Doug is quite simply… the best. I’m coming on 2 years with him as my PT and the things I’ve learned from him about proper exercise, a clean diet, and taking care of my body has been incredibly valuable. He makes sure I’m using proper form to ensure the maximum benefits of my workouts. He is FULL of information and loves to share what he knows. He truly cares about his clients and helping them reach their goals. He’s also really funny and a great friend when you get to know him, always hyping you up and pushing you to be the best version of yourself. Working with Doug as my trainer has been fantastic. He has taken my training to a new level. I have been working out in the past with standard gym PTs and this is a whole different experience.
Doug is professional, knowledgable, and knows how to tailor each session to my needs. When I train I want to finish my session feeling exhausted, it may not be the same for everyone, but it is what works for me, and Doug has been more than capable to cater to my needs. He knows when he can train me harder or take it easy, without me needing to provide that input. Most importantly, he knows exactly when to push me to my point of failure (which is where the gains are).
I have seen my results go up very quickly, and I enjoy each and every session.
Dougs sessions are affordable, fun, and get results. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone thinking about getting a personal trainer, beginner or advanced. It is a completely different experience to working out with a PT at a huge gym, where you are just another gym goer.
I have learnt a lot, seen measurable results, and making great progress, all thanks to Doug.
He is more than just a personal trainer, he has become a friend. I only wish I would have done this much sooner.

Doug's style of training is like no other. He is NOT the yell at you trainer. He is NOT the clipboard trainer. He is a pure motivator. And he's never on his phone during sessions which is a big deal to me because it makes me feel like he is paying 100% of his attention to me. Doug is simply the best trainer I have had, and I have had my share of trainers in the past; many of which were unrelatable bodybuilders, but Doug was not like them to say the least. During our consultation, he asked me what I wanted to achieve and basically why I was there. He didn’t merely accept the superficial answer like “lose weight.” He already knew why I was there physically, but he genuinely wanted to know why I was there mentally. He truly understands the importance of the confidence and self-esteem aspect that comes with the physical results.

Since I started with him, we have had great workouts and countless laughs. While he takes his profession seriously, he doesn’t take himself too seriously, which is refreshing in my personal experience.

Doug has helped me realize that health and fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. He has helped me with my diet in a way that works for me. I couldn’t be happier with him and the results he has helped me get.
