on Saturday mornings, are incredible. While I give it a 5 star rating the last few weeks have been much less and I assume things will change. The last few weeks the men's locker room has been disgusting. Dirty towels laying all over the floor, bloody band aides on the floor, and I swear the same two used razors have been on the counter for three days. Now, it's incredibly unfortunate that members feel like they can treat the facility like this, but they do and it needs to be cleaned. Again, overall a fantastic gym, just needs a little help from staff paying attention.

Facilities are ok, nothing great or equipment no one else has. I do wish that they would keep it cleaner and more organized. I have seen the same liquid stains on the floors for weeks in a row and some mornings the weights and racks look like someone tried to make it as unorganized as possible. And in the locker room, why at 4:00 am are the majority of lockers “locked”? Someone needs to go and unlock them every night if there are no personal lockers. But, you can get a decent workout in here-just have headphones as the yackity yak can be as loud as the music.

I've been a member here for a little over two years and about every six months my dues go up without notice. The manager Jennifer V doesn't return calls or answer emails or seem to care about her members. The men's locker room is continually filthy with a bank of lockers that have been out of service for over a year, cracked sinks, dirty mirrors, hair on couter tops, mildew in the showers and a wet sauna that is a petri dish of slime and full of wet towels. In the weight room there is zero gym etiquette (members leave the weights on the equipment), try to save equipment by putting their h2O bottles on the seats of the next machine they intend to use, or, just sit on the benches using their phones doing nothing, with no reprocussion or enforcement of policy except the fact that they don't let you use a gym bag anymore. The 'trainers' use all the squat racks for their silly classes all day long, which they mercilessly push on you for upcharges, and there is zero chance of supersetting anymore due to overcrowding. Their only saving grace is the front desk staff is nice in the evening hours. This place used to be the best gym in my neighborhood but now it's not much better than the $15/mo gym down the street which btw, I also belong to and go when Lifetime is too busy to get a good workout in. Maybe a new manager is in order?

Here is a copy of a typical email I get every 6 months or so. I never ever see any of these "improvements".

"We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you these last two years and truly appreciate your loyalty to Life Time.

Over the past few years we have been completely focused on elevating all areas of our operations to deliver an Athletic Country Club experience for our members. We continue to invest in our teams to retain our best performers and attract more talent.

We have re-positioned our clubs with refreshed spaces and enhanced programming, charging higher rates for new members as we strive to manage club capacity to maintain a premium experience.

At the same time, we are demonstrating our appreciation for your loyalty by keeping your monthly dues below the rate for new members joining now. Effective October 1, 2023, your monthly dues will be adjusted from $Xxx to $xxx (plus tax and Junior membership dues if applicable), which is $XX below the rate for new members.

Please know we remain committed to providing you the best places, programs, and performers to help you enjoy a healthy, happy life, and let me know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience with us.

With appreciation,
Jennifer Veres | Senior Lead General

The gym is fine, newer which is nice too. I’ve moved around a lot in the last 5 years, I was previously a member at the Biltmore location, before that the Tempe and before that the Chandler one. Here you’d get about the same experience as the other locations except their men’s locker room is on of the smelliest unclean locker rooms I’ve ever seen. The cold plunge has a greasy film over the top. The showers are always grimy and the entire room smells like sewage. As a member you pay a premium to be at a nice gym but you miss out on a core perk of an all inclusive membership because their locker rooms are disgusting. Disappointing considering they are still raising rates for new members.

I am pretty sure these guys do not ever look at their phone nor even return your messages. Cool franchise if they could ever get a decent management system. The life guards care very well which is awesome to take the little ones out to the pool! Very good amenities with a poor work ethic. Personal trainers are awesome, other than that you should probably just do it yourself as it’s easier then waiting for staff to help you. OH and the front desk ignores your calls and chats with all their friends instead of paying attention to their work space. Just a mansion ran by kids who are all in their own kingdom. Anyways I’m sure I’ll keep overpaying for this place but only for the use of the facility but never to be satisfied by customer service it seems.

P.s. The kids academy is awesome and the staff there does a very great job!

In reading the negative comments, a number of them were people unhappy about converting one full court basketball court into 3 pickleball courts. In my opinion, this was the most strategic move they could have made. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US and they recognized it. Great to see the Gym investing in their future!!!

Beyond Pickleball all of the amenities, classes and staff are all world class. That and the entire facility is well kept and clean. It's' like a country club on steroids.

April 19th,in the evening I had a facial there,I had a dermaplane I believe(they used a blade on my face). I had about 2 very tiny cuts, by morning I had 2 lage bumps on my left side of face on my forehead, though it was normal breakout from the facial, it got worse, so I thought I got bit by something & having an allergic reaction. My eye got swollen, my eye lid & above my eyebrow, it looked severe. By Monday morning I went to see my Dr, since it was painful & looked very bad. Could barely see out of my eye,Dr said maybe it's shingles, the look & pain, burning feeling, seemed to be symptoms of it. So I got meds for that. Tuesday my eye was shut, swollen, hot & painful, so I went to ER. I was there for most of the day, running tests, CT scan,IVs, antibiotics, you name it. Finally Dr let's me know that I got Cellulitis bacterial infection due to my facial. I got put on more medication, after about a week of staying in the house, my face looked a little better I went to let the spa know of my incident. The manager there, Angela, said to email her all my information, pictures of my face & she will pass it to corporate & someone will get back to me. It's end of July, and haven't heard from anyone since April. It's a nice place, but maybe needs to disinfect or use new blades maybe? Now I'm stuck with a small scar on my face & a nice hospital bill & scared of having another facial. Thank you

I like this gym a lot! Great machines, disinfectant wipes everywhere, amazing indoor and outdoor pools, love the kids area and that they have parents night out services! Kids love it and so do mom and dad! I also love the food at the cafe. My only complaint is NONE of the bathrooms have toilet seat protectors/liners.. and as a woman that’s kinda insanitary. I get annoyed having to always make my own out of toilet paper when you know the gym could afford to put them in the stalls.. besides that… I really dig this gym.

I thoroughly enjoy going to Life time gym and especially Kajsa’s barre class on Mondays. She is an amazing teacher, so encouraging and understanding of those of us who have bad knees, etc. She constantly gives alternate suggestions for those who can’t do what she is demonstrating. She makes the class a lot of fun though it is very challenging (in a good way)! Her cycle class is excellent as well.

Absolutely wonderful, well stocked gym, great huge pools. BUT! You will not get any pleasure if you come there with your family. Half of the zones will simply be inaccessible to you! You can't all sit in the jacuzzi together after the pool. Children are not allowed in the outdoor jacuzzi or in the jacuzzi near the pool inside. Also, children are not allowed in any of the saunas. And If your children are not good enough swimmers to swim a whole huge pool from beginning to end (pass the test), then they should not even swim in a pool of knee-deep water without the presence of an adult nearby. Not all children can swim through a huge pool, while they swim quite well in a shallow pool. You will not get any pleasure, because you will be kicked out from everywhere, because they have a million stupid rules, and every employee voices new ones all the time. Disgusting, not thought out, do not expect any comfortable rest for the whole family. I first came here 3 days ago, paying for a whole month. Today I will terminate my membership. Now I understand why there are so few people here.

UPDATE: October 2022

For the first time in 25 years I was kicked off of a piece of gym equipment (squat rack) by a trainer for a silly group class in the open weight room. It appears that during the peak hours when the club is most crowded, only specific members are allowed to use the power racks between 5pm & 6pm. Training staff has chosen to monopolize the lifting area during the worse time of day. Very silly….

At this point I’m only a member for my wife and kids. Swim class which of course is extra on top of the $200 monthly fee already.

While I have played pickle ball plenty myself, the removal of the second basketball court is massively disappointing news given that the basketball courts were already quite crowded and that is when two full courts were available…

Since this something Lifetime has already decided to do...my request is to please bring extra attention then to the remaining basketball court and make sure it’s well taken care of and the floors are frequently cleaned along with no loitering and “hanging out” on the court especially teens and children…

Often times kids are in there simply throwing balls hard at the wall and doing other activities that make playing or shooting quite difficult. In my opinion small children shouldn’t be allowed in the court area since it’s a clear hazard when they’re weaving in between much larger adults…this is an accident waiting to happen.

Lifetime please consider taking action and implementing some changes because myself and many others are unhappy with the state of things in this otherwise beautiful gym. I do not want to leave but I find it difficult to justify paying a premium and having to go at 8:30pm to be able to play basketball since other times are taken up by lessons, the league, or children…

I have been a member since day 1, actually signed up before they opened. Besides the great number of maintenance issues on equipment, the fact that they got rid of one of the two basketball courts was a horrible decision. This makes playing an actual game of basketball nearly impossible. One of the reasons I signed my entire family up.

On the one useable full basketball there are always activities. For example, today we got kicked off half the court because there was an activity. Leaving only half the court for 15 people to play basketball. Meanwhile the pickleball courts only has one game going.

I assume this will get worse during the summer when kids camp starts. Why have an entire dedicated kids area to not use it? Not sure who is making these decisions but it is frustrating paying as much I do to not be able to use the facilities as intended.

Been to a lot of lifetime locations throughout the country, and this location marks the 4th best out of the 70 (ish) I've been to.

Here's what you'll especially enjoy.

1. Steam room (very large)
2. Sauna (very large with 2 heaters)
3. Showers (overhead shower heads)
4. Lounge (very nice lady attendant, very large area to work, and opens at 4am)

The only pet peeve I have (which is strictly personal) is the weight room; it's not as large as most other lifetimes.
I mean, it's a 3 story bldg!

However, if you're into taking classes; they have the whole 2nd floor dedicated with top-notch instructors with every class you could ask for (Yoga, Pilates, Flow, Spin, ect.)

Enjoy!

No more basketball! BS. I signed my teenager up awhile back bc of the basketball courts. Not cheap but it was worth it. There is a lot of teenagers that can go there and play around this area but now barely any room to play basketball bc of them taking the courts down for pickle ball. Wow. This says a lot about this company. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Very nice club, but the main issue I have is how hot it is especially in the summer. I get it’s gonna be hotter than usual but it’s very uncomfortable to use the restroom after a brutal workout just to be sweating bullets because it’s as hot as a sauna in the upper levels of the club. I just feel like they should add a large overhead fan or a big fan to help cool people off after a workout because of how hot it is in there. It can be very unpleasant at times especially when you have to go out to 110 degrees outside right after.

Took down the basketball hoops on one of the courts for pickle ball. In the afternoon there’s just a bunch of people shooting on ONE court so you can barely get any shots up. They also have kids camps which they take up a whole basketball court. Since I’ve joined it doesn’t seem like lifetime cares about basketball so I’m guessing they’ll take up the basketball court and you’ll only be able to play pickle ball.

It’s unfortunate. I became a member of Life Time Happy Valley back in July of this year. One of the MAIN reasons, if not the ONLY reason, I joined was the fact they had 2 full court basketball courts. I was willing to pay 3 or 4 times more than my previous gym simply because of those courts. I have a family of 6 and I am seriously considering canceling their memberships as I may not be playing basketball as much and don’t have a need to take my kids with me.

Now, because the CEO fell in love with pickleball, they are LITERALLY tearing the courts up to put 3 pickleball courts up. That said, I actually like pickleball, but I love basketball more. We have built a small community of basketball players that play almost every morning and now, with only 1 full court and 20-30 guys, it becomes almost impossible to play more than 1 or 2 games.

I can understand why Life Time wants to integrate more pickleball, but there is an entire parking lot that is NEVER full that could have been utilized. If Life Time really wants to hold professional pickleball tournaments, they should have built the courts outdoors. Room for more courts and more spectators.

At the end of the day, it’s business, but the part that is most frustrating is that there was no communication to the existing members prior to the decision to destroy the basketball court. When a company makes the decision to NOT listen to it’s members, there is a bigger issue. I never received any survey or questionnaire asking about pickleball and I do not believe that any other members did either.

Communication is very important, especially, when there are several competitors in the same market. Poor decision by Life Time to ignore it’s members.

I am a big fan of Lifetime Fitness in general until today. I have been a member for 5 years at Scottsdale and over a year at Peoria and am literally speechless today. They have taken down 2 out of 4 basketball hoops apparently to make room for pickleball. We have 30 players for hoops at least 3 mornings a week, and most evenings when I go there are more players than that although many of them are kids. When we run full court at least the kids have had another full court to use and shoot around. This is going to be a disaster any way you look at it and I can't wrap my head around the business decision here. When there is a basketball league going on you have always had another full court available for people to shoot around etc. Honestly during league times there are usually 8-15 people shooting around on the other side and now that is gone. I have played pickleball and it is fun and I know it is popular right now but given the amount of people that use the basketball courts at all times of day and the sheer amount of hours a day that not a soul will be on the pickleball courts I am just beyond upset. Definitely looking at other options now especially considering what Lifetime charges. It would be one thing to build it originally including pickleball but to actually tear down the courts and score board and shot clocks etc., is beyond words.

Today (May 30, 2022) I walked into the Lifetime Fitness at 67th avenue and Happy Valley, and all I can say is that it is big and looks super fancy. But when I stood there for a few seconds, I had to ask to speak to someone about a membership. The front desk concierge working was quick to grab a tablet, place information in for a family of four (two-adults and two-children), into their online system. I learned real fast that trying to become healthier and to better myself would be pricey. For my family to attend this gym, it was going to cost me $289/a month. My children are 3 and 1 years old, it costs $40/ per kid for the month for a 2.5-hour daycare session a day. In this economy, $300 a month is something not taken lightly.

Even though this gym is pricey, it was recommended by family and friends who attend this gym. When I asked what this gym has that other gyms do not, I was just told that it has “amenities”. I felt like I was pulling teeth just to get a question answered. This was supposed to be the people who greet members and new members in this facility, I felt belittled talking to this staff. Ultimately, I had to request to take a tour of this facility. The feeling that the front-end staff was giving me was as if I was a waste of their time. No friendly smile and extremely not helpful, ultimately with me just leaving.

I found out that a friend of mine was just leaving the gym and offered to give me a chance to change my mind about this gym. The “amenities” that I had to learn from my friend because the staff did not want to show me looked cool and organized. Even my friend mentioned all of the bars and food and everything outside of the normal membership is overly priced. I had the chance to learn about the day-care center and was impressed. When leaving, I was met with hostility since I was told I had to check-in. If the front desk staff didn’t have their backs turned towards the door, they would have seen me re-enter, but once again I felt I was not worth this facilities time. I told the front desk that I was not pressed with their customer service and felt as if they all just stared at me like I had multiple heads. I told them I was interested in signing up, which at the time I full-heartedly was, but I am truly glad I did not. If I had to walk into this gym three to four times a week and this is my only thought of coming to this gym was this horrible experience, I would not want to better myself or begin living a healthier lifestyle. Wanting to start a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family is a main priority of mine. However, if I feel that I am walking into a gym that is supposed to be a place of encouragement to begin a healthier lifestyle and met with hostility and disregard.

What ultimately decided that I was not going to this gym was the lack of care and customer service. A simple greeting can go a long way. I am truly disappointed on how I was treated and greeted immediately walking in. There is no care for someone who is willing to better themselves. If you can afford this gym and willing to better yourself, I wish you the best and hope you get better customer service than what I received. But for my review, I wish I could give it negative stars and I hope management prioritizes and enforces training on customer service.
